I wanted to post a review because I had a very favorable experience on a busy Saturday when the place was full of other little ones & families celebrating birthdays. Its a nice venue and it was adequately staffed this day. We ordered pepperoni pizza and wings, and the pizza was quite decent, exceeding expectations. It seems perhaps management has changed or improved, making it a worthwhile destination for fun. Regarding the website, more specific information is in order. It is not as useful as it could be to first time visitors. I think the corporate office has forgotten there are still those who never have been there, and there is no guidance about what to expect when one visits; the only info on the website addresses food items and packages. It was not clear how a visitor can access the games and other entertainment. All of this could be clarified in the FAQ. read more

My grandkids are with me today, so I decided to take them to Chuck E Cheese. They had a great time. They played games, ate pizza and won prizes. Chuck E. Cheese now has a trampoline. My grandkids are too young and short to get on, but other kids were on and had a great time. We will definitely be back. read more

Pizza was fire but better hope managers are working bc as soon as they left at 3:30, it was all down hill... On a Friday whoever was working front desk as soon as the upper level management was outside on the phone for several minutes and yelled across the restaurant asking if she could help me and then proceeded to keep her cellphone to her ear the remainder of the interaction... I explained that the ski ball machine was down and her response was that the guy who is supposed to fix it didn't come into work. I suggested a sign or barricade so people don't waste their tokens. "That's why on top of one of the machines it says 'error'"... mind you there are four machines that all looked operable. Not to mention, no kid is going to look above the machine and understand that code, even if they can read. I get that everyone has their moments but there should probably be more than one frontline employee alone to run front of house on a Friday afternoon. read more

Fayetteville Location Wed Nov 26th, got here with family and other families as well at 11am. The fountain drinks are turned off and water doesn't even work. As of 12:19 writing this review I asked the staff ( who is very nice ) and provided 3 bottles of water when asked. The manager and tech with the key left the building (as we saw him walk out at 1105, and staff said he would not return for 30 more minutes. I have counted 28 kids, and 14 adults with no drinks. The salad bar looks like it was left out over night. We have never seen such disorganization at this location. It is very disappointing as we are gold members and come once a month at least. I am so disappointed at Chuck E. Cheese. As a child I used to love to go every other weekend and have parties there. I went today for a birthday party and i am disappointed. They literally took away everything that makes Chuck E Cheese a unique experience. Here what i noticed: All the games are played out, some of them barely work, tv screens/projector screen replace the animaltronics, chucky come out for like 5-10 seconds, chucky have no energy...he doesn't dance..just stand/wave, employees sit on furniture and be on their phones and don't get me talking about the wings..the wings was 20 dollars...it didn't come with no fries or drinks.... Talking about it feed two people?.....8 small wings ? Feed two??? Sheeesh. False advertisement for free fun day. Offer was only for the trampoline, not the games. They need to be more specific when advertising. Not cool when you show up and they say something completely different than what's advertised. The service was not great. Too many workers standing around talking, the server who serviced our table was rude, we didn't get any napkins, we practically had to beg for the cups that came with the pizza....AND THE PIZZA WAS HORRIBLE!!!! I lt was cold, the cheese was not melted, and it seemed uncooked!!! This was our last time visiting Chuck E. Cheese!! I am so glad we did not book my granddaughter's birthday party there.... I visited this place twice in one week. I visited on February 14, 2023 as a Valentine outing for my 4 year old. Chucke E. never came out. The manager said the person called out. I understand things happen. I took her during the weekend (February 19th) to make up for it....I time all my visits knowing when Chuck E. Comes out to engage with the kids... Again no Chucke E. Not to mention a lot of the games were not in service. You're better off going to the park with a few outdoor games. read more

If I could give a half a star I would! This Chuck E Cheese was the absolute worst! Almost every game was out of service and the ones that weren't out of service either took our coins and didn't work or took our coins and actually worked but failed to give us the tokens we won from playing. I think years ago this Chuck E Cheese was one of the better ones but I think it's about neck and neck with the one in Riverdale. Actually, the one in Riverdale is a bit better. I hadn't been to a CEC in years and I was pleasantly surprised. The place was really clean, prices reasonable, and the kids had so much fun. The only negative was that there were several games (at least 4 that I recall) which were inoperable. Also, I didn't notice any staff helping out on the floor at all. As I stated previous the staff make all the difference in these places and this one continues to set the standard. In every visit here the consistency has been to the highest standard. The operations manager Lorenzo (yea they are that cool we yack while kids play) keeps this CEC tip top and has the awards to prove it. We got there and waited for 15 minutes to place order before actually going up to the lady that was stamping guest in she said that the young lady that was doing the tickets would help us ..This lady was helping another guest with tickets and it was a moundful.. she said it would be about 10 more minutes. The pizza is tasty but the service is terrible. Not rude but slow/ nonexistent. We were there on a not busy weekday and everything from checking in to pay to getting prizes required a several minute wait for an employee to show up from the back. This was on a weekday about 1pm. The pizza takes AT LEAST 30 minutes (that is per the manager who says everything is made to order) and they apparently gave mine to the wrong table so that took even longer. The manger did offer some compensation in the form of free pizza and games on our next visit but do I really want to come again at all? I do like the new card system, you can pay per ride or for a designated amount of time like 30 minutes. But Chuck E. Cheese is a parenting circle of hell under the best circumstances, the least I expect is to hand over my money and get my overpriced plain cheese pizza in a timely manner. read more

Our party host, Mahogany, was excellent! The table was set up prior to our arrival, she was very attentive, and was professional. The pizza was good, wings were blah (but they made another order), and we were emailed coupons prior to the party for additional fun! So just wanted to share with you all something that is totally concerning to me as a mom.....tonight we went to chuck e cheese with the family/friends and had a wonderful time as always but i was very disturbed when i got all you can eat salad bar and was told by sn employee to use the same plate each time i made a trip WHAT???? I told her that was disgusting and she agreed with me but insisted on telling me that it was the policy of the buisness and that she didnt agree with it either. Do they not understand As you eat, the tableware you are using becomes contaminated with saliva, which is transferred to your plate. If you were to take a soiled plate back to the buffet, it is possible that the serving utensil could come into contact with the plate and contaminate the food on the buffet line. Requiring people to use a clean plate for each trip to the buffet is a food safety issue. In fact, it is a requirement under the Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. PLEASE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY . This needs to be taken care of!!!!! You could get a cold, the flu, mono, or the herpes virus if the other person is infected. You can also spread meningitis through saliva. read more

Currently sitting outside their door at 11:26 when they open at 11. A "manager" comes to the door to tell me they need 30 more minutes to get the pizzas ready. ???? The playroom is not even open how do you need more time?? Terrible. As well as they will not take any food orders over the phone. I must say I really don't care 4 this place, not b/c of bad service or a bad experience or anything like that but b/c of all the germy little kids running around BUT Chuck E Cheese's scored MAJOR points w/me 2day! So I took my 2 & 6 yr olds. We got stamped when we came n. U kno, the safety stamp. As we were leaving my mother-n-law showed up. She took my 2 yr old's hand & proceeded 2 exit. I stayed bak a bit just 2 c how it would go considering the young lady working the door was swamped w/ppl coming n on the entrance side. When the safety stamp on my 2 yr old & mother-n-law did NOT match the young lady immediately looked up like she was looking 4 the parent. She stopped & started asking my mother-n-law questions. I stepped up & claimed him. She checked our stamps & on our way we went!! I was very impressed!! As busy as she was I honestly thought she was gonna just let them slide out the door. This was a real waste of time and money!!!! Half of the games didn't work...and those that did work didn't spit out the tickets. There were games that just took the token and then didn't work, so we spent half the time running around to find the attendant who would replace the lost token. If you want to risk it..I would suggest going during the week and not on the weekend...I will not be going back. read more

I decided to write this review because on my last visit, I was extremely impressed with the service and hospitality of the manager. I've always had great service by the employees whenever I come here, but this time I felt the service was BEYOND extraordinary. The manager (I wish I remembered his name) was very kind. He came to check up on us twice and chit chat with us and I feel this is very important. As a previous business owner, I feel the role of a manager is not to just manage a team, but you must lead by example and be on the floor interacting with customers. When your team sees you doing this, it encourages them to do the same. BRAVO to the manager! read more

About the 10th minute of standing in line with my impatient 5yo to turn in tickets at the only redemption machine working, I made the conscious decision that I would rather have my man parts dipped in boiling acid than ever return to this location. Of the many varieties of games available to convert cash into tickets worth a hypothetical penny, the overwhelming majority--80%--were either non-functional, simply "ate" my tokens, or didn't spit out the anticipated tickets. Requesting a refund of said tokens was met, with apathy, by a young female who told me dryly, "Go stand by the machine." Ah, yes.. precisely what my 5yo wanted to do: stand by the machine. Eleven minutes later, when glossy-eyed technician arrived, I managed to get a refund of my two missing tokens, which then disappeared with gusto into another non-functional game involving throwing balls into a frog's mouth. I didn't bother to attempt a refund on that one, instead hurrying my child through the 5 or 6 fully-functional and properly-serviced games still available so I could leave before the last thread of my sanity snapped amidst the filthy floors and the long-dead, rotting carcass of actual customer service. You'd be better off buying your kid something at Toys-r-Us and lacing their chocolate milk with barbituates to get them sleepy. read more

Any parent can tell you how stressful birthday parties for children can be. My daughter has always been a big fan of Chuck E. Cheese so this year we decided to have her party there. It was such a great experience! The staff takes care of everything while you go out and play with your child. They walk you through the party schedule and are very prompt. From the happy birthday singalong to the ticket blaster to the cake all the kids were nothing but smiles and the staff were top notch! read more

Went with my kids on a Saturday. There was only a short line in but a longer line behind us. A MUCH longer line behind us. There were no tables to sit at. We finally found a dirty one by a wall and sat down only to be told by workers we would have to move it was for a party that was coming in. There was nothing marking it as reserved or any of the wall tables. There were NO other tables. She told us to sit at a high top table which all were marked for parties and I am handicapped so the table would have been at the bridge of my nose. She then called a manager to a family that already had their food sitting next to us. The girl manager comes out and looming over the poor woman and children berating them to move. I went over to tell her you cant do that to them nor to me. We paid the same as anyone else and deserve a right to our seats. She then put her finger under my nose and proceeded to get rude with me. We decided the headaches werent worth it. We dont pay businesses to insult us and leave us standing to eat in a busy aisle way. Other customers were angry as well saying they would NEVER come back. I asked for my money back and was made to wait more then 15 minutes. I told the front manager they were way over safety occupancy limits not only annoying there were no tables and workers were rude but it was a safety issue they needed to post a warning on the door until they lessened their load they coudnt keep packing in people that way. The gaming area was standing room only not an inch of space between parents. He said not his job or his business the district manager would have to handle that and they are not on site. I have to say... we had a great time! Took my granddaughters and two little boys we were babysitting. I was a little worried because it seemed kind of small. We ordered some pizza (which was way better than I expected) and got some tokens. All of the games were up and running, staffers was busy making sure they were all full of tickets. After we ate the staff was quick to get us a to go box and clean our table. When we cashed our tickets in the lady was super friendly and seemed to have multiple arms as many people as she was making happy at once. Worst experience ever. I was playing ski ball and hit the jackpot. I realized all of my 100 tickets did not come out. I looked for a manager, found him, and patiently waited for him as he was helping others and fixing the machine that counts your tickets. Once he finishes, I politely tell him my situation, and he calls someone on the radio and says "need tickets at ski ball." I see him pass his keys to a staff member, and I watch the team member go into a room and later walks out with a handful of tickets. He then stops and sees a woman struggling with the ticket machine and spends a decent time trying to fix the machine because tickets were jammed. still while patiently waiting, I see a man walk over to him and ask for help. A few more minutes pass and he finally fixes the ticket machine. Then, while the tickets to refill the ski ball machine still in hand, he walks over to the man who tapped him on the shoulder and asked for help. At that point, I was beyond frustrated. I spent more time than necessary waiting for a man to simply refill the ski ball machine that I had been using. I then say "I've been waiting for you to refill the machine for the longest time and this man taps you and you quickly go to him." Once I walk away to find the manager, I look back and see the team member talking about me, pointing, and making the ugliest little mad face. I ask for the manager, the manager comes to me, and asks me what's wrong and what I want him to do to fix it. He doesn't seem sincere whatsoever and had a look on his face like he was annoyed and just wanted to shut me up. I literally wanted him to speak to his team member because the whole situation was not okay. The manager then walks over to the ski ball and there we find the team member FINALLY refilling the tickets. Then I felt somewhat satisfied because I felt like the manager would discipline the team member. Boy was I wrong. My family was by the entrance and told me that the team member and manager were laughing and smiling, and obviously thought it was a big joke. I will NEVER come here again and I truly wish to speak to someone in a higher position than the manager. Whomever I can get in contact with, I'd truly appreciate it. I will never waste my time again and be disrespected by the same 2 men in this place again. read more
