I wasn't expecting much other than something to cool down from this Texas heat. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. I order a Pomegranate flavored snoball. They are generous with the syrup. The flavor was perfect for my taste buds not too sweet but just right. The ice texture was good too. It (ice) was soft so it soaked up the flavor of the syrup. I only paid $4 for a small. When our name was called, we went to pick up our order, but only about a third of the items were on the counter. We asked if it was our complete order since we were still missing several items. Unfortunately, the employee responded with a rude attitude and simply told us they would call our name again. Despite that interaction, I enjoyed the desserts, especially the fresh fruit, which tasted high-quality and refreshing. The food itself was good, but the customer service could definitely be improved.

We shared a large strawberry and mango shaved ice, which was a great size and was loaded with fresh fruit. It also had a drizzle of condensed milk that tied everything together perfectly. The shaved ice itself was super soft with a really light, fluffy texture. The combination of fresh fruit, ice, and condensed milk was so refreshing and delicious. There were plenty of tables inside, so even with the crowd, it wasn't hard to find seating. The space was also very clean. After finishing, you bring your bowls to the front, which helps keep tables turning over quickly. Definitely a great spot if you're looking for something refreshing on a hot day!
