Restrooms were clean and had changing tables. The arcade area was small with an air hockey table, photo booth, and various arcade games. My toddler loved the dinosaur egg machine; there were toys inside those golden eggs. The playground has two levels and they were soft on the feet. The slides were steep but my son loved it; I can see why there's a disclaimer that it goes fast. There was an indoor go-kart track that my son also loved riding the little go-karts on; it went around the playscape. There were large Legos, blocks, a ball pit, a mini donut shop, ride on toy cars, and grocery store. We spent an hour and a half there and my son still didn't want to leave. My other son is a crawler, he still enjoyed the toys at the mini stores and the ride on cars. Overall it was 5 stars for my children and I; we look forward to going back and highly recommend it for kids 10 and under.

The bathroom conditions were worse than any porta potty you could ever go into. The handrails on the ramps were loose and wiggly, so many of the sections were ripped/torn. Masking tape seems to be their best friend. Every handrail and surface that you touched was sticky, and the floor bent downward when you walked In many places. When I asked to speak to a manager, the only manager in the whole building was literally 18 years old and said that the conditions of the place was not his problem. We were there for a half an hour they refused to give me a refund due to being in the location for a half an hour. The lighting in this location is very minimal As well. My daughter is only three years old. She did not hit the child or do anything to him, but for some reason, the mother became offended and approached my wife. On top of that, my wife is pregnant, and this woman threatened her, saying that something was going to happen to her if she did not control her daughter, and that because she was pregnant, something could happen to her as well. My wife felt unsafe and immediately went to the owner to explain what had happened. The owner basically said that he could not do anything. How can someone go to a children's establishment, be threatened by another customer, report it to the owner, and be told that nothing can be done? My wife was threatened with comments suggesting that something could happen to her and her pregnancy, and the owner did absolutely nothing about it. I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially families with young children.
