My first time at Chuck E Cheese in the city of Industry. Came here on a weekend right when they opened and I couldn't believe it, but there were already a lot of people in line to get in. It was some fun times here and the children really enjoyed playing the games by themselves, with other children, or with the adults. Overall it was a fun time and a great way to also kill time! If you haven't been to this place it is pretty cool. They have a ton of games and also a trampoline house that the kids can play in. Check their online website for coupons and discounts. Games look well maintained and the whole place feels cleaner than most Chuck E. Cheese spots. Kids had a great time running around and playing games. That's really what you come here for anyway. My daughter hosted a birthday party for my 2yo old grandson at this location this weekend and it was wild!! First the place is big, lots of games and activities for kids of all ages. The party was scheduled to start at 4pm and the area was reserved and setup, ready for guests to arrive. Jennevie was assigned to our party and she was super friendly and helpful, she communicated well with our group and made sure everything was perfect. My daughter pre-ordered the food on the app to ensure it was ready by 4:30. This was a huge help and made it easy for Jennevie to deliver it to our tables as scheduled. Chuck E Cheese came out and sang happy birthday with our group.. Jennevie made sure to let us know when that would be happening so we could all be at the tables. Other parties ordered food when they arrived and were screaming and verbally abusing the wait staff because they demanded it be delivered now (this was hard to watch). If you're planning a party make sure to pre order your food, order more food then you think you're going to need (running around makes you hungry), and be nice/patient with the staff. read more

We are very happy the newest Chuck E Cheese opened in our area. Ever since the Diamond Bar location closed, we would have to drive out to Placentia. We are so glad a new location opened up. We have been here 2 times for birthday parties and every time we all had a good time. All the kids had a great time while the parents can grab seats to catch up. This newly opened location isn't the biggest. But I feel that there are still plenty of games for the kids to stay entertained for at least 2-3 hours. The games were all functional and very cleaned. The staff's service were okay but it wasn't horrible. On weekend it's very pack with multiple birthday parties and also other guests stopping by from non birthday events. The food here was okay. But the kids all seemed to love it. I would recommend eating at the salad bar vs the pizza and wings. If you are planning to have a party, I would recommend that you preorder the food and make sure you order enough bc they are extremely busy during the weekends. I must have been 8 years old the last time I visited a Chuck E Cheese and what a whirlwind it was going back as an adult with my 15 month old and my 5 year old nephew. My nephew frequents this establishment and his parents pay for some sort of subscription for games and discounts. I got a 30% off discount on food and games and my nephew had a free mo that game time deal. Certainly a good investment if your family is planning on frequenting there. The pizza tasted exactly how I remembered it, not good but not terrible. After taking the momentary shock to my nervous system from all the noise and activity, it ended up being a lovely afternoon. Our experience at this Chuck E. Cheese was just okay, but several issues made it disappointing. The Adventure/Thunder trampoline area needs a deep clean and much better supervision. There were many rowdy kids running through, and more than half didn't have wristbands, meaning they hadn't paid to be there. Meanwhile, I did pay for my two-year-olds, who were repeatedly bumped into and knocked over. There was no staff member monitoring the area, and I had to go to the front to ask for help. We also had problems with our game card. We purchased 30 credits, but after only a few uses, the machines stopped responding while still deducting points every time we tapped. We confirmed this multiple times at the counter. Overall, the location felt chaotic, not very clean, and not safe for toddlers. I would recommend the West Covina location over Roland Heights. I plan to reach out to corporate, as I don't feel we received what we paid for. Food is just okay. read more

The games were are usually never broken and they keep the place clean overall. Also, most of the staff are always nice and helpful. I come here almost every day because my son loves it. The place is always clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Parking is usually easy, though weekends can get busy with parties. Grand opening of the new Chuck E Cheese location in city of industry. Located across the way from momo paradise. Situated in a plaza with plenty of parking space the space is quite large compared to some other chuck e cheese locations. I would say similar to the whittier location and possible pasadena but pasadena might be slightly bigger as they had a more games in my opinion than majority of locations. Given that its new it was very clean and spacious. The games selection was plenty but noticed that a lot of their games are similar in nature (ball drop style games) although they have a few games not found at other locations (snow ball, plinko, the mechanical ball drop teter toter machine, zombie spin (although it was out of order when we went) etc... i did miss having their coin games and motogp arcade racer. My daughter favorite games are the coin drop ones but she did still have plenty of fun and excitement with the games here regardless. It is worth mentioning that i signed up for their gold pass as my daughter enjoys coming to chuck e cheese especially with her cousins. So those come with excellent perks like 250 points for gameplay, 50% off food and drinks which helps save a ton if you plan to eat there. Their souvenir cups are great as you can bring them each visit to get a beverage for either yourself or your child. The food here is delicious we enjoy their pizza selections and wings. The only downside would be the wait time, but i understand they make it fresh. I did notice the wings we ordered were cooled down as they were waiting for other items from the order to be completed, i did not mind too much but others might so it might be good to have it heated while waiting for orders to be completed. I believe wait times can be extended due to parties and high volume. So please take that into consideration and be understanding of the wait time. I haven't been to a Chuck E. Cheese in ages but this is not the one I remembered as a kid. This place was a 100xs better! This location was super clean, AC blasting extra cold, all games were up and running and the play area was the cherry on top (even though it cost extra) It's definitely worth it to get play passes for an hour and pay for the play area. Kids had so much fun and went home exhausted and straight to bed. (Just the kind of activities a mom needs to sit back and get some down time for herself) My kids loved it...I loved it...We can't wait to come back. read more

Ok, I know most reviewers don't review places like Chuck E Cheese but we went to our granddaughters birthday party here and I was really surprised. It was well organized, well staffed, the food (pizza toppings and wings for me - GF) was good. They have a very nice looking salad bar too. They have Pepsi (not Coke) so I brought my own drink. They do have wine and beer but I was driving. The kids had a great time and I felt they were very safe. You can have them provide everything or bring in a lot of your own items. Chuck E. Cheese is making a comeback! I've noticed several new locations opening up in the area, so I decided to take the kids for a playdate. I was expecting to see the characters performing on stage, but with advancements in technology, they now appear on a screen instead. Another change I noticed was the ticket system--rather than getting physical tickets from the games, everything is automatically loaded onto a card. While this is more convenient, I found it a little disappointing. There was something nostalgic about watching the tickets pile up on the floor and feeding them into the machine to see how many you had. Now, you simply tap your card at a kiosk to check your balance. The customer service was great, and the staff was friendly. I feel like there used to be more games, but I could be wrong. I also remember the pizza tasting different, though it was still fine. The establishment was clean, but some of the games weren't working properly. I got a call from the store few days ago and been told by them we need to arrive to the store 10 minutes before the reservation time(11am-1pm), we got there by 10:50am, the store not opened yet, the store just opened on time at 11:00am, then we order the food right get in to the store at 11:05am, and the food not ready until 12:10pm, we asked for the kids to started to eat, then at 12:35, everyone are not done eating yet, the staffs told us we need to move to other small table since the desk has been reserved to the next party, they had to prepare it... our reservation was 11:00am to 1:00pm, we've been told to leave even within our reservation period, we been waited for the food over an hours the stayed in our table less than 2 hours, the kids just had less than 30 minutes to finish their food and cake. Took my family to Chuck E. Cheese in the City of Industry to celebrate my son's 2nd birthday. We did not make a reservation as it was mostly adults, minus my son. It was a Saturday afternoon and quite busy, but we were able to find a couple of tables, side by side, to fit our party. When it was time to order, Jessica was very patient, informative and super helpful. She definitely made our experience at Chuck E. Cheese much more pleasant. The place was clean of any trash or debris on the floor (I'd expected to see food or bits of wrapping paper here and there, but to my surprise, everything was cleaned and picked up). There were plenty of games to choose from. We especially loved the games for the little kids. The pizza was really good! I was impressed with how good the pizza was. I have memories of the pizza being super thin and mediocre, at best. But the pizza at this location was such an upgrade to the pizza in the past. This location is a year old, very new compared other locations I've visited. Very clean, lots of space, lots of games. They had a Spring Break special on the app (make sure you have it downloaded or put in your email to receive it). It's a $108 deal for only $49 (plus tax). Shift Lead, Allison, was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful, very patient. She was the only team member on the floor and handled everything alone. We came to celebrate my child's birthday and I'm glad we did. My kids had so much fun! We mistakenly thought the play zone was open play because the sign was far off to the side and it wasn't closed off. My kids played for almost 15-20min until Allison approached us and explained that it was a separate purchase. Upon picking prizes, I apologized and offered to pay for the time my kids were on it and she said it was okay. It was a misunderstanding on my part, but thankful for her understanding. We ended up ordering pizza which was pretty good and walking by their salad bar everything looked fresh. For their games it is by time.
