This Chuck E. Cheese experience was far worse than usual today. No ice! The napkin dispensers are empty except for a dirty crumpled up one setting on the top of the empty dispenser. There is also a tacky sign saying you must see the front register to obtain a lid for your drink. It has grammatical errors. The staff turned the televisions off with Chuck E. Cheese programming 15 minutes early. My kids LOVE watching that, and we did not even get here until after 8pm. Chuck E. Cheese closes at 9pm. Therefore the television programming should continue until closing time. Games should remain on until closing time. I am very angry. My child approached 2 separate employees to let them know THIS IS NOT OKAY. Both blew him off saying that they are closing. If you close at 8:45pm, post 8:45pm as closing time. Do not tell us (and the children) you are open until 9pm, and then disappoint them by shutting down the fun at 8:45! Boo! They even shut off the soda machine prior to 9pm. This is truly outrageous. We cannot even get a refill to take home. Also, this was a FULL HOUSE. Many customers present. Very rude to try to run them out early. read more

It's my and my baby's first Chuck E. Cheese experience and it was surprisingly a good one. The atmosphere here is like a kids heaven, even my 14 month toddler enjoyed. I'm happy to see he is so excited to explore the things here. The foods are pretty delicious and better than I expected. The pizza is very cheesy and flavorful. The fries are soft and plain but good for babies. The salad bar is fresh. I think we will go to Chuck E. Cheese more often, because our baby likes here! read more

If I could give a negative -1 review on this location I would the worst and most rudest cashiers for no reason it was our first time being here and any little question we had they would answer in such a rude and annoyed tone such horrible customer service please work on having a more welcoming environment horrible. Now I remember why we quit coming here! Last trip they surprised me and we had a good experience. This time around a complete 180! I don't know if its because they are short handed or what. However it does not excuse attitude and rudeness from the staff here. The fries were not cooked all the way! Can't get help from anyone at all! Waited in line and for an issue with a game. I walked to the machine and waited 20 minutes and no one came. I went to let the manager know and she acted like I was a bother to her and was more rude than her employee. They don't not wear name tags here so I asked for the managers name and she flat out refused to give me her name. It's been a very long time since I've been to Chuck E. Cheese, but this is where my 8 y.o. grandson wanted to go for his 8th Birthday. We had a delicious pizza, and all three kids played games and/or rode on rides for about $50.00, which isn't that bad of a deal! All three of our Grandkids had fun ( Age 13, 8, 1). Staff were all friendly. There are a wide variety of games and rides available. The restaurant has several options available for food/game packages. The vibe is fun for the kids! Absolutely awful experience. The customer service at this Chuck E. Cheese was some of the worst I've ever encountered. One of the employees was openly rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was a huge inconvenience. There was constant attitude, zero patience, and no attempt to be polite or professional. This is a place meant for kids and families, yet the staff member we dealt with seemed irritated by basic questions and interactions. It completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun outing. Management seriously needs to address the behavior of their employees, because this level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Worst experience I've encountered especially reserving a reservation for my daughter's birthday party . Low review for lack of communication, poor costumer service , no guest service , bunch of young kids working this area with attitude like you're inconveniencing them. From the moment I walked into this place I came across workers with attitudes over a miscommunication between a previous worker not properly communicating for the day of the party, to a employee rolling her eyes , with a attitude when asked for plates / supplies for food. Layla, was the most sweetest person that I interacted with while attending a birthday party here. Walking in, it was questionable, while ordering I got the the vibe the workers DID NOT want to be there. I didn't order food as they are over priced. Some of the employees that work there do not care about Special need children. I bought a 60 min card and apparently you can only pause the card once or twice which means your forced to play the card so if I was you I would buy the points. I also bought the trampoline to jump all day. I didn't get the socks cause my child had grip on them already. So when we go to the trampoline place the attendant slams door on my child almost pushing him back and I said what's the problem. He said does he have wrist band and I said you wanna see receipt. And then he's like wheres his socks and I said lady in front said he don't need it. We argued. Not only that but he didn't ask any of the other kids where there socks or wristbands were. And then he just sits there on his phone. Instead of attending. I could sub poena video footage and show kids go in with no socks or wristbands from yesterday. Went to a birthday party on 08/16/2025 to the Goodyear location. Was very disappointed. The coordinator (Laura) who I was told was the GM was a total nightmare, Laura had such a bad attitude and little to no professional mannerisms. When it was time for the party next ti us to pay she came in and asked for the card that was going to be used, lady paying showed her it was damaged and said let me know if you have any issues. Laura took it anyways tried to swipe tap or insert then came back and yelled your card declined multiple times. We all stood quiet & embarrassed for them. Instead of pulling her aside and speaking to her quietly she humiliated her in front of a medium size group & her guest. Never again going to that place. Friendly staff and clean place - my son is 3 and we wanted somewhere inside at low cost to spend some time out of the house. Pizza was pretty good and we only waited 10 minutes for it while we played games. I was worried about the age for games because 3 yr olds are limited in arcades sometimes, half the floor was a perfect fit for him and the other half was for older kids. We took my kids here in the middle of the hot summer. I'm an 80s baby and it's been decades since I had set foot in a Chuck E. Cheese so I really had no idea what to expect. First of all, the front desk lady was extremely rude. She kept rushing us when it came to paying, when the card reader wasn't even ready. Second, the 2 alcoholic beverage rule was a little ridiculous. Anywhere else does not have this rule. 2 watered down light beers isn't enough to do any harm. The vibe was not like the Chuck e Cheese we all remember. It was awful and cold feeling. The workers were not there greeting with a smile. Everyone looked completely miserable. Also, what's up with the ticket system? Like yeah it's cool to play the games, but only winning 1-5 tickets? Come on now. I discovered hundreds of tokens for Chuck E Cheese's in my closet that I had forgotten about. They no longer take tokens, but they exchanged them for play cards. Not wanting to waste them, and knowing that our now 12 year old won't want to hang out at Chuck E. Cheese's much longer (if ever - even this time), we invited a friend to join us and they played away on the games! This Chuck E. Cheese's seems a bit more geared for the older kids than the one by my house that has been closed for years (which is why I forgot that I had the tokens). They accommodate the little kids and the older kids at this location. I was even surprised to see many adults playing some of the games. The manager and employees were very friendly and helpful about converting the tokens into play cards. The pizza was served super hot. My kid wanted more red sauce on our pizza, yet the other pizza served to our table had plenty of red sauce so that was inconsistent. Some kids might not like much sauce, so whatever. Not a big deal. I was shocked that the play cards lasted longer than expected!! We have enough credits to go back after hours of play! And, yes, our 12 year old had fun and wants to go back (which I wasn't expecting!!!). They had plenty of stuff to keep the bigger guys busy and every kid loves pizza!! So, our family went to Chuck E. Cheese last night and had the BEST time! For reference, we have a 5 year old and 2 year old twin boys. My husband and I saw on our map while looking for pizza in our area, we had a Chuck E. Cheese. Out of nostalgia we thought HECK YEAH! Let them experience that. - OMG! the staff amazing! So sweet and respectful. - The pizza was good. (Kids loved being here so much we didn't have time to sit down) - The games probably required any where from 1-3 points and they also offer timed play. - The BEST part was that all the games were inclusive to toddlers, kids and teens. If you have gotten this far. We a family of 5. Felt very special because they put on the Chuck E. Cheese costume and interacted with our kids. This place doesn't get enough love as it should. This place knows it's literally the only option for a preschooler's indoor birthday party, but they do more than the absolute minimum to make it pleasant. The pizza is ... pizza. They have a salad bar that's a bit better than average. None of the food is ridiculously expensive, and it's a little better than it really NEEDS to be. The "rides" are great though, for little kids... or they would be. Seems like the pandemic hurt the carnival ride industry: a third of the machines were broken, and the token system was replaced by a not-fun card system. The card I had was a few years old, and I thought that might be the issue, but the manager didn't address that. The whole episode is too long to write about, but I would just say, check your cards after a few games to make sure the tickets are going on like they should.
