We got the golden package birthday party. Over priced but yes it's what she wanted so we did it. She got the jumping pass and the little jungle gym thing. It came with food and drink and the whole little table setup and blah blah blah. Anyways we get there and they have it setup. No one is on the same page (manager or staff) One asks when we want our pizzas out, well our time slot is for 1 and we had gotten there early to make sure everything was ready and so we said about 130 please and i shit you not ten minutes later her comes the pizza ..... no one was even there yet. So then we had to ask them to remake it and bring it out when we originally requested it to. The two girls they had put in charge of the party were the two dullest people i have ever met in my life. Their personalities only exist in a digital atmosphere cause in reality ...duds. Which sucks cause we had them in charge of the party that means for the singing the chucky meet and greet dance party the tornado ticket.. it was like having two squidwards in charge of the party..but they were the only two available cause we asked for different ones but no go. They started the ticket tornado without the mom being there to see it and enjoy it with her kid. The cards weren't charged with the points each kid was to get, unenthusiastic signing for the birthday girl song and the dancing sidekicks next to Chucky for the big extravaganza. It was a mess. People were trying to eat their cake and the staff was coming around trying to clean up and essentially shove us out the door. Half the games in the arcade we out of order but you wouldn't know that until the second of third time you swiped the card cause there was no sticker indicating that the machine was out of order and now your points were gone too and to get them back on the card was even more of a process so you just end up taking the loose which is what I'm sure thats what its designed to do. The bathrooms were all the time filthy and we stayed for three/ four hours (yes we moved tables once our time slot was finished). Just if you have money to wipe your ass with then by all means go for it. But if you're looking for a good place thats fair and memorable and a good easy time for everyone involved id second guess this option. Just be cautious. read more

This is my favorite location. Staff and management is amazing and friendly. Food is always to die for, salad bar is always so fresh. The environment is super clean and fun. All the games but two works which is fine. I highly recommend going here. The prizes are also really cool. read more

We got the gold pass here about a month ago and we love it here, we come probably 1-2 times a week. The staff is always amazing, food is pretty standard! At first there were quite a bit of broken games but they seem to have someone here all the time to check them and fix them as needed and we haven't had any issues since! read more

So this was our first time visiting since COVID. Sadly it was less than refreshing. We went on a Wednesday with the hopes of avoiding big crowds, which there wasn't. The food was good no complaints there. But the games were a total let down. There was at least 9 games out of order or not working. The kids spent more time running around finding what did work that they liked than actually playing. We came here for pizza and games! First time here, kids we're excited so we started off with buying pizza packs and game bundles! Kids went to play games while we waited for the food. Place was packed with birthday parties left and right! Kids everywhere playing games, running around. Must of had 50 people working rushing out the doors with pizza left and right! Place was loud, played a few games and 1 hour goes by still no pizza! So I asked where's our pizza and breadsticks. Someone brought us sticks and wings but we didn't order wings! I put 1 star because I can't do 0 or a negative. This place is the worst. I work as a door dash driver. They told me my pick up would be ready in 20 minutes. They hadn't even started working on it when I arrived. I checked with the counter 25 minutes later. After being totally ignored I managed to finally get the attention of one vapid idiot. She told me that my order would be ready in 25 minutes. I told her that was unacceptable and that it was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes over 25 minutes ago. Nothing. We went celebrated our daughter's 4th birthday the other Friday night as a family at this Chuck E. Cheese. We were very impressed with the facility. It was clean (the entire time we were there there was a worker walking around sweeping and cleaning the games!) All the games worked, the salad bar was very fresh and the pizza was good. Every hour on the half hour Chuck E. Cheese himself would come out, dance with the kids and throw tickets to them! We had a great time. We will definitely come back for some family fun! read more

Let me preface this review by saying that I know that Chuck E. Cheese is not a 5 star restaurant. Any expectations that I might have are already pretty low for an establishment that is run mostly by high school aged kids. I didn't head to Chuck E. Cheese today for their exceptional customer service or their superb menu items, I simply went because my kids wanted to play games and they like pizza. With that being said, my experience today was so poor that I felt compelled to write this review with the hope of saving you and your family from potential food poisoning and possibly the corona virus. And now to the review. I walked in with my family and was greeted with the smell of body odor from the person who stamps your hands at the front. The place was packed so instead of getting in line, I walked into the restaurant and looked for a place to sit. There were several vacant booths but the majority of them were full of trash and old food. I was able to find a booth with minimal trash that I cleaned myself. I took the mess to the trash can but I was unable to dispose of the trash because the trash can was over filled to the point that there was trash on the top and on the floor around the bin. While looking for another trash can I couldn't help but notice the whole place was filthy with trash scattered throughout, on the floor. It was hot, the air was thick, and the place stunk but we decided to stay only to find that a lot of the games weren't working. There is a serious opportunity in the area of management, here. There were at least three employees standing around talking to one another instead of cleaning up and fixing their games. There was one kid refilling the salad bar and cleaning the counters, though. My wife and I got in line to order food and after waiting for over ten minutes we placed an order for two large pizzas. We tried to use a coupon, which seemed to upset the cashier. She couldn't get it to work and left us to find a manager. After another five minutes or so she returned and told us that our coupon was invalid even though we were ordering regularly priced items from the menu. We asked to speak to the manager and after waiting another five minutes or so, a young lady came from the back area. She had food in her mouth and was wiping her hands on her shirt. Now I understand that everyone gets a lunch break but as someone who is in leadership myself, generally a manager shouldn't be taking any sort of break unless everything is in order and the store is operating efficiently. Anyhow, we were told by the manager "Krystal" that we weren't able to use our coupon and that was it. Again expectations are already low, but someone in a managerial position should have some sort of people skills, maybe some empathy and maybe some problem solving skills but none of those existed within this woman. We left and won't be returning. Corporate should really consider replacing the manager of this location if they want any chance of return business. read more

Came here for a birthday party which was our first time here. The overall experience was much better than expected. There were lots of games that my 4 year old could easily play, the pizza was decent, and the party experience had all the kids excited. The party included a table area, plates/silverware/cups, pizza, fountain drinks, and game tokens. Also Chuck E. Cheese came out and danced with the kids and posed for pics. There were 3-4 parties going on at once and so the party area was busy. When the parties were over the ticket counting machine and prize area were out of control busy. So busy I just told my daughter I would buy her a prize at the store so we wouldn't have to wait (was that bad!?). My daughter had fun and that is really all that mattered. Not very enjoyable, I remember this place from when I was a kid. Makes me sad to know that this is what my daughter will have to remember. The service at the front was terrible. My wife and I were in the front of the line and the clerk went to go help another customer, I went to take our daughter to play. If I could give this location zero stars I would. I wouldn't come back here to save my life. The staff is AWFUL the manager crystal has no idea how to properly run an establishment. I payed for and ordered and large pizza and was clearly a medium or small when I received it. When I told the manager she wanted to take the pizza and just slice it some more she said it's not any larger it's just extra slices. That makes NO SENSE. Chuck E Cheese's is where I take my girls for our daddy outings. We have been here a few times. It's a fun outing. My girls get to play games and we all like pizza. When you enter Chuck E Cheese there is an employee who stamps you and your kid with a number only seen under a black light. I love this, as a parent I know that my kid isn't going to wander away. Ordering is simple too. They have combo meals that come with pizza, drinks, and tokens. I think this is great because you can order one package and go have some fun. All of the games take 1 token. Who ever though of this at Chuck E Cheese HQ, I want to give them a big high five. We order our pizza and then go and play some games. They have a great variety of games that kids of all ages can play. What is great about the game room is that there is always an employee watching out. We put a token in a game and it got jammed. There was a guy there to help and even gave me the token back. I think that is awesome! After playing a few games we dig into our pizza. I think Chuck E Cheese makes some good pizza. Welcome to the land of the disorganized. Making plans and Reservations was a ring around the Rosie. Calling all week to place orders didn't work. The party planner should have had preparations and packages ready since they couldn't make advanced time to plan with me. I arrived and the options were so limited and confusing I was constantly looking for my party planner. My understanding was the salad bar was included in the price, however to my great disappointment members of my family were harassed for getting salads. Before approaching the salad bar we had informed the party planner members of our party wanted salad, apparently you need a special color plate to get salad. When it came time for cake there was no assistance in clearing space on the table. Seems that the cake was so inconsistently sliced I'm surprised everyone in my party got a bite in.
