We recently went to Lava Island and had a blast! From the moment you enter there are so many amazing murals and you feel the excitement in the air. We spent 3 hours and our toddler had the time of her life! Absolutely love the separate Junior play area that is enclosed so the littles can run wild. From the entrance, the place mag seem small but they have so much to do and so many different fun opportunities for kids to try. We went on a Sunday, it was overwhelming and packed but we did not feel like we had people crowding us at all. Love the fact that there is a small food court because hunger will strike when you use up so much energy. The cons for me are that everyone even adults who don't want to jump must pay to go in. Also, the cubbies are wide open so we didn't feel safe leaving the area where we left our things unattended. Overall we had a great time. read more

I wish I can post photos but I don't feel comfortable posting kids on my yelp. I like the concept of this place, I really do. However, why do parents have to pay to get in with their child. That's what I don't like. These entertainment places go toddlers get pricey already. So I have to spend almost $40 for my child to go in to have fun. Mind you if there was a monthly membership it would be worth it 100%. There's so much to do here! Very clean as well. Ok, in November I considered booking my son's birthday party here and I didn't. I'm happy I did not. We actually come here for my son and we came here for a birthday party. If you select 20 guest, that includes parents, and technically that can be 30 guest easily or more. So imagine having to pay an extra $11 for an adult. You aren't going to invite the child without having their parents there. I didn't like that. That's how they make their money. You pay for a package, extra food to have your guest eat, and pay extra for the parents. To top it off they don't give you the reserve room right away. They have you go in, put your things in an assigned cubbie or cart. You go play for an hour, and the workers move their things into the room. After cake you leave the room to jump again. At least give 2 hours because I don't want no cake, cupcakes, or gifts out in the open for someone to ruin it or steal it. I don't like that at all. The experience for the child is 4/5, but pricing and how they do their parties need some work or changes. Once that or if it gets modified then it'll be 5/5. read more

The place itself is very exciting for play to bring your young ones when it's raining or you need to last a minute activity for them to do when the weather is bad. I am giving it two stars for the lack of availability on party planning. You put in a request and online and on the phone it says someone will get back to you within 24 hours. There is no option to talk to a person live. You have to put in a request and they text you and call. I put in a request on Thursday and it's now Monday and somebody finally got back to me. You're not allowed to go into the room to set up for your party so if you bring plates, balloons, table cloths, decorations, you actually only have five minutes to set up the room itself and are not allowed in there before that. So if you book a party from 4 PM to 6 PM, you're not allowed in the room until your second hour. Unfortunately, I would never recommend trying to attempt to book a party here just based on the lack of communication from this establishment. I had to put in three requests in order to get someone to call me back within their advertised "24 hour" callback time. Also, I find the allotment for people allowed to your party vastly different for the same price. You pay way more on a Saturday or Sunday for less people than you would on a Thursday or Friday. With the same time framing to set up a party (5mins) with your own decorations, and what not seems a very rushed and not as exciting to make it as personable as you can for your event. I get that the rooms are themed however, if you're making it a special moment for your child, you have less than a reasonable amount of time to set up balloons and your own personal decorations for your party. Overall, a great place to bring your kids on a rainy day. But if you're planning a party, make sure you ask the right questions before coming in. read more

Great place for kids to indoor play, especially when it was icy and snowy out. It's very clean inside, no trash on the ground, no spills, etc. To be fair, it is fairly new but given all the kids here, I thought I would see trash but nope! Love the dedicated young children area. I went on the slides and climbed through myself and everything was sturdy and seemed safe. Also super impressed with the staff. They were always present, friendly and professional. Lots of places for adults to sit. I recommend the all day pass because it gives in and out privileges and is just a few dollars more than the hour pass. We went twice in one day! read more

We had an absolute blast here today! My son asked to go here to celebrate his birthday, and it was so much fun. We spent well over 5 hours here climbing and jumping and playing; we had lunch and ice cream too! Our kids are 8, 6 and 3. Everyone (parents included) loved it! Adam was so friendly and helpful -- he was happy to answer questions about ingredients and allergens so we could find safe food for everyone to enjoy. Aside from parents having to pay , this place was loved by all kiddos alike ! The big slides area is pretty , and I as a parent tried it out ! Id say probably more for the bigger kids , like fun city , its not great for the 3 year old imo . read more

Went to a birthday party here! Was super cool. My kids loved it! Everything is also big enough for adults to enjoy with their kids. Many many options for all ages! The party rooms are decorated so adorably!! Made me want to do a party for mine too! I love how organized they are too. Every party had a cart, so when your time is over they allow you to keep your party things in the cart till you're able to leave. Very cute place! A bit crowded at busy times but that's normal in a place people will love! And also weekends are probably busiest! read more

What a wonderful play place for kids the play scape wraps around the whole inside pretty much so it's nice lots for kids to run jump and climb. It's not hyper focused on the trampolines which is nice it's more about climbing and such. I thought the bike area (they have trikes for kids to ride) would be bigger. It wasn't crowded when I was there but had it been it could be busy and it's tight in that area. The decor is nice, the party rooms are nice. They paid a lot of attention to detail. Now with that being said- I know you have to make money. But they CHARGE for everyone. They only give 2 options, all day $20 or one hour for $13.25.. so yes if you're a grandma going to watch your grandkids play you have to pay either one of those prices... (senior citizens get a discount but still have to pay) and let me tell you 1 hour is not long enough! We spent 3 hours there like it was nothing... that's how much fun the kids had. So as a spectator, just sitting and watching the children run around and play you have to PAY. That's insane. If you're going to charge at least make it $5. You'll still make money. I'd say that's a turnoff for me because my kids had a great time, they played and were able to do everything on their own, but I can't afford to spend $60 every time. $40 is steep for 2 kids. But I get it but spectators having to pay. That's just theft in my opinion. I wonder if they would charge someone who was coming in to watch that clearly had a broken leg. Aside from the fees, it was well thought out I loved how everything connected and it took up the whole 3/4 of the building. Kids had a fun time. They should think about homeschool discounts as well as monthly memberships. Maybe instead of just 1 hour and all day, maybe 1 hour , 2 hours, all day. I know you'll still do business because .. birthday parties and stuff, but you would get more returning customers more frequently if they didn't have to pay to watch. read more
