On several occasions, there were more than three kids on it at once and I only did the workers walk by in a couple of times and not say anything but when I asked if it was one person at a time, I was told they just don't want kids jumping on each other. I went to the front and let them know and I was told technically it is but she didn't really seem to care, but then she walks out talks to kids on it and then as she's walking by me, she tells me the issues been resolved and it happens again (like it's my job) to let her know. I'm busy parenting my kids so if they're not partaking in that particular obstacle that I'm not going to hang out there and police it. This is honestly the first time I've had any issues at this place, so I'm not going to give a lesser rating, but it is pretty irritating when the staff are not enforcing the rules and trying to make it sound like that's actually not one of the rules when I asked about it. Definitely make sure that you watch your kids and make sure they're safe because today that didn't seem to be much of a priority to the staff.

I ended up with a terrible headache from the smell. Also, read the flyer carefully before paying. They never asked the ages of my kids, and I didn't realize until afterward that my son is under 2 and shouldn't have been charged the same rate. Given the price, that was frustrating. Overall, there are so many indoor play areas popping up around the Treasure Valley, and unfortunately, this one just didn't make the cut for us. $30 for one hour for two kids is very pricey, especially when places like Leap Years offer more for less. And the excavator ride? Honestly, I thought it was ridiculous that it's an additional $5 per ride. It feels like an easy way to get parents to spend even more on top of an already expensive admission. I really wanted to love this place, but for our family, it just wasn't worth the price.
