I understand large orders happen, but customers who place orders in advance should still be valued and accommodated. What disappointed me most was that no effort was made to acknowledge the inconvenience. A simple apology or even offering a soda while I waited would have gone a long way toward good customer service. Instead, the manager seemed focused only on the large order and not the customers who were also waiting. To be honest, I already find the pizzas mediocre, and the only reason I chose AZ Pizza instead of Barro's Pizza was because it was what my coworker wanted. Unfortunately, this experience confirmed that I will not be returning.
