Concessions are nice, with places to get food, apparel, and beer. I'm partial to IPA beer, so I go to the artificial grassy area near right field, where the bartenders always seem nice. Prices are reasonable. The seats are reasonably comfortable. Tickets are very affordable. Family oriented, and we've seen little league teams and young folks having a good time. Parking is free. CONS: The parking lot is not paved or marked. I highly advise you to park far enough away from the park so as not to have your car damaged by a foul ball. Pavement inside the park is uneven. Restrooms are not nice or particularly clean. In summary, I've enjoyed my time at Memorial Stadium for the two Hawk games I've attended.

It didn't feel like a highly stage crafted production. On the website they make it seem like it's a complete event, with things to do beyond the maze. There was not. Here is the silver lining, the two mazes ( Asylum and clown) were descent. A lot of jump scares and a few cool features(vibrating floor and loud horns). The actors did a good job of interacting and really are the heart of the experience. Is it worth $30? Umm, that's debatable. I'd probably say it's close to $20. Bottom line it's not as bad as people make it seem in other reviews, but it certainly isn't as good either. I made the most of it with my group and we had a good time getting scared. I probably wouldn't go back next year unless there was a complete overhaul. Pro tip: You don't need VIP/Express, save your money. Longest wait for me was 20mins(7pm time). You can buy your own ticket at the door. You'll save on fees Even though you have a online ticket, you have to stand in purchase line to get a paper ticket that's taken at the front of maze.

The Basque Center was built in 1949 and is a gathering place for Basque people in the area as well as non-Basques. It is available for rent and it has a huge kitchen in the basement for catering events. This past Saturday in support of the Basque Block Christmas Market, the Center featured the Basque music group, Txantxangorriak, and performances by Boiseko Gazteak, which teaches traditional Basque dance children from 4 to 13 years of age. It was a lively afternoon of traditional music and dance while the largely Basque crowd cheered and appreciated the show of talents. The Center is open to the public and non-Basques should not be intimidated to enter the bar for a good strong drink at a really low price. Be mindful that the Center is closed Monday, serves drinks after 3 pm Tues-Thur and has extensive hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The Center is celebrating the 93rd Sheepherders Ball on Saturday, December 17th with a dinner that is currently sold out. After the dinner, the Oinkari Dancers (ages 14 and above) will perform at 8:00 PM, followed by a lamb auction which raises funds for the Basque Charities account. The dance, featuring the popular band "Amuma Says No", will begin after the lamb auction. The cost of admission to the dance is $5 for adults and children under 12 are admitted for free.

You communicate over a headset. We didn't make it out, but this was our first VR escape room (VR in general) it will not be our last. The staff was great! A totally cool experience. After we finished we watched one of our group try another game, great to watch her try to step on non existent spiders, ha ha! A couple of us almost fell because we forgot the wall was fake! Ha ha. It was a great afternoon. Ages ranged from 12-40, all enjoyed it. The staff offered more information about their other games and gave us water after we finished. Try something a little different with VR. :)

Only paid members can enter which makes it feel quiet and exclusive. They have cubbies and lockers for your belongings, plus a bathroom with cute golf ball wallpaper that adds a fun touch. There are three simulators with a wide variety of ways to play including longest drive competitions, closest to the hole, playing 9 or 18 holes, and other game options. It is a great setup for practicing your swing or just having some fun. There is also a counter, sink, and tables so it is easy to host or entertain a group while you are there. Even though no staff members are present on site, everything was easy to navigate and well maintained. This was a great space for our ladies golf event and I would definitely return.
