Do know they also have a cheddar and honey mustard if you do not like spicy sauce. I would definitely recommend to have this first before trying the hot Cheeto or takis version. whatever sweet treat youre craving, they probably have it!…read more - i enjoyed the fluffiness of the bingsu, not too icy and crunchy but not overly sweetened with condensed milk. they had a lot of different flavors that all sounded amazing, but the blueberry cheesecake was a great pick. my main gripe with it is that the scoop of ice cream on top was hard as a rock and impossible to eat - the soft serve was very rich and creamy. i wouldnt get it with brown sugar boba again though, since it made it way too indulgent. it also melted way too fast - the mochinut was chewy but unfortunately lacked any flavor of matcha and had a stale, greasy taste we thought about getting the cream filled donuts too but noticed some flies in the display case which seemed unappetizing. their desserts are also pretty pricey for the portions but overall a convenient place to hang out and chat

There's no line in which you have to wait to try flavors, the main testing bar is open for you at any time to try as you like. When you've decided on your flavors, the touch screen kiosk is there to receive orders and take payment. It seemed to keep everything moving far better than the more traditional way, in which getting stuck behind an over-taster can be agonizing. The gelato texture was great across all 6 flavors we sampled, the strat by smoothness was exactly what you expect. There's so many decadent sweet flavors and more bright fruity flavors to choose from that I'm highly encouraged to come back again.

I tasted one of the seasonal strawberry ice creams they had before I tried the cookies and cream and as soon as I tried that cookies and cream I knew I was getting it even though I tried the vanillas (standard and Mexican) after it. The moment she told me that the cookies and cream use their actual housemade cookies I was sold. When she told me that they used three different cookies I was ready to buy the house! Normally I would have tried more of the ice cream flavors but I was so sold on the cookies and cream that I knew anything else was just a waste of my time in that moment, with all due respect, because there wasn't a thing I tasted there that wasn't delicious. I just knew what I wanted in that moment. I got two scoops of the cookies and cream on a waffle cone. I enjoy that they used a Oaxacan green cornmeal for the Waffle Cone and it gave it up a bluish green tint that you can see inside of it, which was a nice touch. And the cone itself was pretty tasty! For what tasted like some pretty premium ice cream to me I feel like the prices are rather reasonable when you look at the market. My body betrays me when it comes to lactose but this is a place that I would gladly go to again and again for an experience the lactose overload later. But I'm not sure if it's the quality of their ingredients or what but I actually didn't have any lactose reaction, which only makes me think even higher of this place. The woman working there when I went was very kind and helpful. She didn't seem to have any issue with giving out samples and seem to be ready to issue more but my decision was made early on. If you are at MKT Market, or honestly anywhere within the Heights, I highly recommend making a stop to try the ice cream here!
