We went in blind, but it was right where it was supposed to be based on the GPS directions. Upon entering the space, there are PCs and game systems lining the walls. There is not a lot of decor, but the kids didn't care about that. They wanted to play games. I met the CEO/general manager......I can't remember what he said his title was. He was very professional and accommodating. We purchased a Groupon for PC time and one of the kids wanted to change to console. He allowed it with no problem. There was music playing in the background to add to the gaming vibe. The kids were singing along to songs without even noticing because they were so into their games. The space ain't very big, but there are quite a few systems and PCs to play on. We had a two hour time limit, but no one was over our shoulders telling us when to leaves. Of course we governed ourselves, but we didn't feel pressured to leave at the exact minute that our time was up. They are located in a shopping center that is next to another shopping center with a walmart. They are also across the street from another shopping center with a Dollar Tree. The parking is plentiful and there are lots of other stores in the area. If your kids are old enough, you can step out to run an errand or grab a bite while they play games. We would definitely come back again.

The staff was extremely patient and helpful--even when we didn't fully understand the concept after a few explanations, they encouraged us to just jump in and even walked us through a game. After that, we caught on quickly and had a blast. We were able to walk in with almost no wait, and anytime we needed a room it was less than 2 minutes. The concept is very interactive and fun--60 minutes was the perfect amount of time to explore without feeling rushed or burned out. Lockers with keys were provided, which was convenient. I understand why drinks may not be available inside given the tech and setup, but that's the only small improvement I'd note. A couple rooms had a slight odor issue, but nothing that took away from the experience. Overall, a solid 5-star experience--highly recommend for groups, families, or anyone looking for something active and different.

Forgot my socks - the alley sold those at $3 a piece - itchy, standard bulk pack white socks. The alley itself was clean but could stand an update. It has plastic chairs to sit at in between your bowling but the placement could be better. The chair are situated right in front of the bowling ball racks so it's an inconvenient when you're trying to get a ball and you have to disrupt someone sitting there. The area for your personal belongings was located near the bowling ball holder area too. The lanes worked well - no issues. Overall I had fun. They had a flyer which boasted a few days out of the week there was unlimited bowling for $14. So great prices. There was a bar/food area, small arcade room - saw an air hockey table and arcade games. Didn't explore any other areas to discuss.

My only gripe which wasn't even a big deal.. since we didn't follow this direction (insert halo atop my head) is that when we showed up 15 minutes after the hour, 12:15, they gave us the bands that expired on the hour instead of the half hour mark. So by the time we put our shoes away it was 12:20 but they asked everyone with blue bands to leave at 1pm. I played deaf for 15 minutes because if I paid for an hour, I'm getting my hour. Nobody bothered to hurry us out, though, so cool beans. I'd definitely come often if I lived in the area.
