Recently held my son's 1st birthday and everything was great! Service was amazing and they communicated well with me from day 1. The playground itself was clean and we had no issues with any of the kids. Love that they have a baby area too. They left you cater your own food. They also help with some set up and some break down. Our group had a blast! We liked the idea of an enclosed party space since we have so many kids in our family/friend group. There is like a 100 people limit though (including kids) as they don't have a lot of sitting space. We brought extra tables and chairs to help with that which wasn't a big deal. We felt everything was clean and I see them actively cleaning the place when we left too for the next party. We would come back again. read more

This place was dirty and showed a lot of wear and tear. It was honestly disappointing. There were only two employees working, and they were not enforcing the rules at all. Kids were jumping into the ball pits, and much older children were playing in the toddler area. My son was nearly jumped on twice because there was no supervision or enforcement of age-appropriate play areas. I don't care that admission was free because there was a private party later that day--I would gladly pay for a cleaner, safer, and better-managed environment for my child. Unfortunately, many of the parents seemed completely unconcerned with their children's behavior. The level of disrespect and lack of supervision from some families made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this place or return in its current condition. It's unfortunate because, with proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safety enforcement, it could actually be a very cute place for kids to play. There is definitely some wear to this facility but it was still an awesome experience. The place is thoughtfully set up so that children can enjoy themselves while adults can mostly hang back and still see their youngings. I thought the pricing for infants was priced too high as there wasn't much of a dedicated safe space for them. Jump Jungle was a very fun play place! The kids had a lot of fun. There were lots of different places to play such as ball pits, slides, and obstacle courses. It was not only fun for the kids, but it had a lot of seating areas for the adults to watch. The service was good and they were very friendly. We have booked a different indoor playground every year for our son's birthday parties, and Jump Jungle is definitely a top contender as far as space, convenience, and value. The price to rent out the entire space is very reasonable compared to other playgrounds. & they have party packages where they completely take care of the decorations for you! We had a Minecraft theme for our son's 4th birthday, and we were just blown away by how amazing this set up was (they only had 30 mins in between the party before ours to put it together). The staff here were all very courteous and kind. From visiting this playground in the past, I have already seen various improvements made - including the new ball pit & how they have finally repaired the rips in the big red slide. Such a great jump jungle for kiddos! We had a private birthday party event here. They had it closed to public. You may want to call to double check when they close for private events if you plan on bringing your kids here. I believe we paid $950 for 3 hours on a Saturday night, call them to check prices. Shoes off policy and you need to have socks. They do sell socks there as well if you don't happen to have any on hand. They have 2 rooms away from the main seating area. We set up our food in one room and had the other room for photo ops with cake and birthday boy. This kept our birthday party organized. Few ball pit areas. Main ball pit has an air contraption that suck the balls up into a basket and will spill out once full, our toddlers loved this area. There was also a tea cup style ride that spun around quite slow as it's for kids. There was a larger size and adults were able to sit with their kids. Don't be alarmed that their restroom walls are full of graffiti tagging. Not sure what occupied this space prior to the jump jungle. read more

My wife and I bring our daughter here all the time, and we always have a great experience. The place is very clean, and the employees are consistently kind, friendly, and helpful. We recently hosted our daughter's 4th birthday party here this past weekend, and it turned out amazing. We rented the space for 3 hours, and everything went smoothly. We were able to bring in our own food and drinks, which made things even more convenient. I've been here in the past and came again just recently in March and a couple things were a sore to the eye . It is a nice indoor playground for the price but the ceiling looks like a total health and safety hazard ! What's up with all the towels and home depot buckets being suspended above child's play area ?!!! I understand times can be tough but come on you guys this is our children's health . Also when I attended they did allow a little boy who was vomiting everywhere to continue to play on equipment . We celebrated my daughter's birthday here for 3 consecutive year. Last Saturday 3rd birthday was very disappointing . I was given given a spot of 7pm -9pm and unfortunately some of the guests arrived a little late to eat their food so I asked to extend a few minutes to let them eat and we will clean up. Very inconsiderate that they didn't agree and I was forced to clean up and tell my guests to eat & finished on time at exactly 9pm. Second time being here. Compared to last time today black Friday was pack around 10:30 am. What I like about this place it's not dusty unlike most playgrounds it's pretty well maintained. Jump Jungle was our go-to spot for our kids parties but we had a bad experience this last time and will not be going back. I don't like to write bad reviews, but it was disappointing to see how they "clean" and how we were treated. Our party time was 11-1 and in the past, the ENTIRE space has been completely empty allowing my kids the space to play while I set up for the party, worry-free. This time, however, public guests lingered until 10:53--just minutes before our party began. That left us scrambling to set up in a chaotic environment. The bigger issue was cleanliness. When I asked staff to clean the tables, they used BABY WIPES. I requested proper disinfectants like Lysol or Clorox, but was told they didn't have any. Instead, they claimed to use a spray bottle with alcohol, followed by baby wipes. For a children's play facility, that doesn't sound like it meets basic hygiene standards. I also saw staff walk into the bathroom, sign the cleaning sheet, and leave without actually cleaning. Eventually, one girl employee brought out a green spray bottle that looked more appropriate. Between the place being open to the public right before our party, the rushed setup, questionable cleaning practices, and lack of professionalism, Jump Jungle has lost our business. read more

In general we love the place, we've been taken our kids here quite regularly in the last three years. Just something that you guys really need to update: 1. Staffs' english 2. The wrist band should be used to check when somebody take there kids out, you guys should check if they are matched with each other before letting the kids out with the adults. I ve been to a lot of playground in the world, it a must to check before letting a adult taking out a kid. 3. Bag checked before letting people inside, what if sb carried st that not supposed to be in a kid's playground. For safety of the kids and your staffs you should definitely check a bag before letting people in. 4. Great place for the kids! I went for a kids birthday party and it was amazing. Very large and safe space that the kids love! I liked that there is only one entrance/exit way with a gate. So it makes it hard for kids to go outside without their parents knowing. Also everything is padded for safety as well. This business posts their price for each admission, packages, memberships, and parties online. The prices are very reasonable. Loved this place. Came with a couple other mom friends for an early morning visit. I was impressed at what they have available for kids, looking from the outside I wouldn't expect what was inside. It's a very large play area, the kids were entertained the entire time. Came here on Thursday February 1, 2024, around 10:30am-12pm. My 2 year old toddler son, had such a great time! It's clean, wasn't crowded (I assume non-weekend). I called ahead to check hours. Bathroom was clean. Floors was clean. The receptionist was walking around with a Dyson. Picking stuff up. My son isn't a daredevil, but he tried all the different stations except going down the tunnel slide. There's a toddler area with its own ball pit. There's some areas that can be a little more cushie for like a little little crawler, but toddler it's totally fine. Cool cars to push or sit in. There's a moving thing that is like the teacups at Disneyland, loved it! I definitely would go back as it fits my schedule. I hosted my son's 3rd birthday party here and it was so much fun! It's the perfect venue for a birthday party with infants, toddlers, and young children. You're given 30 minutes prior to the event time to set up, which definitely isn't enough time - but still manageable. However, I love that the place already has pretty cute decorations that add to the look. For the private event, there are 2 rooms you can use, so we used one for food and the second for the cake/birthday decor. We were able to decorate the space however we wanted, so we just taped up a happy birthday garland + blew up some balloons. We were able to bring in food from outside (there's a pizza place within walking distance!). They remind you 30 minutes before the event end time and provide huge trash bags for clean up. All guests must have socks, so I recommend bringing extra socks for all your guests as back up. The venue does sell socks, if needed. The kids all had so much fun! I love the visibility of the entire play area because of the see-through nets. I was almost always able to spot my kids from where I was standing. Bathrooms were really clean and slippers are provided. They also have a baby changing station for infants. My only qualm was that it was a bit warm in the play area, even with the AC running the entire time. I let them know at the end when they asked for feedback and they did let me know that we could let them know next time for them to adjust. The staff were kind & helpful. Jump Jungle is great for kids under 4. On the weekends, it can be a little crowded but not as bad as other indoor playgrounds we've been to. A handful of times I've been here, they were offering 1-2hours of free play before a party. But the admission cost allows you to enter and reenter later that day, which is great. They allow outside food and have a little area where kids can have a snack/lunch. The restrooms are decent and they do provide sandals. read more
