We came here over Christmas break and wow... it was a LOT, in a mostly good way. This place is huge and packed with things to do. Trampolines, play structures, ball pits (for little kids and older kids, which my son loved), plus an arcade-style game area--def more variety than most indoor playgrounds we've been to. Fair warning though: the ball situation is a little wild. Balls everywhere. I felt like I spent half my time tossing them back into the right pits . It was also really busy, so expect noise and movement in every direction. That said, the energy was fun and my kid was entertained the entire time, so I'll take the chaos. Couple quick tips: wear grippy socks (they're required), and plan to spend a little extra if your kids want to hit the games area too. It's a good place. The price is a bit steep, but I think they know they're the only place like it on this side of town. I was here on a Friday night and it was PACKED. Keep that in mind when bringing little ones, or kids who might not do great when it's so overly crowded. read more

I was excited and expecting to be taken care of for a party. They did accommodate a few things but people left early and I don't think adults should be charged. These places just want your money. Not a safe space for toddlers, even though there's a toddler area. I love taking my little to indoor outdoor playgrounds. So when we were invited to come to Yoyo, I was excited. We had never been and the pics online looked nice. In person was another story. The play area For the toddlers was dingy. As if it had not been wiped down in a while. There were also large adults sitting in the spinning seats talking, instead of monitoring their oversized children. This was off putting but I didn't want to be "that mom" so we went in. The ball pit was a frenzy, there were older kids above the 40inch height requirement throwing balls at each other In the midst of all that was happening. How could this have been rectified? More staffing. Having a staff member at the entrance and inside the play area to monitor to ensure all littles are safe would have been helpful. We left 30 minutes in, $18 isnt worth my child's physical safety and my emotional wellness watching her be trampled by larger children. Kids empire or Dinoland will get my coins. read more

We came here on a Monday during spring break. You walk in and have to sign a waiver and buy socks with rubber grips on them, or you can bring your own. It was $2 for the socks and $15 for admission. It's a very clean place and all the staff were friendly. I did hear that the arcade games were expensive to play. We will be back! read more

We needed to kill some time and burn some kiddo energy so we decided to check this place out. They have a reasonably priced package for 2 hours. BUT...there really isn't enough here to keep the kids entertained for 2 hours. Ours lasted about 90 minutes and that was with us "encouraging" them to try that slide again. The video games cost 25 cents per token and each game requires at least $2 worth of tokens. The food seems pricey but that is likely just what things cost these days. This place is a serious blast! We had 4 toddlers all under the age of 4 and it was great. I felt like they had things for children of all ages which is sometimes a little challenge with the younger ones. Even the one year old had so much fun. They had a good size toddler area and the other area was safe for them to play with an adult going up into the play structure with them. We spent over two hours here and the kids could have kept going. Felt decently clean and well maintained. Staff was pleasant and it did not feel too crowded even on a holiday weekend. We ordered tenders, fries and mozzarella sticks. Nothing special but was convent for lunch. Only suggestion would be to add hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility. We just celebrated our son's birthday there. Wonderful place, very clean and well-organized. The children had a wonderful time. We had a party host from the Yo Yo Center that came frequently to check on us and bring more drinks, chips, etc. for the birthday party. The pizzas and the platters were good and freshly made. The people helping us from Yo Yo were very kind and attentive. The place is spacious, and the kids have so much to do they don't get bored during the two and a half-hours of the birthday. I wanted to give flowers to a worker her name was Miriam omg she was so amazing! When I say I haven't seen customer service this good in so long. The entire staff that night was amazing but she really stuck out . The building was so clean , they stayed on top of refilling drinks and making sure my party had everything we needed. When it was time to sing happy birthday she went out her way (Miriam) to say it on the speaker. Overall I love the many activities the kids were able to do. I will 100% be back. The only thing the owners should consider is expanding the time frame for the more expensive packages . read more

This place has lots to do, keeps the kids entertained for a couple of hours and great for all ages. The cleanliness isn't all there, had multiple instances with friends/family getting sick shortly after visiting as well as pink eye. Personally, never had an issue.
