When I asked about the signs, the owner told me that she kept the signs there so the delivery services won't sit down. A friend and I met for dinner. The service was exceptional. The food was even better. The portions were generous. The white balsamic vinaigrette was thick and tasty which went beautifully with the freshness of the salad. The chicken picatta was so good. My friend loved her chicken marsala. The owner let us sit there until we were ready to leave. I would highly recommend Trios.

It seems like this restaurant and preferred doordash as the order platform so I used it. All I want to do is a small pepperoni and cheese pizza. I really didn't look at what I ordered but I saw the price and I saw close to $18 and I figured whoops I must have ordered a medium or a large or something. The door dash app texted me and said your pizza will be ready at 7:20 I live about 5 minutes away so I zipped down it there and got there at 7:19. I used to work at a pizza joint called Domino's in high school. I'm very familiar with the pizza ovens specifically the conveyor ovens. The finish end of the conveyor ovens face the customers and I noticed there are no pizzas on the warming rack and no pizzas coming out of the ovens. The girl behind the counter said oh yours is coming out in just a second. I sat and waited 10 minutes went by and I stood up and the girl said it'll be out in just a second. 15 more minutes went by and I started to get angry when a fellow came out and said are you todd? I said yeah. Did you order a pepperoni and cheese pizza he asked? I said yes I did I'd like to know where it is. "We accidentally gave it away.". Be your pizza is coming out of the oven any minute now. I've been sitting through 25 minutes of waiting on my pizza to come out of the oven. No matter how good the pizza is sometimes it can be ruined. And it was ruined. Got home and to be quite frank I didn't even want it anymore. What really got me was when you order a $18 small pizza and it takes an extra 45 minutes to get it because the high school kids behind a counter kept screwing up, at the very minimum you offer the customer a discount. Maybe a coupon for a free pizza. Hell throw brownie in with it. Nothing. And with that I will end my relationship with Bada Bing Pizza. Sometimes return business isn't worth it to them.

I pressed her and asked, could you check my address and see if it's within your delivery range? To her amazement she found the delivery was an option for me. She gave me an eye rolling comment and stated oh I'm not from around here. I then ordered my pizza and I guess it was delivered through Uber eats or something because there was a seven dollar delivery fee. I suppose the tip was part of the fee because the driver never hung around to let me offer him a tip. So I placed my order and was told my pizza would be delivered in 45 minutes. I then received another text stating it was going to be a half hour later. When the pizza arrived, it was dropped off on my front porch. I brought it in and was very excited to see if all the reviews were correct. The pizza tasted good, but it was cold and rubbery. I really would like to give a good review however the snarky dismissive comments that were made to me upon calling left me feeling like what the hell. Am I being petty? I don't think so. The proper way to handle that was when someone asked do you deliver to my home well, give me your address and let's look. I'll probably order a pizza from these folks again because the pizza tasted good but I'll go and pick it up myself. The way I can ensure that I get a hot pizza and that there's not a 30% markup for delivery. Just not happy.
