It's clean, open and spacious (although it does get pretty crowded and crazy sometimes). I think it's a great value for the money in wintertime! I love that there's a place for the little kids so that they don't get bowled over by the bigger kids! Do much fun to watch! I've climbed up into the big climbing structure to give the eye on a couple bullies, but most kids are respectful, and MOST parents are attentive. Love all the snack choices and of course the parent benefit of being able to enjoy a coffee and relax, although I'm not quite comfortable getting lost in a book. That said, security is pretty good no kid is going to go running out and there doesn't seem to be any dark corners to sneak off to, but you always need to be vigilant of creepers! My only request would be having one staffer always roaming around, keeping an eye out for untoward behavior, kind of like a lifeguard with a whistle. I'm glad this is an option for parents with kids and that exhausting age!
