My sister and I came here tonight to use our birthday cookie coupons because we are twins! The wait was about 20 minutes for a Friday night, which wasn't terrible at all. Our waiter, Joshua, was hilarious and so personable! He cracked so many jokes and kept us laughing all night. The gentleman who was walking around busing tables was really great too, and he came over and talked to us quite often and was very kind. His name is Chris, and he's so funny. The kitchen manager Andrew was also very attentive to our table, and everyone went out of their way to take care of us! The food was amazing as always. My sister and I have always loved the guac Tony and were very excited that they put it back on the full pizza and not in weird stacks of pieces. I gotta hand it to Oregano's - they are definitely one of the better chains out there. Every visit the servers are friendly, the portions are massive, and the food is actually pretty good. During our most recent visit we sat outside on the patio. Good vibes all around. Especially with our super friendly and attentive server. I ordered the Alfredo the Dark with an Italian sausage on the side. My friends got the Hakuna Piccata and the El Diablo Shrimp Pasta. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We all ended up taking leftovers. If I was feeling critical, I'd say the sauce on my pasta leaned watery - but the flavors were still good. While not the most romantic or high caliber option - I do find Oreganos to be one of the most reliably good chains in Goodyear. This Oreganos location is always packed but their service is always really good. It was 5 of us but they seated us quickly and the food didn't take long to come out. My recommendations are always the cheesy garlic bread and the oreganos favorite salad with a peach tea. I no longer live in Arizona so when I come back, I always have to get the salad since I haven't found another place that makes it just as good. read more

Visited on a busy Sunday during the lunch rush. Food was delicious as always, service was as great as it could be despite our server being busy with her section. We tried the Bellini flight which was yummy! We came to treat my 11 year old niece for her bday & asked for a bday cookie to sing to her and make her feel special. The cookie cost $9 so be ready for that, I am a Kaboom member, but that doesn't seem to matter unless it were MY personal bday. My niece obviously didn't have a rewards account so the cookie was full price. We used to come here a lot before they started charging for birthday treats. Food is still great but for $100+ ticket the least they could have done was give us a free bday treat (other restaurants sure do). We're from out of town so we come here on occasion and for a nice treat.... We may need to reconsider our choice... Oreganos is BOMB! My kids had an event near here, and that gave my wife and I a chance for a date. Oreganos was nearby, so we decided to have dinner there. I went with a large thin crust cheese pizza, well done, and my wife went with the Hakuna Piccata. Speaking of the Hakuna Picata......it's her favorite pasta dish, anywhere! It is really, really tasty. They give you 2 huge perfectly fried chicken breasts on top of fettuccine. Its a massive dish and very delicious! My cheese pizza was great! Stopped in for dinner at the Goodyear location, and as soon as we arrived, we noticed they were packed! Luckily, we didn't have to wait too long for a table. We were seated, ordered our drinks, and a Julius Craser salad topped with the chicken as well as our favorite pasta dish, the Big Rig, which is rigatoni pasta covered with a creamy tomato chipotle sauce, chopped basil, tomatoes, and Parmesan. This was my first trip to Oregano's. We arrived to plenty of parking and friendly staff. To my surprise, the place was packed. Even the bar was full. We were told 20 minutes and hung out until seated. The decor is upbeat and eclectic. It is a great setting for family, friends and guests! You'll have plenty of curios to keep you occupied while you wait. After about 20 minutes, we were seated. Our waitress was there immediately and provided great service throughout! We started with the Zucchini fries. They were excellent! I decided on the thin crust Numero One-O pizza and my wife had a salad (and stole some of my pizza!) It was very good with all of its meaty goodness. I especially loved the way that they shoveled the Parmesan cheese over the food. More please! And the common theme here seems to be huge portions. We absolutely love Oregano's!!! This location lives up to its valley reputation. Their portions are huge, their food is tasty, the dining room is always clean, and the staff is attentive. My wife and I tried Oregano's for the first time tonight. I ordered the pizza and my wife ordered the turkey stuffed. The service was kind of slow but other than that not a bad experience. My pizza was good, toppings are a little pricey at 3.50 per topping but the pizza had good taste and the perfect crunch to it. My wife loved her turkey stuffed. Great flavor, and huge. We will come back, I probably won't reorder pizza as it's a little pricey but the menu looks like there is a lot to like. read more

Really busy - and we notice crowds every time we drive by. They have a sign inside that you can join the wait line from their site, but I didn't see it. Maybe from the app. The inside is retro with fun music to match. The staff was friendly and attentive. Fried zucchini doesn't look impressive but is actually really good. Simple salad came with fresh cold romaine and was also very good. The deep dish pizza however was not impressive for our taste. We get take out here a lot. Been a lover of oreganos since their OG location downtown was the only one. This location is delicious. However, they frequently do not put correct ingredients i have to pay for on the pizza, nor is your food ever done on time when ordering ahead. We celebrated a birthday late lunch / early dinner at oreganos on a Saturday. The restaurant wasn't too busy, but was clean and the staff was very friendly. We were sat as soon as we walked in. We split the 18" thin crust pizza (for the two of us that was ALOT of food so we took some home). The pizza was okay - we got the cheese pizza with the additional toppings. It was a little greasy, but overall I didn't hate it. The whole reason we went to oreganos was their pizza cookie. We split the white chocolate macadamia nut pizza cookie. Back to celebrate another birthday! Once again the place was bustling - this time on a Friday night, but our party of 4 got on and off the waitlist relatively quickly (less than 10 minute wait). We ordered a calamari app, mom's mac and cheese (spicy version), the hukuna piccata, and a large thin crust pepperoni pizza. I made the mistake of not having good listening ears and accidentally confirmed for just the calamari to come out first, so that's what came out and then we had to wait longer for the rest of the food. Calamari was good, I would have preferred it to be crispier but the pieces were nicely larger compared to other places I've been to. Mac and cheese was my favorite - be careful with the hot skillet and be sure to blow on every bite - definitely appreciated my choice of choosing the spicy over the regular. Hukuna Piccata pasta had mixed reviews at the table: one of us did enjoy it but two of us swore the pasta had a weird aftertaste and was also too lemony (sorry to the lemon fans). The chicken part of it was good tho, but again I would have preferred a crispier outside. Pizza is always great here, I didn't have some in the moment but my next day leftovers were good. I feel like Oregano's has gone down in the food area these past couples years. This location the servers were pretty awesome, we did ask to be moved outside because of the amount of little humans during the time we tried to eat. We couldn't hear each other talk with all the screaming. The food came out and one of our dishes had cold pasta, but the chicken parm part was warm. My Diablo shrimp pasta had a good kick of spice. I think my favorite dish of this visit was Hukuan Piccata. The chicken was delightful and the sauce had a zesty flavor. Do recommend the pizza cookie- chocolate chip baked half way with ice cream. The service was very good! My waitress was pleasant, courteous and efficient. However, the food was awful. I ordered the lunch size pasta bowl without any meat. It came with a bland, tasteless and watery tomato sauce. The pasta was so cheap that as I attempted to get the pasta onto my fork it fell apart - sure sign of some low grade probably enriched pasta which is very unhealthy. In addition, my order arrived with a fairly large piece of some store bought chemical laden Italian bread lathered in butter not appetizing at all! Fortunately, there was no loud obnoxious music playing which made conversation in a normal tone of voice possible. The dining area was painted with dark colors and not very pleasant looking. The food was great! Huge portions. The Alfredo the dark is fantastic, especially with the chicken. The service was quick and fast. The atmosphere is energetic. The baked raviolis are great as well. Just an overall great mid-grade restaurant that serves well for family get togethers or office luncheons. Food was delicious as always. They do a great job accommodating my gluten allergy. Why a 1 star review? I came in with my service dog. There were 2 occupied tables in the entire restaurant. We were sat at the farthest possible table in the restaurant, by the kitchen doors. Annoying yes but it gets better. This was the only place I used my debit cards this weekend and when I looked at my account on Monday there were over $500 in fraudulent charges. This is the only place the debit card left my hands. Been coming here for years and never a time without a pizz-ookie. Ordered half white (macadamia) and half peanut butter. And another half white and half chocolate chip. There are three flavors to choose from; White (macadamia nut), Black (Chocolate Chip), or Brown (Peanut Butter). You can mix any two to make the pizz-ookie but can't put all three on one pan. Trust me, we tried lol. If the food isn't inviting enough, the service is definitely another reason to come here. Your server will constantly stay engaged with you and will be able to help with anything. I definitely am happy with Brie's service to our table. Checked out Oreganos for a quick New Years Eve dinner. They were busy, but we got a table immediately. First and foremost I have to shout out our server Luke! He was an absolute doll! So polite and sweet. He really made the experience great! The food was so, so. We ordered the boom dip and it was tasty but super oily, not your standard creamy artichoke and spinach dip. The pizza crust pieces were good but super filling. We ordered a pizza and it took forever to come out! Luke constantly checked on us and kept us up to date but geez it took forever! I wish they had smaller sizes, the smallest thin crust is 12 pieces and it's still massive! It tasted pretty good, but not the best pizza I ever had. The decor is meh.
