Saturday around 6:30pm. March 30, 2019. My grandson wanted to come here after his football game. When walking in I noticed some redecorating had been done. There were quite a few people there but it wasn't booked up. I didn't eat but I just look past all the pizza and everything looked okay. Went and sat down while my grandchildren and daughter ate. We were getting ready to leave, me and my granddaughter went to the restroom. Need I post any more pictures? these two pictures alone is enough to never go back again. Can you imagine the germs in this place, it's unhealthy! Anyway, it's a good concept but if y'all can't keep the place clean...

I don't know if it's nostalgia talking or if it's factual, but I definitely feel like Cici's used to be better when I was a kid. I have such great memories of going there with my mom and grandma, and them letting me borrow money for the arcade. Good times. Nowadays it just doesn't seem the same. To start out with the pizza is just so mediocre, I mean I guess you can only expect but so much when it's only $7 for all you can eat, which is a great price. I will say that they'll make most kinds of pizzas for you, if you ask. That was always a nice touch. I mean there's all different types. I always get the bbq pizza or the buffalo one. The cinnamon bun dessert is actually kinda good, by the way. It's just the pizza itself it's great, especially since some of them sit in the heating window for so long. At this location the staff was super friendly and helpful, they also kept the place looking very clean. Overall, it wasn't that bad of a time at Cici's, just expect to get what you're paying for, if you stop by here.

I stumbled upon this Cici's while on a day trip to Richmond from DC. I had a whole day to kill and while on the highway I saw the restaurant's sign and decided to have lunch there. I had only been to Cicis's in Lansing, MI many years ago and always enjoyed it. For less than $7 you have access to unlimited food which consists of fresh salad, soup, made to order pizza and desserts. The pizzas are rotated out every 15 minutes to guarantee freshness. You can even request a custom made pizza to your liking. They also have free wifi so I was able to get lunch and complete some work while I was there. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. I enjoyed my time there and would definitely return when in town.

Having seen commercials for years but never having a chance to find one in Upstate NY, I decided to check out Cici's. With any buffet comes initial doubts, but all in all I was pleasantly surprised. --Food: I got about 8 different slices, as seen in my photos. They're all pretty small and light, so thankfully it's all you can eat. My favorites were the square sausage and pepperoni, Mac and Cheese, and the Italian seasoned vegetable. Mac and Cheese is an odd flavored pizza, but somehow it works. My problem with some of the slices is that they were a bit tepid when I consumed them, but such is the fate of a buffet. I will say that for the variety of food offered, be it pizza, pasta, bread, or salad, you can't really go and not find something you like. I wanted to try one of the bacon or chicken pizzas but it didn't seem like there were any on the line when I arrived. They did have an apple crisp dessert pizza which I actually prefer to other chain's dessert pizzas as it almost tastes like a soft yet firm apple pie. The pizza itself isn't anything special in my opinion. It's moderately thin crust with a crunchy crust. They do have other types too like deeper dish slices, so if you're not a fan of the thinner crusts, wait a bit and you might find something you like. The quality of the pizza doesn't seem much higher than that of Pizza Hut or Papa John's, but the true appeal here comes from the myriad of options you have to choose from. --Cost: It was $5. You can eat all you want. You could easily bring your family here and eat to your heart's content for $20. (Unless you have a large family.) --Atmosphere: It's hard to tell how large plaza storefronts are, but Cici's is gigantic. If I had to guess I'd say there are about 50 tables, and the place is pretty clean. I was comfortable eating at a clean booth. --Service: It's a buffet that you pay at the door, so interaction among staff is a minimum. I will say that the woman that greeted me was nice and complemented on a graphic tee I was wearing at the time. --Overall: Cici's was more or less what I was expecting, but in a good way. The pizza isn't great, but it's not bad either. There are a lot of choices and it's inexpensive, which is a nice combination. The pizza isn't going to win awards, but it will get a 3.5 from me and I'll probably return at some point in the future.

Cicis just keeps going downhill. They keep trying to fix them. But I feel like they are making it worse. Their pizza has always been bland and lacked flavor almost like a cheap pizza out of the grocery store. But over the years they have since then plummeted. This may be a great spot to take your kids. They can eat all the pizza they want and desserts too. Their wings were good. We had bbq and garlic Parmesan. The service was excellent. It's just their food man! Those cinnamon rolls are to die for! The brownies are great! But for about $7 a person. You are getting a great deal.

Clean, always fresh, SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF, smiley, cheap.. The service you got there is better than a very fancy five-star place, they smile all times, the offer you to prepare you own pizza if you ask.. Food is so good, and customer service makes it better. Never been to another branch, so I'm not really sure if it's about this branch or all Cici's. Spaghetti with red sauce is killing ! Try the white pizza...it's a must

They even have vegan kimchi and were so nice to bring out vegan gochujang because the one they have on the table is not vegan. We got the dolsat bibimbap and I always say the stone bowl is absolutely worth the extra money. The best part is always the crispy rice. Tteokbokki Having a vegan option without seafood was a great find. Most of the time the sauces have shellfish in them and I don't have the patience to make it from scratch. The noodles were cooked perfectly and they give you two vegetable dumplings on top. The sauce was nice and spicy without being too overwhelming. Kimchi pancakes: wish they had a bit more kimchi in them than the batter, but still good. Japchae with tofu, nice and almost beefy tasting. The black pepper was a nice punch. Korean fried tofu so nice and crispy with a really good sauce. I have been missing KFC since I turned vegan and good to know they have a good substitute for it. Service A good sized family run place where you can sit down or get take out. You order at the counter and they have a screen or you can be like us and take their paper menu to a table. A few four sized tables and some smaller two seaters. There was plenty of take out and delivery while we were seated. The person at the front was super helpful and patient as we tried to figure out what to order. They seemed busy and did not stop for too long the entire time. They came to bring us things and check in on us. Please use reusable cups for dining in and not styrofoam cups though! They have reusable utensils which is nice. Ambiance It's a fast casual place, but in a little strip mall in the county. They have K-pop playing and a stream of music videos so I didn't mind.

I used to go to Peking many many years ago before it…read morewas in the Short Pump area, and the last time I went to Peking was probably 7 or 8 years ago. It sure isn't the good food I remembered. I believe the original was on Grove where EAT Partner's Beijing on Grove is now located. I stopped in for a take-out order. I ordered Gen Tso's Chicken, hot and sour soup, fried rice, pork lo mein and a shrimp spring roll. The General Tso's chicken was awful. The chicken was a mushy clump of cubed, fried chicken. The chicken was no longer crisp (I've brought home or had delivered Gen Tso's and Orange Chicken in which the batter was still crisp, so no excuse for this when I was only about 3 miles from home). The chicken was swimming in a thick, overly sweet sauce that had WAY too much cornstarch. The fried rice *looked* like it would be good, but I have a feeling the dark color was mostly from dark/black soy sauce which mostly gives color to a dish. The rice was literally tasteless. I had to add some low-sodium soy to give it some flavor. The pork lo mein was equally as tasteless as the fried rice. The slices of roast pork were so dry that without dipping it into some sauce (which looked like extra oil on the bottom of the container), it got stuck in my throat. I make my own roast pork for making my own egg rolls and it's a ton more flavorful than this was. The shrimp roll has some shrimp in it, though I couldn't really taste it. Biting into the spring roll released a bunch of oil onto the wrapper. Not very appetizing. The ONLY decent thing in the order was the hot and sour soup. It had a good balance of heat, and vinegar. I think I tasted some bamboo shoots, and there may have been some mushrooms, but really good hot & sour (like I've had in Chinatown in NY, San Francisco and Washington D.C.) has tree ear mushrooms (also known as black fungus), dried lily flowers, and other ingredients that I didn't see or taste in this soup. But it was NOT too thick which was great as some restaurants use too much cornstarch. This was a lunch combo (Gen Tso, fried rice, hot and sour soup) and the lo mein and shrimp roll was separate. All in all, the total was just over $24 and definitely not worth it. I can't see going back to this restaurant again.
