I couldn't tell you the last time I came to Chuck E Cheese and boy was it different. I knew they got rid of the stage where Chuck E and his friends played in a bad but now they have LED projector screens everywhere playing music videos and things. While we were there for about 5 hours, the Chuck costume only came out once and we were lucky enough to already be near his entrance area. The play area was fun for my toddler - I thought he'd get tired after doing all the rides in the first hour, but he proved me wrong and continued to be interested in the space. We paid the additional fee to have access to the obstacle course and trampoline areas so he had fun running in and out of those attractions in between playing games. His favorite activity was definitely the trampoline. We ordered a pizza while we were there and it was pretty flavorful we ate the whole thing between the two of us as it was a small (not personal, but small). With the additional fees and food I ended up spending about $75 here which I didn't expect it to be so much, but my kid had fun and it was a good time. We will definitely come back. I think they have a deal (maybe only for summer) to get a season pass and you get either unlimited play tokens for an hour or something similar and maybe one food item (don't quote me on that) but if you did their deal that might be a good bargain.

    Favorite ride.

The food was great service was wonderful. Jocelyn was very helpful during our first visit taking our Grandson. She answered all of my questions and helped me through the process of getting socks and directing me around. She is a great help. The atmosphere is great. We will be back!! Thank you Joceyln for all your help.

Came here for my grandsons 4th birthday. Sadly, we will not be returning to this Chuck E location (Yorba Linda). I am disappointed with the employees and management. As we were eating, a young kid got sick in the dining area. We all felt bad for the mom and the kid of course. Staff were standing around looking at the mom without bothering to ask if she/they needed help. Although my husband initially got up to help, there wasn't much he could do as the mom was already walking her child to the restroom. The workers didn't bother to clean the area. Instead, the mom returned and began cleaning up the area herself, while her child maybe 10yr. old remained in the restroom. Employees failed to step in and clean it up so she could attend to her child. They were huddled up, watching her and walking around with a bag and a cloth but failed to assist. While the mom was cleaning up, employees all disappeared leaving the front entrance/exit area unattended as well as the front desk. Meanwhile, employees would randomly appear to serve themselves plates at the salad bar and management appeared to be leaving for the night without initially approaching the mom. A manager on her way out appeared to be telling the employees what to do to "sanitize" the area. The manager briefly approached the mom on her way out. Two employees came out to "attempt to clean" the area but failed to do so. They sprayed the area with a solution and walked away. Then proceeded to leave the bottle on the counter within reach of children; it stayed there until we left. Needless to say, employees need to be adequately trained for situations like this. It's a kids place and vomit, accidents are bound to happen. Although the mom was being nice and respectful by cleaning up, management or employees should've offered to help. Rant over! As for the food, we ordered pizza, salad bar and an appetizer samplerit was "ok" the salad was the highlight and clearly by the way the employees were serving themselves, they thought so too.

They say this is the best CEC. I wouldnt know but little Nora explained it was alot bigger and more games. All the kids seemed to be in good behavior. After 12 it gets crazy in here lol Chuck e could have been a little better imo but this party is with 5yos so it doesnt matter much i guess.

Huge screen added to the wall in the party corner.

Well it's finally happened; the stage is entirely gone now. My favorite part of Chuck E Cheese is gone, and my kid is sad about it too. Several of the games weren't working. We "paid" for one game (the Milk Jugs game) and it started counting down how many balls were left in play but it never dispensed any so we didn't get to play our 2nd round. It worked the first try then the 2nd it didn't work. Bummer. Pizza was hot and fresh as usual. Staff was friendly enough but they seemed overloaded probably because of parties. We bought a personal size pizza, 30 play credits, and a Chuck E kids cup and spent $40, which is a bit steep. Removed one star from my previous review for the stage being gone. Now it's just large white walls with character panels and a big screen that plays videos. It's lost its charm. We used to make a special trip all the way to this location because of the animatronics! Now that they are gone we will have to stick to a local location.

You get around 6 minutes of play time per attraction. To access attractions, you press a service button to call over an employee. It was not crowded on a Monday afternoon and there was plenty of free parking. + We started off our day with bumper boats to cool off in the summer heat. Each boat had built in water shooters. We were spraying each other and everyone got soaked. + We went on race cars to dry ourselves off. The cars were surprisingly fast. - For race cars, there was no working service button. Instead, there was a picture of a button taped to the wall which was a bit confusing. We ended up finding a staff member who let us in. It would be helpful to have a note with instructions on what to do. + The laser tag arena was bigger than expected with plenty of walls and obstacles to hide behind. There were even a couple of jump scare surprises lurking in corners. + Mini golf was fun with different colored golf balls and decorated courses. + Plenty of arcade games for all ages. - Some games were broken or out of service. + Clean bathrooms. + They sell Dole Whip here.

The game selection is fairly limited, and some of the games weren't in the best condition. For example, the ring toss game was missing a lot of its rings, and I later noticed several of them scattered on the floor. Overall, the arcade could definitely use some updates and renovations to make the experience more enjoyable. That said, I would consider coming back if they offered better deals or promotions, as I think the place has potential with a few improvements.

The bartender, Elizabeth, appeared to already be in a bad mood before we even got there. We watched another female customer try to get her attention, and instead of handling the situation professionally, Elizabeth became visibly upset and refused to serve her. The woman eventually left the bar area, and because she appeared intoxicated, she ended up walking over to our table and asked if she could sit with us. We're a friendly group, so we let her sit for a few minutes. Apparently that was enough for Elizabeth to hold a grudge against us. We had literally just arrived and had only been there for a few minutes, yet from that point on she intentionally ignored us, was rude, and refused to serve us for no legitimate reason. We had absolutely nothing to do with the disagreement between her and that customer, yet we were treated as if we did. To make matters worse, multiple people waiting at the bar commented that they noticed the same thing--that she was purposely ignoring us and acting unprofessionally. Several people identified her as Elizabeth and also said she appeared to be under the influence while working. Whether that was actually the case or not, her behavior certainly gave that impression and was completely unacceptable for someone responsible for serving customers. We've never experienced this level of petty, unprofessional customer service before. It left a terrible impression and completely ruined our visit. On top of that, they don't even serve basic drinks and shots that most bars offer, such as Mexican Candy shots, Lemon Drop shots, or Micheladas. Save yourself the disappointment and drive a few extra minutes to Downtown Fullerton instead, where you'll find better bars, better drinks, and bartenders who treat customers with professionalism, respect, and who don't appear under the influence.
