We absolutely love the hands on games at this Chuck E. Cheese location.The app has discounts for food & for the trampoline center inside. The staff is nice here but overworked. It gets crowded fast so we come very early when it opens. The trampoline zone costs extra must be under 56" tall but it's more affordable in their app. We do the monthly membership for over a year now & they give us discounts on the food. The cheesy bread here is amazing and the sweet and sour meatballs. They have great salad bar too. This place is affordable if you use the app and get the membership with coupons they send. It got us through some hard times out here when all we had was a night out at Chuck E. Cheese. read more

Checked in on a Sunday early evening. Noticed it was pretty crowded but then saw that someone was hosting a birthday party sk understood why it was crowded. Had to gwt another game card but it wasn't too hard as they have two atm style machines for you to get the cards, check the balance, and fill the card. Put in my phone number to call up my rewards membership so that was nice. 3 stars because the games were so short. If you liked a game you had to keep adding credits to it. Did see Chuck E Cheese walking around so had a good laugh. read more

This is, by far, the absolute worst Chuck E. Cheese I have ever been to. When speaking with the cashier, unfortunately I don't remember her name but it started with a J, I expressed that I wanted 2 cards with 60 minutes each. She tried to upsell me on the Fun Pass and I declined. Doing her job, fantastic. We continued the transaction and she again tried to upsell the fun pass. I declined AND gave reasoning as to why it wouldn't make sense for me to purchase. She confirms what I asked for and the transaction continued. She hands me the cards and says "What I did was give you two cards with 30 points each..." and proceeds to explain that she signed me up for the Fun Pass. Realizing this, I again said that this is not at all what I wanted. She walks a few feet away and begins talking to who I assume is a manager. However, although she was right in front of the manager, she was covering her mouth and speaking to her through the headset system that they use (This is relevant later on). The manager and cashier come over and the cashier says "there was a misunderstanding, this is what he initially said he wanted." (That's clearly what she was saying over the headset) Which wasn't at all true but, whatever, they're fixing the issue. No need to make a big deal about her trying to cover her mistake. The manager voids the transaction, then proceeds to tell me that I would get the money back in 3-5 business days AND I would have to pay again for the cards I wanted. This is when it became an issue. I express that there was no misunderstanding, I said several times that I did not want a Fun Pass, explained why I didn't want a Fun Pass, and yet she still charged me for one. I don't know if they get commission for these Fun Pass sales or not, but either way, the cashier clearly did what SHE wanted to do and not what I asked for. As I'm explaining this to the manager, the cashier begins to laugh. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. If there was any chance of me returning to this facility, that response surely negated it. The manager miraculously finds a way to charge me for the difference and sent us on our way. Unfortunately, it did not get better from here. Many of the machines were out of order and a good portion of the machines that WERE on, didn't work properly. Shooting games that the weapon didn't move or register on screen. Ball toss games with no balls. Screens not working on digital games. It was absolutely terrible. Clean & less machines so there is more room for the kids to walk through. The pizza a bit pricey for families ,but it is a activity place, so you understand the high costs . They do have package deals for pizza and drinks. The tokens now turned into Time & Points Cards . You can put as much on the cards as you'd like. Each machine is a one token so it does go a long way . The pizza is pretty good , so if you have 4 people with you order 2. They will want more slices. The drinks are self serve, so you won't need to buy more . They have shows around every 30 minutes which is lots of fun for the kiddos especially when Chuck E Cheese makes his appearance showing the kids his many dance moves . There was one girl working the counter for both the food and the prizes so the line to wait for either was crazy long. We recently visited Chuck E Cheese's for my son's friend's birthday. It's been about 30 years since I've had a reason to visit. Not much has changed. The pizza, skee ball and the mouse are all still there. The games have been updated and you still have to win million tickets to get a decent prize. The one improvement that I was impressed with was the Play Pass. This pass has replaced the tokens on most of the games. You chose between purchasing time or points and it is then loaded to the pass. The kids attending a birthday party receive a bracelet to wear their pass on their wrist. This was an added bonus because we didn't lose or leave behind our pass. I dreaded having to come back here as a parent, but I have to admit that it wasn't that bad. read more

The one star is because of a worker named Angie. I believe she is a manager but not sure. When I was in The restroom Angie yelled at an employee who was in the Bathroom for less than a minute. I witnessed this employee working very hard all night and the fact that this Angie lady yelled at her for going to the bathroom is extremely unprofessional especially in front of a customer . We had a birthday party for my grand daughter yesterday and I must admit, I was a bit skeptical because these places can be so chaotic and noisy. I was also concerned about actual involvement from staff however, I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was very organized and ran smoothly thanks to our wonderful hostess, Lenny. She was a pro at this and she kept things running and on time, especially as you're busy trying to keep track of all the kids. My granddaughter had a great birthday party. The pizza was great. We forgot cups for the adults and they were quickly provided. We forgot birthday candles and again it was no problem. Lenny came through in providing that. I can't say enough about her. All the kids had so much fun. Would definitely recommend Chuck E Cheese. read more

Bright lights, other kids to play with, games, prizes, and pizza = my children's dreams come to life. When children are involved (and there are tons) things are going to be sticky and loud. That's just the way kids are and anyone who goes to Chuck E. Cheese should be expecting it. I love the new cards the kids get instead of cups of tokens. We spent the extra dollar and bought the wrist lanyards for them so they wouldn't lose their cards. If you keep your cards and bring them with you the next time you go back you can use the machine to reload them and you don't need to wait in line at the counter. The employees here have always been friendly and nice. Even when an employee had to stop some boys from climbing on one of the games, that wasn't supposed to be climbed on, he spoke to the children in a kind voice. Best of all, any time we have gone for prizes, the person at the counter has rounded the tickets up so the kids can have a few extra tickets credited towards their prizes (such as 88 tickets might get rounded up to 100 tickets) it's very nice of them, they might be cheap/small prizes but they mean a lot to the kids. The pizza isn't as bad as it used to be and they have a salad bar now. It is pretty slow service with the pizza but we don't come at meal times, we come to play and I'll get them a pizza to pick at if they ask for it so it's no big deal if it takes forty-five minutes for it to come out. My kids are constantly asking to go to Chuck E. Cheese but I save the trips for rainy days and snow days. We will be back for sure. read more

I took my grandson there a month ago. Put 20.00 on my card for rides. Exactly one month later, Chucky Cheese debited 184.00 outa my bank. How this happened is off to me but I will call headquarters in am ! The machine I put my bank card in had my bank debit card number and someone at Chucky Cheese thinks they got away with it. Just posting this so you won't be a victim of fraud at Chucky Cheese. Chucky Cheese really is the place where "a kid (and an adult) can be a kid", lol! In fact, I can't tell who had more fun: my 5 year old grandson or me! We both had a great time here and really enjoyed all the different games they have t o offer there. My grandson especially liked all of the car racing games more then anything else. By the time he got done playing with one, it was onto the next, then the next. We both had a really fun time competing with each other in some of the car races, most of which he won. (It kind of majes you question which of us should have the drivers license in the first place: him or me, lol!) I also liked the fact that it wasn't to crowded when we went which is actually a nice treat for a change. I've been here many times in the past with a couple of my grandkids. But it just is not the same type or experience when it's to crowded with so many other kids all competing with yours to play on the same things at the same time. A word of advice though: weekdays, especially early to mid morning obviously are less crowded then weekends. However that is not always the case. Sometimes the birthday parties throughout the week can get pretty crowded and hectic at times, especially when there are sometimes 20 kids or more at just one party. But generally speaking,, I do prefer weekdays, especially Mondays or even Tuesdays to weekends. In reading some of the other yelp reviews posted here, I don't really relate with other customer's negative experiences written here. But that is just me. When we went in, we had a great time here but I guess each person is still entitlrd to their own point of view. Is the pizza the best I've ever had? No, but it's better than some I've had at bowling alleys. The place was packed, but everything was clean. The staff was sparse, but they were very kind and attentive when available. Games were fun and plentiful for the 3, 5 and 9 yos I took with me. If the line is too long to cash in your tickets, just go next door to the Dollar Tree and pick up similar stuff there for a few bucks. Check for coupons online, including the rewards calendars. Don't expect 5 star dining. Do expect food and fun comparable to what you'd find at a state fair, only with better prices. read more

The place was not busy: Waited several minutes for a cashier to emerge to take my order. Waited 40 minutes for an order of breadsticks. Red & white wine for $3! 4 beers on tap, including Yuengling & Sam Summer Ale, for $5/$6. $20 for 80 tokens, each game/ride is 1 token. A few short years ago, I was standing at bars, trying to get the bartenders attention...Now I stand at the cheap prize station, trying to get a teenager to give me some shitty candy and pieces of plastic, for my tickets...instead of showing cleavage, I'm holding my one year old in the air, LOOK! I have a baby and it's after 7pm! Please take my dang tickets! The games are fun, it's a good time, the bathrooms were disgusting turd garages, the place was severely understaffed, the food was good enough and affordable. They have one of those playscapes with tubes along the ceilings kids can climb in....if the tables are dirty, I suspect those tubes are like climbing in the actual bowels of a giant. My family and I went to chuckie cheese over the weekend. The two main questions did my kid have fun and will we go back? Yes to both! We got to chuckie cheese around 1030 and it was not busy at all. The workers did have an issue with my paper gift card I got from Groupon. But when they got it sorted out we got our card and hit the games. The card system is great. It was very easy to use and worked well. I believe all the games were working. I do think this place is in need of a remodel. Walking in you feel like your back in the 1990s. Another thing I did not like, was that there was not a worker behind the counter at all times. They always had a worker at the front gate thing but not behind the prize/order counter. Although my youngest still has night terrors about the mascot, my other two daughters love him and want to constantly take pictures with him. I should start by saying I'm not a big fan of any Chuck E. Cheese's, so it's little surprise that I gave this location only two stars. I was there with my 6 year old for a birthday party over the weekend. I get the impression that you get a lot of "bang for your buck" if you are hosting a birthday party here. And to be fair, both the pizza and the cake were good (although the birthday family may have provided the cake themselves?). The regular food lines were really long - I waited in line ten minutes to buy a bottled water and then just gave up before reaching the front of the line. One nice thing - in addition to the hand sanitizer everywhere, they have good security features in place that *should* prevent someone from leaving with an unattended child. read more

My kids been asking to go here for ever there is a reason they had to close some of their locations. This one should have been first on the list of close downs. This place was under staffed and half of the games where out of services. Trying to get help from a staff member is a lost cause. No one in site except for the table busing person which throw out my pizza twice. The first time i thought ok it was a mistake the manager made us a new one which we wrapped for when we would leave. we went to feed or tickets into the ticket machine which only one out of four was operating. So we had to wait in line for that which was the same with the token vending machine only one worked and it only took a credit card. So when you wanted some tokens you had to wait in line for a half hr. Just image standing inline for a half hr to get tokens and food with three children 8 and under. You finally go sit down kids super excited. They eat a little before they run off to play. Then you run out of tokens back in line you go for another half hr while your kids don't understand the hold up. 20 mins later your kids want some more food and your food is gone. This wouldn't be the last time we found our stuff gone. The next time they didn't only throw out our four full drinks, pizza they throw out our children's pictures. I haven't stepped foot into a Chuck E Cheese since my nieces & nephews were young so immediately I was confused about how things worked. Wonder why there is an attendant there to stamp your hand but can't be bothered to explain how things work (ie: tokens/tickets/ticket machines,etc). The same goes for the concession stand. I ordered 2 "slices" of pizza and instead received 1 personal sized pizza. If the girl had explained that they didn't have slices, I would've ordered 2. After lunch, my daughter wanted to play with the basketball machine. There were 2 but one was being hogged by a middle-aged "gentleman" for 45 minutes and as a result, the other had a line a mile long. When I approached the manager to ask her to speak to the man, she refused. Interesting, last I heard, Chuck E. Cheese was for children, not their parents trying to win as many tickets as they can for their kids. Later, another dad had one foot on a game machine for 10 minutes "saving" it for his kid. Seriously? An employee walked by several times and said nothing. I don't think this was an isolated incident unfortunately, my husband had similar experiences a couple months ago when he took our daughter to a birthday party. Oh, and one last thing. I witnessed an 8-ish year old boy grab several items from the salad bar bare-handed after handling tokens and playing on the germy equipment/games. Gross. Ugghhh...okay so kids DO have fun here....lot's of lights, games, tickets, prizes and junk food. BUT to a parent...good lord...and not in a good way. First of all it is pretty trashy, pretty dirty and...sticky. Everything I touched felt like it was dunked in caramel or something thereof. Also, it seemed that certain areas smelled like it was dunked it a vat of urine. My daughter was afraid of the freaky puppets and I don't blame her. BUT she did have a ton of fun with the games and she seemed to like the food (which was cheap and wasn't the WORST I've had for junk food) so that is all that matters really. On the upside I did have fun with my friend who brought her two kids and a huge selling point: THERE IS BEER AND WINE. This way a parent can DEAL with the debacle which is Chuck E Cheese's. I likely will not be back unless it is for a party. I think I would rather take her to Kid City...but hey it IS an option if all else fails. Thank goodness for the wine is all I can say. read more

Based on the poor reviews I came across here on Yelp I was really hesitant to book a party here, but my daughter had insisted all year long that she wanted a Chuck E. Cheese Party for her 6th birthday so I obliged. Boy, am I glad I did! The ease of reservation was a snap, little to no prep on my part for the party (I picked up some balloons down the road just before the party because what's a birthday party without balloons?), and showed up to an awesome host who took care of EVERYTHING! I was actually able to enjoy my daughter's birthday party WITH her instead of ensuring that everyone had food, drinks, tokens, etc....the host was on top of all of that and I'm immensely grateful. My daughter and I agreed that this was her best birthday party yet and even my son now wants his party here for his 10th birthday - we just had that much fun. Granted we did this on a weekday and it wasn't packed like the weekend might be, but that's a given. Any popular venue will be packed on weekends thus making it much less appealing to those who prefer lighter crowds (like me). Additionally, all the staff was awesome. I felt like these people actually liked working in this atmosphere (of kids) and each of them was extremely kind with their "clientele" (the children). I'll be back there much sooner than I anticipated & look forward to it! read more
