I've been to Kids Empire several times, and the biggest issue is the inconsistency. Every time we visit, a different employee seems to have a different set of rules. During our first few visits, there was no problem. Then we were suddenly told that every adult had to complete a waiver. That was understandable, so we did it. On our most recent visit, we were told that our 4-month-old baby also needed a waiver--even after we explained that she would not be playing or entering the playground. Requiring a waiver for a baby who isn't using the equipment just didn't make sense. The experience really depends on who's working that day. We've had visits where the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and those visits were great. Unfortunately, most of the time we've encountered employees with poor attitudes who seem bothered by customers or like they don't enjoy their jobs. Kids Empire should make sure all employees are enforcing the same policies and provide better customer service training. Consistency and a friendly attitude would make a huge difference in the overall experience. read more

Had my daughter's birthday which total of 10 kids and 11 parents. I paid for the extra adult which turn out he could not make it. However, Kids Empire did not care and said no refund. One of the parents brought a sibling; oh Kids Empire giving him the 3rd degree about not eating and not joining the Party. So if your guest doesn't show up they don't refund but if an extra guest shows up they throw a fit. Also, they didn't communicate to me or my wife when the bday songs will play and said we missed our time. This location has a large parking lot and is next door to Sky Zone and Aldi. Inside, it felt like the sitting area and tables were smaller than the Pomona location however the play ground looked fine. The floors were not very clean and sometimes felt sticky, the men's bathroom floors were wet and gross probably because there were no towels but air dry. Overall, not as good as the Pomona location, took a long time to get in and waiting for people to check in. Just a note: They didn't have forks so I had to walk to Aldi which ran out of forks and then had to drive to Walmart for forks. Great to host and run around during your party. read more

Came for a birthday party and this is more spacious than the one in Monrovia. It was also less crowded but given the holidays it makes sense not many kids are celebrating. They provided pizza, drinks (water juice and soda), decorations, goodie bags and cake. The party was standard 2.5 hours and once its time the staff came to clean up. We ended up staying longer with some of the kids and it was great. Very secure, however, some guy went through the emergency exit to smoke and the door stayed open! I was surprised an alarm did go off. Luckily we watched so no kids went out and the door got shut after. Overall, nice place for a party, just watch your kids in case adults are not watching themselves. read more

I came to this place with a drink, and as soon as I walked in, an Asian employee approached me. She asked for my phone number and whether all the kids in my group would be attending. After telling me how much I needed to pay, she suddenly said that outside food and drinks weren't allowed. What confused me was that I could clearly see other tables with outside snacks and drinks. If that's truly the policy, it should be enforced consistently for everyone--not selectively. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've felt uncomfortable with this employee. Every time I come here, she gives me an unfriendly look that makes me feel unwelcome. Maybe she's unhappy in her job, but customers shouldn't be made to feel singled out or treated differently. I hope management addresses this and ensures that all guests are treated fairly and respectfully. read more

We had a very disappointing experience. We came with a decent sized group along with my young special needs daughter who was asleep in the stroller. She was not allowed in unless we paid full price for her (even though I requested to only pay if she woke up). There was no recommendation, only that everybody must pay. When I asked for accommodations or something they could do I was only directed to contact corporate. I then requested a refund as I would not want to be there with the other children we came together with and was immediately told no refund, contact corporate again. The cleanest kids empire I've been to! I saw many of the workers taking turns cleaning, and vacuuming. The workers were all kind throughout our time. The structure is HUGE and well taken care of. My daughter had such a fun time! We also enjoyed playing the claw games, it's nice that you play until you win. There are many tables to sit and place your stuff. First time here and it did not disappoint. Imo all day play for $23 is not bad. First thing I notice was the mens restroom its super clean compared to most indoor playground I go to. Having that super clean gives this spot 5 stars since I have to take my 3 daughter's in the restroom to pee. The customer service is A1 you can leave and come back as long you have your receipt only thing is no outside food but you can bring water which is great!. Will most definitely comeback here.
