My sons playing a game with multi color balls.

So part of the 3 star rating is COVID-19's fault, to qualify. The magic of golden coins jingling in your cup and tickets piling up next to them in said cup with a picture of our fearless leader, Chuck E Cheese, is no more. Replaced by vile sorcery where coins and tickets are all on a card; this ain't Dave & Busters y'all we got kids who thrive on a "seeing is believing " mantra. So that sucks obviously. But wait, there's more... I paid an exorbitant amount for my mom juice, i.e., beer. Literally, my child ran into another parent and set off a series of unfortunate events resulting in my juice spilling into a fast death onto a brownish carpet; right in front of staff. Y'all.... They did not offer to refill my juice which I never even sipped. Oh yeah, lastly, my twin sons who eat any and all food on site, declined to order anything. So we spent $50 for about 28 minutes of an experience. Look, most parents (folks born in the 80's) KNOW Chuck E Cheese as a brand. You do not get what you pay for but the smoke, mirrors, bells and whistles convinces your kid otherwise. As for me an my house, we shall only go back upon invitation to a future party where someone else mama is paying and I'm sneaking in a flask. Need I say more tho?

This was the the first time ever at Chuck E Cheese. I have to say I was a little underwhelmed. I was expecting a real "wow" factor to the experience but that was not to be. I knew it would not be inexpensive, but to have to purchase a "by the minute" play card, instead of tokens, was eye opening. My first thought was "what a raquet!" How many kids can make a timely decision about what game to play, they might just sit at a game once it is over, tick tock you are on the clock. The time needs to be paused if you are going to stop to eat, get a drink, use the restroom, in between games, it's not ideal and ultimately parents pay, and Chuck E Cheese banks on it. I get it, but it's not the most modern or exciting of games and definitely lacks excitement. We ordered pizza which was just average, they did at least have shakers of both parmesan cheese and pepper flakes. We observed that some of the fountain drinks were not working properly, those drinks were not our preferences so it had no impact on us. For a rainy day it was something to do for entertainment but again we were underwhelmed by the overall experience and felt it lacked value.

This place is perfect for an outing with your Little ones although you'll have to walk with them literally every step of the way so they won't bump their heads while theres no child protection on any tables or chairs. (The food) I did not like the flat pizza with the flat crust wish they bring back the fluffy crust we all love I also ordered buffalo wings and regular nuggets and they were awesome and a good proportion came too! The service was trash the front desk lady (only one) was on her phone the whole time while servicing me and my company. She did not want to really be bothered and that resulted to me wasting 5-10 mins figuring everything out myself as she just pointed me around but again I chose to enjoy my time with my little one and I she also bumped her head and got a knot while I was chasing her but it's tiny and should be a warning

Chuck E. Cheese is what it is, a kids heaven and a parent's nightmare! Tonight we went to this location and I felt it necessary to review. The food was as expected, bland pizza. Kids loved it! Adults didn't! But we were not expecting a gourmet meal and the fact the kids ate was a positive. With so many kids around, I was amazed at how quickly staff members were cleaning up the tables and emptying trash. It was the staff that I want to give 5 stars to. A staff member walked up to us and asked if we wanted Chuck E. To come out and say Happy Birthday! The staff member was a great sport, posing with everyone including my 10 month old grandson. What the staff didn't know was that they made the year of my 6 year old granddaughter. They live in a very small town 2 hours away. We live 10 hours away. We all drove here for the weekend as her only birthday request was to go to Chuck E. Cheese. The customer service was much more than I expected and thrilled a little girl.

We had a great time here for my son's birthday. They took care of everything so all we had to do was show up. Our excellent party hostess, Corri was very attentive and sweet to my son. All of the other staff we encountered were nice and seemed to want to be there and the manager even stopped by to ask if everything was going well. Pizza, soft drinks, and play passes were included in the package. The cake was extra but I would forgo it or bring my own next time. I was surprised to see they had outfitted all of their games so all you had to do was tap them with the play passes. No more lugging around coins! They still spit out tickets though, which by the way, thanks to the ticket blaster, he had plenty to get some cool prizes on our way out.

The kiddies had a ball! However, customer service means alot & this staff lacks this. No simple acknowledgement, hello, excuse me, nor Thank yous besides from the young fellow stamping your hand when you come in, other than that nothing. For a friendly family environment manners are not displayed; won't spend but the minimum for here on out. It's not worth it.

I've hosted two birthday parties here. The staff really has the parties down to a science and everything was pretty seamless both times. Don't be hesitant if you have little ones either because as long as you follow them around, they have lots of smaller kids games as well as big kids games. I would definitely highly recommend Chuck E. Cheese as a great birthday venue where everyone will have a great time. They provide the paper products, pizza, tokens, and Chuck E. of course makes a special appearance for the birthday child. The hostesses have always done a great job of engaging the kids and making it a special party for my birthday girls. The only reason that I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the hoops they made us jump through for any of our party guests to have a beer. I COMPLETELY understand their policy of 2 beers a person especially since this place really is all about the kids however the manager (who was helpful) went very out of his way to make sure everyone in our group (barely half even ordered a beer) followed their rule to the point of making me a little uncomfortable. I'm probably sounding spoiled and should just appreciate the fact that they offer beer as an option at a kids party zone : )

Went with a large group of kids and they all had tons of fun. I really enjoyed that Urban Air had a pretty vast menu in their cafe and the pizza offering there was pretty good. The space is well utilized cramming in a lot of entertainment while also giving ample seating and walkable space. The different attractions require different passes which is nice if you don't want to do everything. My one issue that I noticed was a lack of staffing on a Tuesday morning. There were no attendants monitoring the trampolines, balance beams or play course. For the other areas there was only one which made monitoring the large amount of children present difficult. There were multiple children not following the rules, especially on the trampolines (multiple kids jumping on the trampoline run ramp which states one jumper at a time, children jumping on the same trampoline, others doing tricks despite the rules stating its not allowed and others getting stuck on the warrior course or multiple going through at a time). Of course, children will be children but just keep in mind if you're planning on attending you may have to monitor your group closely and be familiar with the the rules to keep them safe. I had to help out multiple in my group get out of the warrior course and out of the foam pits while also instructing others not in my party to take turns. Overall, this is an amazing place with some great amenities! Hopefully, there is more staff on busier weekends but just keep in mind that you'll have to monitor really closely when you're here.

At every occasion my kids have left happy and thrilled by the adventure they have had. Compared to competitors Urban Air ranks high on my list. Here is what we love: - Play Space: there is literally something for everyone. Trampolines, dodge ball, ropes course and laser tag! -seating: there is plenty of places for parents to sit while the kids get the zoomies out. They even have comfy massage chairs (at a cost) -cleanliness: this facility is very clean and well maintained! What I disliked - The noise: it is LOUD! I highly recommend noise cancelling headphones for anyone that is sensitive to sound. My ears physically hurt when I'm here so I always have headphones! -the check in process: it's cashless and done via kiosks. Regardless of the amount of times I've been here the kiosk never remembers my info and I always have to re enter it. -jump socks: you must have Urban Air socks to jump here! No exceptions. They will only honor socks with their branded logo. If you don't have them you have to buy them.

I stood on the line for close to 20 minutes when I finally get up there, the cashier says I need to complete the waiver. I did have the waiver done before I arrived, but on their end my children's names didn't populate so the cashier says I need to stand on a different (long) line, complete the waiver again then get back on another long line to return to get to get wrist bands and socks. I expressed I didn't want to get back on the long line after standing there already. She looked at me with attitude and didn't even acknowledge what I was saying. This is when I'd normally leave a business but my kids were eager to participate. So I went on both long lines again just for admissions. Once inside tables were very dirty if empty. I went to the concession stand asked for spray to clean myself. The staff told me I needed to wait because he was making orders. I waited then I finally saw a janitor staff. He was actually very kind and helped me right away. (That's why I'm giving an extra star). Later my kids wanted to play the arcade games. I didn't realize the kiosk was on the arcade floor but I asked 4 different staff members where I can purchase the arcade card. None of them knew. They finally asked a supervisor and he directed me. Pros: spacious, they can host parties, food on site, zip line, different experience than most activity spaces in the area, custom packages with tier leveled access Cons: price not worth experience, socks which are mandatory are an extra expense, staff not well trained yet I think they will probably improve once they're established a bit longer, but for now it seems like they weren't prepared to open despite there being so many employees. I'll try again and I'll update my review.
