The texture of the sno was great but the flavors weren't as good as Hansen's Sno Bliz in New Orleans, so I'm not sure I need to be a regular there. I was pleasantly surprised at these New Orleans style snoballs! I had been looking for somewhere I could get one and I finally found it! The ice was perfection and I loved the classic flavors they had. They didn't have any of the natural flavors which someone in my party wanted. Whoever the young lady is working the register and making snow cones at 6:00pm - 6:45pm 5/25/26 Memorial Day had a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. Sno Dreamz was packed and busy. After a 45 minute wait she gave me 2 HALF full Medium sized snow cones with the explanation that there were a lot of people waiting behind us... I immediately refused she shrugged her shoulders and refused to top off the snow cones as we just watched her do for everyone that went before us for the last 45 minutes! She had a slicked back ponytail and red stained fingers. She CANNOT work under pressure and needs to be placed elsewhere with an attitude like that. Well I dont usually leave a review BUT I must. I stopped to get my favorite snow cone. I have been having a migraine since 7/23/25. It has really been bad. I thought I would get a shaved ice treat. The cones are very wonderful and very affordable. BUT there was no parking. I didnt think it would hurt to park right in front of the business for the few minutes it took to make the treat. I do have an active handicapp sticker. What they didnt know was I also have 2 blood clots in my right leg and a pace maker since 2017. Ii was looking for pain relieg and not a pill. Others had parked behind me as well. I was going to move my vehicle as soon as the other customer was finished and moved their car. The owner came out and started hollaring at me to move my car out the way. She also let me know there was a street out there to park ing and i could walk up there instead of causing this traffic jam. I moved on and assured the owner I wouldnt be back and would encourage others not to come to this business as well. Had i not had health problems i would have parked in the street. My family and I really enjoy this place. The staff are so nice and friendly, always make recommendations and remember us, greet us, apologize when they have a ton of business and understandably taking a little longer than usual (specifically the young lady that works there usually during the day time (around 5ish on weekdays!) The 2 most important things: 1. the texture of their ice is incredible. It tastes like ice cream, I usually hate when places have a cheap ice grinder and it's ice crystals and not shaved ice. 2. No matter how crowded they are, they always take time to layer the ice with the syrup, they Don't take the easy way out by piling up the ice and pouring the syrup blindly. There are so many different flavors to choose from and speciality combinations. I've never heard of pickles in snow cones, but I guess it's a thing they do, and you can try it here! I had the wango tango and tried the Ocean Mist and the mango lemonade. My favorite was the wango tango!
