We've been Silver Members for about a year, and my 5-year-old loves coming here. The staff is always friendly, and I really appreciate that they remember us and even know my regular order. It makes us feel welcomed every time we visit. Chuck E. Cheese is what it is a busy place full of kids having fun & we've always had a good experience. The food has consistently come out hot and on time, and my daughter always has a great time. The only area that could use some improvement is cleanliness, but overall it's been a positive experience, and we'll continue coming back. read more

For as packed as it was both times I've come, there is plenty for the kids to play. The obstacle course & trampoline area are great, enclosed and safe. The staff is friendly & helpful. It seemed like they booked so many parties for one day, but - it's understandable with sports seasons ending etc. Food is always hot & it is served in a timely manner. I NEVER leave reviews like this, but I feel it's important to speak up for guest safety and respect‼ During a recent visit, I witnessed a guest experience a seizure, which is a serious medical emergency that requires immediate professionalism and care from staff. After the situation was being handled, an employee made an inappropriate and dismissive comment complaining about how often Chuck E. is requested to come out to a caregiver of a HUMAN who has a monthly pass for Chuck E. Cheese, not some kind of pest as she makes it seem!!! She essentially blamed the caregiver for the seizure by saying it's "too much" to put on a mouse costume for the times the caregiver has requested. I confirmed what was said, not just "over heard". This is concerning and upsetting because that service is often used for children and guests with disabilities. I believe it's not something to complain about. The comment came across as insensitive and unprofessional, particularly given the seriousness of what had just occurred! In a family-oriented environment, especially one serving children and vulnerable guests, staff should be trained to respond with empathy and respect during emergencies - not frustration or complaints. I have already reported this matter to corporate, as I believe it warrants proper review and accountability. I'm sharing this because situations like this should be taken seriously to ensure better training and guest care moving forward. I hope nobody else has to experience guilt - tripping for simply asking Chuck E. to come out, since he never does at this location. Came to celebrate my son's birthday. The tables closest to the entrance were dirty. I asked to borrow a towel and the young lady came to clean the tables, but didn't wipe the chairs. The food took over an hour. The two times I approached the window, I saw the guy fixed his sweaty hair by using his bare hands to move it to the back. (I hope he uses globes to fix the food.) The kitchen doesn't communicate with the front so the people in charge of giving out the salad plates didn't know we ordered a $16.99 salad on the app and wouldn't give us a plate. There are no napkins at the tables. We all know the claw machines are manipulated so that they don't have the strength to grab anything, but the scam goes beyond at this place. $3 for 1 try $5 for 2 and 5 for $10. I put in 2 $5 dollar bills which simple math would say I get 5 plays. We only got two plays. I went to the manager and explained that I put in $10 but only got two plays. She gave me 2 plays. A good customer service person would have said, I'll give you the 3 plays but next time it must be a $10 bill to give you 5 plays, but no. She said it was clearly stated there. My husband and I brought our girls here for my oldest daughter's 4th birthday. I hadn't been to a Chuckee Cheese since I was a kid, so I wasn't sure what to expect. There have been so many changes but for the most part it's still the same. A lot of games, a playpen area, dining area, food section and of course the ticket redemption area. My girls spent majority of the time playing in the playpen area. They played some of the games, but we noticed a lot of the games were not working so that was a bummer. We took a lot of photos in the photo booth. I miss the animatronics band they used to have when I was growing up in the 90s. I knew they got rid of those years ago, but it was always one of my favorite things about Chuckee Cheese. We didn't end up eating here so I can't say whether the food is good but overall, I would say it's a good place to bring your kids for some fun. read more

I'm glad I came to this location because it was clean and the service was great. The manager noticed that an employee was busy and, instead of leaving us waiting, she jumped in and asked if we needed help. I honestly don't see managers go out of their way like that very often, but I'm glad she did because it set a great tone for our experience. The food was also great. It's Chuck E. Cheese, so I wasn't expecting the best pizza, but I was genuinely surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The only complain I had was the few amount of fries they gave me, but really it didn't bother me because I had such a good experience. Even the customers were kind, a mom offered my daughter a free play on a machine when I couldn't find my card. The ninja run and trampoline area are such a nice addition. There's also an employee there ensuring everyone is playing safe. For a Check E. Cheese it was very clean, and at this time all the machines actually work, which is a nice touch. However, I did notice that the service could use some improvement. The staff seemed a bit confused and overwhelmed at the register where you purchase your tap cards and food, it was a weekend so it was very busy. We had a birthday party for our little girl here and she had a blast! The location was clean and in great condition. The birthday party package was a great deal and would totally recommend. The place was packed by the time we left but our birthday girl was running on empty so it was perfect timing to call it a day. The food was decent and served quickly, efficiently and hot. Came here this weekend with my kid. New location, with a trampoline and ninja course inside. Aside from it being very new, and clean with new games, the service was very good as well. Bathrooms were clean and a lot of space. I did like that everything was very open concept. Usual food and prices..No alcoholic drinks yet, but im sure there coming. Jumper and ninja course, if your kids want to do that, thats an additional fee of $36 for that. Otherwise, a good place to take your kids.. Look for deals on line before you go. read more

So much is the same from my childhood and so much is also different. I appreciate the easily reloadable tap cards, which makes regular visits seamless. We've been 3x and surprisingly, there haven't been too many people, tables and games are accessible. The staff is young, but kind and professional. Unfortunately my daughter loves chuckee cheese a lot that's why we keep coming but it really sucks that there's always long lines to purchase food and cards to access games . I feel bad for employees there is always only 2-3 people working and multiple parties plus parents just wanting to bring kids to have fun. The salad bar used to be really good and also it feels like the AC is shut off. Super hot inside. These big corporations charge so much for a slice of pizza and drink but can't bump up the AC . The regular employees are awesome and are always going above and beyond. Joey (the manager) however definitely needs to work on customer service. I went to this brand new location on Friday. It was clean and all workers were very nice. We had a bitthday party here and our service person was WONDERFUL!! her name was Juila! She made sure we were fully happy with everything and so very accommodating to our kiddo who has autism. She noticed when he was a little over stimulated and asked if she can do anything to help. She was very attentive. The person also in the chucky suit was very kind! We let the manager know how great they were and he seemed very unimpressed. Where do I start .. 1st let's give praise to the amazing manager Raylene she made our experience here really amazing .. from my knowledge the ice machine wasn't working and a few families including me asked for ice .. she did everything she could to fix it for us an get us some cold beverages . 2nd I seen this young lady getting cursed out by so called human beings .. she handled those horrible people very well , I seen her little worried face an had to walk over an let her know she's doing a great job she deserves some recognition for that. I'll start with the cons: 1. Just a few weeks from opening and there's a fair amount of out of order games, reducing the seemingly large space. 2. My biggest complaint and reason for this review, the pizza is my favorite part but seems like they're not equipped to handle the crowds. On two different occasions, the wait time has been greater than 60 minutes. The Pico Rivera location never has a wait time more than 30 minutes at their busiest time. No A/C unable to cool off the kids. Every single party complained and the manager never showed face. They would claim the A/C was broken, but there would be moments of cool air. Where shall I begin....my daughter Hunter Rose, a Whittier local, who is well known as an epileptic special needs child was denied the ability to have her service dog with her this morning. We've spent a lot of money for special training for her dog to be able to detect seizures.
