Employee got aggressive with a 5 year old with autism for not wearing the right socks before entering the trampoline. Employee grabbed my child's arm and spun him around. We were stunned and appalled. Management at the location claimed it's perfectly acceptable for staff to grab children. We were mere steps behind our son when this took place. Super clean: Usually these places are germ factories but I was pleasantly surprised at how well this one was kept. Very friendly staff: Nice young ladies who were kind and paid attention to their jobs, a rarity nowadays. Chuck the has changed quite a bit since I took my kids there A NUMBER of years ago. No tunnels to climb through or balls to jump into. The pizza is surprisingly good and all of the employees friendly and helpful. The games worked great and all of them were working an A+ for that. Poor Chuck E (the mechanical one, on the stage, tried to work the audience but nobody listened to him, (really it was to loud in the place to hear him). When the live Chuckmiester came out everyone circled around him and the partaaay started. It was great to see hand sanitizing dispensers on the walls, as you can imagine the booger/to snot laden finger ratio is VERY high here, DO NOT bring an ultraviolet light into Chuck E's domain. Nephew C really enjoyed all the games and gravitated to the basketball hoops (his dad will be proud). All in all a good time was had by everyone. Not many places to take the kids locally but this is one places I like to take my little ones mainly because this location is clean and management is very courteous and helpful. I like to bring my kids in the daytime where there is less of a crowd and they always maintain it so well. Great job to management and their team!!! read more

I am not a huge Chuck E. Cheese fan, but I have young children, so I end up there once or twice a year. Usually it is for a school function. This last time it was because Fritz said, "Let's go to Chuck E. Cheese." Well, how can you deny a four-year old with a winning smile? It wasn't even that expensive when you consider that we were there 2.5 hours. I purchased $10 worth of coins. He used perhaps two-thirds of them . . . maybe. Fritz loved climbing in the human Habitrail. That was very much his interest. He also liked posing with the rat . . . errr . . . mouse. The boy doesn't eat, so the individual pizza ($5.something) went mostly to me. The smile on his face and his selecting a toy with his tickets was worth this visit. Tuesday luncheons are much better than school functions. The crowds were not great, tables were easily found, and service was better. read more

I'm so embarassed to admit it, but I went to Chuck E Cheese this weekend. It was not as horrifying as I had imagined. Yes there were kids running around ignored by their parents. Yes the pizza was fast food quality. But I was expecting much, much worse. Most of the games were a little advanced for my almost 4 year old, but he didn't seem to care. He kept on pumping those tokens in and pressing buttons anyway. We showed up fairly early - around 11:30 on a rainy Sunday afternoon. We were seated right away. There was obviously plenty to keep the kids occupied while we waited for our lunch - like I said fast food quality pizza, but we weren't expecting anything better. The place seemed pretty clean. There was a hand sanitizer dispenser next to the beverage area. The very young staff did a decent job. Overall. not outstanding, but not the nightmare I was bracing myself for. read more

Every time we go here the staff has been very up beat, polite and friendly. The place has great games and small rides for kids, the pizza was actually good too and they have a pretty decent salad bar. I'm not sure what location the negative reviews are going to because I've had good interactions with staff, place is clean and games are working. read more

Personally I can't stand these places, but the kids like them. I usually indulge them once every year or two. The last one I visited was in IL and it was horrible. This one in May's Landing NJ, however, was not bad. It was clean, maintained, and the food was acceptable. You don't go to Chuck E. Cheese for outstanding pizza, but with that said, what we got was hot and tasty. The kids had fun and that's what matters. read more

As far as Chuck E. Cheese goes, this one was pretty decent. All the kids games worked. The service was pretty good. The place was clean. A lot of their games took two tokens though which kind of sucks. And, of course, since they're in New Jersey they can only give four tickets. Still, one of our favorites of the 3 Chuck E. I hate places like this, but now that my children are a bit older, I can sit at the table and not run around like crazy after them. I'm glad to see the tubes have been removed, as I feel they were NOT kept adequately sanitized. The game selection has improved and the food is decent. We enjoy the pizza. My son watches YouTube kids and sees all the Chuck E. Cheese's videos so he was excited to go. Given he's only 21 month old he was a little frightening but absolutely adored everything if you're looking for a clean fun place to take your child I highly recommend. he had so much fun watching the show eating the pizza running around touching all of the games and rides I will definitely be taking him again soon it was extremely reasonable for $29 you get a pizza for drinks and 40 tokens we ended up ordering another pizza as my dad loved the pizza. read more

I haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese in a couple of years. We went for a birthday party over the weekend. The place was clean and did not smell like I remembered it too in the past. They have redone the inside which was nice they have more games and removed the tunnels. My youngest was a little disappointed that the tunnels were no longer there but once she started playing the games she didn't seem to care. The BBQ chicken pizza was pretty good and so were their wings. Which was another pleasant surprise because I remember the food being horrible last time. The staff was enthusiastic and friendly. The only negative would be was that it seemed very crowded and some of the other parents and children did not seem to have any manners. Also it is nice that every game gives out tickets . and now there is an electronic swipe card instead of tokens which is a great idea however it seemed that you needed to keep scanning the card to get each game to work and then it would subtract multiple points from the card. You couldn't tell how many points each game should have cost to play. All in all it was a nice day with the kids that I was initially dreading. We will go back again. read more
