Pizza was actually really good, it also was very clean inside. Kind of sad they got rid of the animatronics show because of the renovations, but overall very nice, and a fun place to have a birthday.

We were here earlier this year on a weekend. It was crowded then, and Chuck E did not come out for the entire 1.5 hours when we were here. We are here again today. Arrived at 12:57 p.m., Chuck E came out at 1:20 p.m. (supposed to be out every hour at :30 as the banner says), done his quick performance within 7 min. It is 2:30p.m. now, and I have not seen Chuck E. Ordered the lunch buffet for my 2 boys and I. Drinks are not included in the buffet. The buffet has 4 kinds of pizza (pepperoni, cheese, Hawaiian, and Mac n cheese) plus desert pizza pie, cheese breads and very small salad (only 2 kinds of veggie mix, cheese, croutons and 4 unlabeled salad dressing). Not very impressive and they are tasteless (for some reason I can't taste their food. Very plain to me). Other Chuck E Cheeses I have been to have better tasting food. For the price we paid, it is OK. McD or Little Caesar probably taste better. Game machines are fairly new. Don't need tokens any more. Awesome! But I am hoping the machine can also store their ticket points instead of having paper tickets printed out. It will be much easier to have the ticket points stored in the cards (yes, I have been to playgrounds with machines features as such. Less hassle to carry the tickets and better for trees). Service is fine. Friendly. I have no complaints. There are a couple of tables here not being cleaned for the 2 hours while we are here. Not sure if it is not obvious enough the guests are gone already or because they are busy. We successful killed 2 hours. My boys are in grade school and they are careless about what time Chuck E shows up, nor how good the food is. They had some "gambling" fun for their age. Good enough for me

Go get a great deal on some yummy pizza! I forgot how much I enjoyed pizza from Chuck E's until I stopped in today. My son loves it, and I have the pickiest eater imaginable. They also have great deals on wings, if you're into that sorta thing. Ask for Harris, he will take care of you!

Matter of fact, my friend has a D&B gold card that they don't even make any more. He has a gazillion points on it and he is adept at playing a lot of the midway aka fair games. His daughter is just as adept so imagine my surprise when I blew through my $25.00 card in about 10 mins and each of them had won a combined 50,000 tickets. What was cooler than cool was that my friend asked my daughter, which stuffed animal she wanted and she pointed to a pig with a green hoodie. The employee was so kind to get out the ladder and grab the pig with the green hoodie. My friend handled the employee the gold card and I don't think she had ever seen anything like it She swiped it and basically said, " Ya. You're good". I laughed so hard. I ended up asking her if she had ever seen a point total that high, and she had not. It was a cool experience for everyone. In the end, I am not that savy in playing these games and the carpet does smell like old socks but I can see where it can be fun once and awhile.

It kind of feels like it's dying if I'm being honest. I don't see this sticking around much longer, sadly.

This place was SO much fun!!! We had a girls' night in Boise and decided to come here last minute…read more Thankfully, they were able to get us in because they have so many lanes! The service was amazing, and everyone was incredibly kind. They even offered to take pictures for us, which was so sweet! They brought us waters and were super attentive whenever we needed anything. It is a little pricey, but honestly, WORTH IT!!! I also absolutely loved the music! It was the perfect volume. Not so loud that we couldn't hear each other, but loud enough to make it fun. They even had the music videos playing, which added to the whole vibe. My only complaint was that it was a little too warm inside, especially in the bathrooms. That's really the only reason I gave it 4/5 stars. I definitely recommend coming here! Easily one of the best bowling alleys I've been to, and I would absolutely come back!

There was country music playing, and I loved the set up with tables and chairs at each lane. The two gentlemen that helped us get set up with shoes and a lane were very nice and patient with us. They also have a great arcade area with a variety of games. It was easy to purchase a game card and my kids loved playing skee ball and a Wizard of Oz game. Back to the bowling, they were great about getting the kids setup with bumpers and brought over lighter balls for us to use. Also, all the balls are styled after pool table balls, making them fun and colorful. We went right when they opened on a weekday over summer and were the only ones there for about 2 hours. I will definitely be back and won't be intimidated to take my kids bowling in the future.
