The environment itself was thoughtfully designed--the layout, noise level, and colors felt welcoming without being overstimulating like some other places we've visited. We had my 4 year old grandson's birthday party here and it exceeded our expectations! It was very clean, the pizza was surprisingly very good (and they even had green chile), and the staff were friendly and professional. It was totally stress free as they handle everything. We visited Elevate Trampoline Park today for my daughter's birthday party and spent almost $400. Unfortunately, the 4 pizzas we ordered were overcooked, with the crust noticeably burnt. This was very disappointing, and all the kids and parents were unhappy with the food quality. For a special occasion like a birthday party, we expected much better attention to food preparation and overall service. I contacted them about 3 weeks ago because I had questions about booking 2 parties (joint party) for my kids and I wanted them seated next to each other. They had a promotion going on through march for $100 off party bookings. I saw they had availability online for 2 parties at the same time. However when we called to talk to them about it they said they couldn't accommodate us on such short notice (I hadn't even given them to date yet), they just shut us down right away. They were very rude and we spoke with multiple staff and a manager. I then told them this wouldn't be for another 5 months, I was just being proactive and I already saw online they had the availability. Then they said they couldn't guarantee anything but that they would reach out to corporate to see if they can do 2 parties at once. Again, I was willing to book and pay for 2 parties I just wanted them in the same room at the same time. They said they would contact me after they spoke with corporate. I asked them if they could contact them soon so I could take advantage of the discount in March. I told them I would call back in a few days to see if they found out any info and they said no, not to call back, and they assured me they would contact them and call me back no matter what and still honor the discount even if it was past March. They never called me back and I confirmed my number with them twice. So not only do they have horrible customer service, they can't even follow-up on the things they said they would. I had so much fun at Elevate as both a parent and someone who jumped. This is the BEST trampoline park I have ever gone to. It is a great combination of trampolines, parkour, and other types of activities including party rooms, tables, snacks, and a CLEAN bathroom. I cannot wait to go back with or without my child! I would love it if there was an adult-only night for jumping occasionally where over 18-year-olds could be chaotic as they desire. I would absolutely be there in a heartbeat. read more

Visited Elevate for the second time this year and it was a real disappointment. Met my sister and her kids, and some out of town family to celebrate my daughter's 12th birthday. We did not plan on purchasing a party package because only 3 kids were going to jump. So, I ended up paying for three 90 minute jumping passes, a large pizza, nachos, and drinks. Spent a good $180 for the experience only to be rudely interrupted by a tactless employee to separate our two tables from each other because we had not purchased a party package! Are you serious? So larger groups spending good $$$ to enjoy an expensive outing can't eat together?!! Seems way militaristic, calculating, cold, and customer unfriendly. How can such a large franchise have such rigid and unwelcoming policies?!! If I had known they were going to interrupt our daughter's celebration in such a rude manner, I would have spent my hard earned money elsewhere. Also, several of their limited attractions were CLOSED. They should give discounted pricing if that's the condition of their establishment. They are clearly taking advantage of the ABQ area with these discriminatory policies. My in-laws are nearing 80 and disabled, they could not stand easily and much less move a heavy table back to its original location. We will never give them business again. Hoping the owner straightens out their situation or else the establishment won't stand for much longer. We were not the only family this happened to, there was another larger family gathering next to us, and the same thing happened to them. If I could give zero stars I would . I took my two daughters in yesterday to jump . Waited in line for got almost a hour even though there was only two families a head of me . When I got to the front the lady told me I would have to sign a wavier . I informed her I was just here a few weeks ago so it should be I'm your system . She couldn't find it by last name , phone number or email and ask me to to go to the back of line to work on the wavier . So I moved over to the side waited another 15 minutes a new employee show up and guess what she found my wavier in the system (shocker ) . It took the lady another 15 minutes to get me check in socks , and pay . In total I waited one hour to pay $40 for two children and socks to jump for one hour . I wish rio Rancho had more places like this to jump because I would never go again . I'm sure I'll be back in a few months because my daughters will ask to go . read more

We came in and waited in line for 30 minutes while only one cashier was working. We got to the cashier and we were told that we had to sign the waiver. Okay, great. But no, she said we must sign the waiver before we pay. So we have to wait in another line just to get back in the original line that has since grown at least 20 people since we got there. I asked where this was posted and she told me there were signs. I looked everywhere for signs and saw one that was behind the front door, would have been completely missed anytime the door was opened. The lady refused to allow us to go sign the waiver and skip the line we had already waited in and gave us no other options. No apology for any inconvenience. Nothing to make the experience better. Incredible place!!! We had a party there, and would recommend to have a birthday party or any other celebration there. Management was amazing! We got stuck in traffic and need to change the party time and they worked with us because it didn't affect any other party. Our host was Faith and she was incredible! And actually, is it just so much a high schoolers that run this place because there is not one adult that is here?. Secondly, the service overall other than being charged twice. We have loved this place for years! And then last week two nights in a row they closed early and even the front staff didn't know it until well into our session. Thursday night closed at 7 o'clock. They closed two hours early on Friday and offered us no compensation (stealing another hour of jumping), even after they knew we were quite upset about it being two days in a row. read more
