The staff is always friendly. (I've read other reviews complaining of the rudeness of the front desk staff, but I've never experienced anything but professionalism.). There are several good restaurants to choose from and, although they're touristy joints, the food is always good and the waiters are always first-rate. The negatives: Only half of the elevators were working at any one time and those that were working were in bad shape and dirty. And the swimming pool bar staff around the pool absolutely sucks...and they always have. Always. I've never been to that particular bar where the staff was anywhere near professional. Also, they were out of several premium liquor options and none of the frozen drink machines were working. Additionally, when entering the pool area, I asked for an extra towel. I was told that it's "policy" that each person is allowed only one pool towel. I let the attendant know that showed sh*tty service, especially for someone that was spending about $10k in their hotel and casino over two days.
