The manager, Daniel Mercurio, was incredibly helpful and was excellent at helping the crowd flow move quickly while following COVID restrictions.

Overall, I had a positive stay at this hotel. My room was clean, there were no noise disturbances…read moreduring my stay, and I was happy the TV had a nice variety of channels. I booked this hotel to attend my friend's wedding. I stayed on the 5th floor which I loved because the floor was extremely quiet. I never heard another guest while I was in my room, and with it being a wedding weekend, I would assume it was pretty loud at times on my floor. My sheets were spotless, the floors were clean, the bathroom was sparkling, and the mini fridge easily fit our Friday dinner leftovers. There was a coffee machine to make coffee in the morning which was a very important amenity. There was also complimentary coffee in the hotel lobby in the mornings. There were a few small details about the hotel room I did not like. The curtains do not fully close over the windows. There are two layers of curtains: one layer is solid cloth, and the other layer is more transparent. The solid cloth layer does not close all the way so if you try to do work at the desk in the room there is a glare on the screen in the daytime. Also, at night when you want to ensure privacy it is difficult to do so. I ended up taking a hanger with clips from the closet to close the curtains completely and that fixed that concern. Another issue with the room is that the toilet paper is very thin. Additionally, the toilet paper holder is placed at an angle behind the toilet that is difficult to reach. A lot of items in the bathroom were not conveniently placed. The hand soap was in a holder attached to the wall instead of near the faucet. Whoever designed the bathroom was thinking more about aesthetics than function. The hotel room had outlet that did not work. There were four outlets attached to the bed frame that did not work until my husband played with the wiring. He then got those outlets to work at the cost of the outlet in the lamp not working. Some of the wiring was not done well for this room. Overall these minor issues prevented me from rating this hotel as a 5 star experience but would not be cause for me not to come back. I really enjoyed how clean and quiet the hotel was. I strongly encourage other people to stay there if in town for vacation or a wedding.

My one complaint was the blackout curtains were hanging down with no bar to pull them completely closed. It wouldn't be a problem but directly behind the hotel is a town parking lot for trucks and large bright lights 24/7. There is no complimentary breakfast but there is a great restaurant/bar open for lunch, dinner and late night. I would definitely come back.

I personally hate that shit, if I am being a fool I would like the opportunity to hit the wall and learn for my self. Another mention that I have to detail is legit the bathroom was one of the worst kept bathrooms I have ever seen. It looks like a bathroom out of your high school but never attended to. The arcade looks fairly decent however my nephews that attempted to have some fun at the arcade said most of the games were out of order. Although I personally enjoyed myself as this was a new experience racing a go-kart I have to advise you should go to a different spot for this activity. We initially wanted to go to Arnold's Fun Center in Oaks, PA to race but they recently changed the hours and that is why we ended up at this location. Also, be careful if you pay in cash as I received the wrong change and they had to get the manager involved in how to break a $100 dollar bill. If you do choose to pay credit card they will charge you an added fee btw. As always people SYOY!!!

If not, other people will be apart of your race. The food options are CRAPPY. Definitely eat before you go. They have a couple of "arcade" games for kids but they are definitely out of date. The rock climbing wall was closed when I went. Not sure if it's a seasonal thing or not. There is a one membership fee when you sign up. Not really beneficial if you don't plan on going multiple times a year. Overall, this place needs some updates if it wants to keep people coming. There are more fun places to go.

They offer finger foods like pizza, wings, and mozzarella sticks. You can have a party in their party rooms. The party rooms are time limited (about two hours or less), and while the staff isn't rude, they do come in frequently to remind you how much time is left. It makes the transition feel a little rushed. Once your time is up, you're kindly moved out. There is seating outside the party rooms, but there aren't enough tables to comfortably accommodate everyone. They do have lockers for your belongings, a small arcade area, and separate trampoline sections based on age, which is a big plus for safety. The food was average at best. The pizza wasn't great, and the mozzarella sticks were just okay like pre- frozen. Another downside is the parking lot. The plaza also has a Chuck E. Cheese, a nail spa, and an Olive Garden, so parking can be pretty chaotic especially on weekends when birthday parties are happening everywhere. Overall, it's fine if you just want to bring kids to jump and burn energy. Personally, I wouldn't choose it as a party venue because the time feels limited and rushed. Would I attend another party there? Probably. But once the two hours are up, I'm heading out.

She was attentive and helpful from beginning to end. She made the experience wonderful for all the kids. The facility was nice. There were plenty of arcades to keep the kids entertained while they waited to race, plenty of lounge chairs along the race track for parents to watch their kids race, and the food we ordered was decent for this kind of establishment. When it came to paying the bill at the counter, the details weren't listed on the screen but only the remaining balance and suggested tip of 15%, 18% and 20% which i thought was steep because it was based on the subtotal of which was primarily the cost of the racing package and not some kind of service you would typically tip that much for. However, since the hostess was amazing and pretty much did everything for our party, I had intended to tip her $100 cash anyway; so, I paid the 18% tip which was more on top of the $25 service fee(an expense that wasn't apparent until you ask for a detailed bill). Hopefully, the hostess received most of that tip intended for her. Overall, the experience at K1 in Horsham was good and more importantly, the kids had fun.
