Food: You HAVE to purchase a special package in order to bring food into this establishment. Seating: a majority of their tables but maybe 2-3 are reserved. There's no sitting space for families if they choose to come here. Restrooms: No toilet paper in the stalls. And when I was on the phone I heard one of the employees say "there isn't any on the other stalls?" Like uhm hello I'm in the phone with a man sitting in the women's stall.... Like what?! You work here. Get toilet paper and put some in the stalls. Luckily someone walked in and I asked them if they can please get me some toilet paper "from the other stalls" Employees: they are rude. Not once did me or my family and friends feel welcomed. Almost like we should not be here. If you don't have I guess special accommodations with this places you're treated differently. Not only that but working with children all around you. Employees should be more aware of their surroundings as one of them hit my one year old with a box. No apologies either. I don't recommend this place what so ever.

Check-in was easy, but it took the attendant awhile to get our socks and wristbands. We had to wait over an hour after the party time for pizza. The room was only reserved for 2 hrs. For $100/hr, that's unacceptable. But it was a Saturday afternoon, and the place was packed. The place is run by all teenagers and really young people. At least, the food tasted pretty good. They had pepperoni pizza, that had a good crust, buffalo bone-in wings, which were really tasty and hot, but didn't come with celery or carrots, with ranch dressing, and 9 Icees. The ambiance is very dark and very loud. The whole place is overstimulating. There are kids flying above you on a zip line, trampolines and rock climbing in the back, ball pits, and jungle gym areas in the corner. They have so much to do, but some areas cost extra like the skydiving tube, zipline, and rock climbing. This place is definitely best for kids above 8 years old. My kids are under 6 and mostly enjoyed the ball pit and jungle gym. I wouldn't consider this place very safe bc it's so crowded and dark. It's hard to find your kids. Thankfully, I dressed mine in the same green Minecraft t-shirts. They glow like they're under a black light. Also, with kids and adults running around, we get bumped very easily. Side note: They don't allow outside food unless it's a cake. The party room price didn't include food and drinks! They paid about $700 for 20-30 ppl in the room.

We saw the summer pass special for $59/person but it requires you to purchase online only. We did that but every time we purchased a pass or added a person it logged us out. It took 25 minutes to buy the passes online and then we had to check in, wait for wristbands, and purchase socks separately. It is decent to come when they open to play with kids. After noon or so it becomes chaos and there are so many kids running around and just not paying attention. They could use attendants at each attraction to ensure safety and that younger kids understand things like one way or exits to things so they don't get pummeled by older kids. Climbing was fun but there is definitely a limit and attendants could communicate to kids or adults waiting instead of completely ignoring people waiting. We'll come back to make sure we get value out of the pass but only for morning when they open.

I also appreciated how they interacted with the children, encouraging them and helping build their self-confidence as they participated in activities and explored new challenges. The organized activities were a great addition, fostering a sense of community and giving families opportunities to connect. The environment itself was thoughtfully designed--the layout, noise level, and colors felt welcoming without being overstimulating like some other places we've visited. Another detail I appreciated was how organized everything was. Announcing when each session was ending and having a clock clearly displayed helped everyone stay on schedule and made transitions smooth. Thank you to the staff for creating such a positive experience. We will definitely be returning and look forward to visiting again soon!

This was very disappointing, and all the kids and parents were unhappy with the food quality. For a special occasion like a birthday party, we expected much better attention to food preparation and overall service. We hope management will improve food quality and ensure better consistency in the future so other families do not have the same experience.

Weekdays attract a different mix of families, and the experience improves dramatically. The exhibits are engaging, and my kiddo could happily stay at the bubble station on repeat. There is food on site, bathrooms are clean, and the staff is genuinely kind. As a parent, it is refreshing to have interactive museums like this in town. Adults can enjoy the activities too, but this space is designed for kids of all ages. During peak weekend hours, letting children take the lead makes the experience better for everyone. Only took one star because I wish there was more staff interaction- for times with children are not always kind & parents who are not paying attention. It's not ok for a stranger to get involved, so it would be nice if staff monitored just a little more. Still wondering if this is a museum dig or community parenting issue. You be the judge. 9/10 recommend!

Just prove that you've served or currently serving by showing your CAC, DoD or ID Card at one of the main entrance booths. Save time by purchasing your entry ticket online at:   https://www.cliffsamusementpark.com/buy-tickets/ Arrive as early as possible for the line that almost goes to Osuna.  The line does quickly move.  Going to Cliff's as an adult kid takes on a whole new meaning.  The rides were amazing but does rattle your bones or make you a tad bit nauseous.  Start off with the Rocky Mountain Rapids or water rides because you'll want your clothes to be dry before crawling back to your vehicle. The Seadragon was the ride that took me out. I tried going on as many rides possible that my body and stomach would allow.  Cliff's is opened Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.  Have a great time with the kids, or, you can be a big kid too. Enjoy and use sunscreen!
