On a snowy spring day, we came here for some fun games and lunch. They also had some discount codes on their website. We haven't been to a chuck e cheese since we were kids, kinda missed the robots singing but the new TV display was nice and they had Chuck come out and dance with the kids for about 5 minutes. They had some really good deals on their website, we got 2 unlimited game cards for 1 hour for $53. That was a great price for 2 kids to run around and play for an hour. You can also pause the cards whenever you want! We paused ours to eat, and then once you scan it for a game, it will unpause. They have a lot of fun games that even adults have fun playing. The prizes to win are a lot of points, so it will take time to win big. We got 2 pizzas, both with stuffed crusts, and the food came out very quickly. The kids loved the pizza, I thought it was better than going to little ceasers. Some of the flavors in the soda machine were not very good, they were likely running out of the syrup because all that came out was carbonated water. Number one the "party planner" was constantly in my ear telling me when and what to do for her party. Then we were forced to sing happy birthday with not everyone at the table. Then told my daughter has to go to ticket blaster now. Kids were taking things from my table that i paid for. People came and tried to eat from my daughters cake. Then icing on the cake of rude! We had my grandsons 8th birthday party here. Everything went great! The wait staff was excellent they were very attentive and made sure the kids and adults had everything we needed. The ticket machine was a big hit he had so much fun and also got 1000 ticket voucher. All the games were working and spitting out some tickets. The food was excellent including the salad bar. This was the best experience we've ever had in any Chuckie Cheese . With the birthday package all of the kids received a wristband that allowed them to play for free for two hours that was a big change, how nice. Like I said best party ever the kids had a blast the adults had a blast it was a win-win situation and the price was right. Plan on having the rest of the kids party here too. read more

Food was great honestly. It's come a long way in recent years. I was here with a friend and her kids. It was incredibly busy considering it was a Saturday. That's to be expected. The problem I had was our food and personal belongings were at a table while we walked around and played. Along with some tickets from the games. Someone came and bussed our table!! This is the ONLY Chuck E. Cheese location that I have ever brought my kids too, & it's been a while since we've visited ... and I must say that this place has went to complete H***! Though at first there seemed to be a shortage of employees, as we sat there more and more employees seemed to surface ... meanwhile the video games were out of tickets, the pizzas were taking 1 hour+ to come out and then they were cold. There were people (including myself) walking back to the counter with our numbers just to get our pizza! The "unlimited" salad bar was empty ... the drink station was empty, there was a bus bin sitting there the entire time, all of the tables were dirty, there was food under the empty tables, it was absolutely disastrous! Then, my friends daughter went to tell an employee that she wasn't getting her tickets, & the employee named Ciara (sp) who was supposedly a manager told her that "without a receipt it doesn't matter," which sent this 7 year old girl back in tears. When her mother & I went to the counter the same employee was EXTREMELY rude and when we asked for a manager, exclaimed that she was the "f******" manager ... along with some other explicits. There was one helpful employee ... Reanna. She was extremely professional & helpful ... she tried to do everything she could ... but she can't run a restaurant by herself. She advised that they'd be "working" on Ciara's hospitality because she struggles with that. Wrong career choice maybe? We spent well over $200 in the establishment and it was the biggest waste of money ever. Usually $200 at CEC means a good time. Not at this location. I got a coupon in my email and even got a redeem code, when I got there they said my phone number wasn't connected to my email so it didn't work!! so they had to turn away me and my kids!! even though I had a picture of the coupon and the code and email with the coupon. my kids were crushed total disappointment!!! Horrible service. One of the leads was cashiering when I approached the counter- he suddenly decided he was done. Mumbled something without making eye contact and just walked off. I was left standing there with four kids including a toddler for too long before someone asked if I needed help. Toddlers don't stand btw. The lines are a mess and everyone cuts you- I'm talking at the register not the games. I stood in a line mess forever to order a beer and the girl said she wasn't old enough to help me so I was sent to another fucking eternity line mess. That needs to be improved. The place is small, crowded and filthy with terrible service. OH DEAR GOD WHY do your card machines take so long to process? A lot of games were out of service while others were glitchy. The games that worked are terrible quality and you mostly earn two tickets for your effort. I hate this place more than I can express. read more

The staff is very friendly and helpful-we ordered two pizzas & I asked for one without sausage, and told the employee three times "no sausage, please!" So both pizzas had the wrong toppings when they came to our table, so they fixed our order & let us have the incorrect pizzas for free. The pizza is also a lot more tasty than it used to be! The woman in charge told our 7 yr old grandson they changed their policy 2 months ago and they only let those who have reserved party's do it now. He had looked forward to it all night. 1 Star. I gave this place one star. Only because the food was pretty good. But I could do a review on Pizza Hut and say the same thing. But here, not only do you expect good food but a kid friendly place. This place sucks. It is unsanitary, the floors are full of pizza crust, tickets, napkins, receipts, and cups. Most of which stayed in place during my 1 hour stay. The customer service was fair. Maybe less than fair. It seemed more like a high school. Workers on their phones, giving short answers, and no one who knows what's going on. For example, CEC was supposed to come out and do his little "ticket splash". The timer counted down as all the kids waited and nothing. After much confusion talking with multiple people, we figured out that nobody knew where he was. 10 minutes later another countdown and when he came out it seemed like he knew nothing of what was going on. He walked straight out and stood by the ticket counter. Posed with a few kids. And back to his cave he went. In most CEC establishments he would dance, wave, interact. This place was an embarrassment and a waste of time. If you get anything from this then it should be this "NASTY, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND A COMPLETE LET DOWN TO CHILDREN". Booked a birthday party for my four year old. I got the biggest package available which is the superstar package. Our host did not seem like she wanted to be there at all. We arrived on time and none of our birthday decor was ready. Only half of the table had a table cover on it. I paid for a pretty in pink birthday themed birthday and the only thing pink we got was a cheap plastic table cover and one balloon. The cups and plates weren't even pink. I paid for 2hour unlimited gameplay for the kids, but the party was organized in a way which only the kids 30min tops to play games. When it came to the actual birthday cake and singing, every kid in the birthday area was sang to at once. When it came time for us to say the name of the birthday child you couldn't even hear because 40 other people were saying different names. Chuck E Cheese came out for about 5 minutes and left. The piñata was a rip off. Not only did it not even break properly, but there were 10 pieces of candy and 15 tokens inside. I could've bought my own candy at the store for cheaper than that. Overall, I would never pay for the superstar package again. If you want to do a birthday party, bring your own cups, plates, cake, and goody bags. The 2 hour unlimited play is a complete scam. Buy your own tokens for the kids and run your own party. I promise your kiddos will be way happier! Also, my friend got soda from the fountain and a hair came out. It was IN the machine.
