I was momentarily disappointed and mention to our server Aaron that I was sad to see it gone. Aaron immediately offered to check with the kitchen to see if they could make it for me since they do have an eggplant casserole on the menu. He came back in under a minute and said it was no problem to order it even though it's not on the menu! It was fantastic as always. Their sauce is really what makes this so delicious.
