I couldn't have been more happy!!! To book, I emailed the owner and placed a $125 deposit and then $125 was due upon arrival. This was for a 2 hour reservation. In my opinion, this is very reasonable, competitive with other venues, and WELL worth it :) Upon arrival, the owner was so pleasant! She showed us around and let us know that if we needed anything, to just ask. For example, extra plates, napkins, or serving tools. She explained the time would be sectioned in two categories. The first hour would be for the kids to play and be led in play. Then, the next hour, would be for food and opening presents. Everyone had such a good time watching their little ones play! She had so many things for the kids to do. *Beware, the outside is not the most presentable. However, upon walking in, it is very clean, well decorated, organized, and everything else good!! They offer other services, which I am definitely interested in. So, I'll have to follow them on social media, because I definitely want to go back :)

He got our session set up and was able to accommodate the paint gun war into our time frame short notice. The kids had a blast throwing paint on their canvases and each other, and the adults did the same, but mainly painted. After we were done, whoever was doing the paint gun wars stayed in, and boy did they paint themselves green. We went to wash up and man, we all had paint from head to toe, and hair! After we washed up, we ended our time with a refreshing Agua Fresca, paletas, churros, and chips. I highly recommend going to Chatter Paint. We had a blast! We got the golden package birthday party. Over priced but yes it's what she wanted so we did it. She got the jumping pass and the little jungle gym thing. No one is on the same page (manager or staff) One asks when we want our pizzas out, well our time slot is for 1 and we had gotten there early to make sure everything was ready and so we said about 130 please and i shit you not ten minutes later her comes the pizza ..... no one was even there yet. So then we had to ask them to remake it and bring it out when we originally requested it to. The two girls they had put in charge of the party were the two dullest people i have ever met in my life. Their personalities only exist in a digital atmosphere cause in reality ...duds. Which sucks cause we had them in charge of the party that means for the singing the chucky meet and greet dance party the tornado ticket.. it was like having two squidwards in charge of the party..but they were the only two available cause we asked for different ones but no go. They started the ticket tornado without the mom being there to see it and enjoy it with her kid. The cards weren't charged with the points each kid was to get, unenthusiastic signing for the birthday girl song and the dancing sidekicks next to Chucky for the big extravaganza. It was a mess. People were trying to eat their cake and the staff was coming around trying to clean up and essentially shove us out the door. Half the games in the arcade we out of order but you wouldn't know that until the second of third time you swiped the card cause there was no sticker indicating that the machine was out of order and now your points were gone too and to get them back on the card was even more of a process so you just end up taking the loose which is what I'm sure thats what its designed to do. The bathrooms were all the time filthy and we stayed for three/ four hours (yes we moved tables once our time slot was finished). Just if you have money to wipe your ass with then by all means go for it. But if you're looking for a good place thats fair and memorable and a good easy time for everyone involved id second guess this option. Just be cautious.

We were a little disappointed in the discrepancies with the online height requirements and what was posted at the park. So we went to guest relations. DJ was incredible. Her kindness and professionalism was top tier! She made sure that we were heard and even had the General Manager talk to us. The GM, Justin, was also incredible. I have never felt like my feedback mattered so much. It wasn't too huge of a deal, a little disappointing, but we were going to have a good time anyways. The way they handle business at Cliffs made it feel like the old "Uncle Cliffs". Family. Community. And made me feel good to spend my money supporting their business. Thank you, Justin and DJ, for making our day and for being the good people. It is rare that we find that kind of customer service these days.
