My Bestie and I took the kids here on Saturday. It was the best indoor activity that we could go to while it was raining and just let the kids run and have fun. I have been eying this location since they remolded last year. I drive past it almost every weekend on my way to the Star Lite Swap Meet (which is btw an awesome place to go bargain hunting.) Anyway I have been to the Bellevue location several time and its always crowded and there isn't much to do. This location was also crowded with about 7 birthday parties going on at the same time. But it was Saturday so I'm not surprised. There are two floors. The upstairs has been turned into a dining area now. Which is kinda cool cause you can look out over the entire play area and keep an eye on your rug rat. It took me awhile to find a clear table for us and the kiddies and probably about 45 minutes for the pizza to arrive. The pizza was hot and cheesy so that's all that matters. After I ate I went to explore with my Sweets there are alot more games here and some really great rides, such as the giant rocking horse ride that the girls just loved. There still is ski ball and basket ball and then there is one game/ride I thought was interesting. Its a running machine but its shaped like a circle and the kids get in it and start running as fast as their little legs can carry them. I don't remember it giving tickets but they loved it. I know it bugs some people when kids run around without an adult and it used to bother me. I let my kids run around with rules of coarse stay away from the parties, wait your turn, watch where your going, don't run and don't climb on machines, especially if they are in motion. As long as they follow these rules they have fun and so do I. Well I guess some parents never thought to teach their kids some manners. This is the reason my boy friend hates coming with us. Numerous times I've watched kids take others kids tokens, bang on and climb all over the machines, cut in line and flat out run full speed ahead into me then take off with out a hint of remorse. These are the kids who ruin it for everyone. I guess the behavior matches the slogan, "Where a kid can be a kid." Anyway with all that said the kids and I had a wonderful time aside from my five year old spitting on other kids in the jingle gym. I am very sorry if your kids was a victim of my child's complete disregard for others at the time. He didn't get to pick a prize that trip... Putting this in a restaurant catagory is laughable. The pizza is awful. Dripping with grease. You could get far better for far cheaper elsewhere. They have a sad little salad bar with wilted veggies. Don't go here to eat. Eat first and then go here with a pocket of quarters and let your kids run crazy. Also hit up the foozeball and air hockey table. That's the only reason I gave the place 2 stars. Also the people who work here are very surly, but I don't blame them because the place is packed with screaming kids and loud games. read more

This place is busting at the seams tonight I've never seen a Chuck E. Cheese with this many folks inside, I waited over 15 min just to order, with a limit on beer per order pitchers should be available they sell 20oz cups why not a 40oz pitcher, they converted their games to game cards , I don't like that , I like the coins , with the coins I can regulate how long my kids are away from the table while ordering my food two different people walked up and asked if their food is ever going to arrive , (my hat goes off to the minimum wage worker slamming out that food in the back of the house I don't see a break in your future tonight ) I couldn't work here , I'm in customer service but the noise and the dirty stuff to clean up , and the staff keeping their cool !! 5 star to the staff he read more

I LOVED going to chuck e cheese as a kid. They HAD a ball pit, tubes, and slides. Now they only have arcade games and birthday seating. The majority of the games i saw were 1 token each which I thought was a good deal until I got to the ticket pay out of about 4-6 tickets per token. I spent $10 on tokens and walked away with roughly 170 tickets which bought me 17 smarties. The other prizes around the 170 range were either more candy or chuck e cheese brand items. While I was there I got a personal pizza because I was hungry. It took them an hour to make the pizza. I wish I was exaggerating, I looked at the receipt and at the clock on my cell phone. When they brought it out I did not get an apology for taking so long. I even asked the waitress why it took so long and she said "we had a big birthday party and they get priority first. She offered a refund but at that point I didnt want to argue or waste any more time. I was hungry and didnt know if they would allow me to keep the pizza after the refund or not so I ended the conversation with her. I ate the pizza and it tasted like cardboard! I am not kidding. I thankfully had a few slices of pepperoni on it or it would have been completely uneatable. I understand parties get priority, they are on a time table but at least offer something to the customer and an apology if they wait an hour rather then waiting for them to complain. I wasn't even informed that they had a back order of pizzas when I ordered. Next time I want to play some arcade games I will go to Odyssey 1 or Dorkys. Huge place! First CEC with wifi that I have been to. The food is decent and the salad bar is refreshed when low. The soda bank has a lot of choices. The games cost one token each. The security is not air tight but satisfactory. Did not wait very long for food even on a Saturday afternoon. Great day with the kids! read more

If you like chaos, messiness, mediocre pizza, mediocre salad bar, then this is the place for you. On the upside, the staff and management were excellent - above and beyond, in my opinion. The kids love this place. It's just not for me. read more

So I visited today and I haven't been there in about 10yrs and now I know why!!' I took the girls to the bathroom and boy was I surprised when every stall was beyond gross. There was poop in 3 of them piss all over everyone else. The garbage was over flowing no soap and it was 4:00 in the afternoon. The tables hadn't been bussed and I was 1 of 3 parties in there. I mentioned to the manager the bathroom needs to be cleaned. Her response was. We're working on it rudely I might add. So after finding a almost clean seat we sat down. Yippee. But when 90 mins had passed and we still needed to pee. We went back to the restroom which still hadn't been touched. So needless to say I want be going back for another 10yrs. read more

We were just there and I wanted to say thank you. I have a special needs son and it was his bday. We had bought the unlimited play for an hour. He somehow lost his card and it still had 30 mins left. The manager was soooo nice and was able to transfer the remaining minutes. Totally made his bday so thank you very much. read more

Well this place is full of fun for the kids. As for us parents that are attentive to the cleanliness it's a little scary. I may just have too high expectations, especially for Chuck E Cheese. We sat and ate upstairs so the kids would not be to distracted, and all the parmesan cheese shakers were almost empty and as I looked they were dusty and sticky and gross. I grabbed one and politely took it to the manager and told him they all looked like this and we needed a clean one. He took it, apologized, then told me they only get up there about once a week to check it out. WHAT? I couldn't believe he said that. We never got a clean cheese shaker, I did see him a few times doing other things but no follow up customer service. It was not even busy. The kids always have fun and the machines only take 1 token, that's nice and makes them last a little longer. Overall, bring some hand sanitizer, and wipes to stay clean and please from a parent to another, watch your kids. read more

The worst chuck e cheese ever. 50% of machines were out of tickets the other half were broken. The entire place needs a good scrub. We paid for a party platter and it had 4 carrot sticks, 5 tater tots, and a greasy slab of breadsticks. Total letdown. read more

Our grandkids (7 & 4) loved it and the place was really clean. However, from the adult perspective the pizza was okay, but not kept replenished adequately. A couple of the games were out of tickets and one of the photo machines produced such a poor quality photo that I could hardly see my grandson in it. Both kids were excited for Chuck E Cheese to come out, especially since the recording kept counting down his arrival. At the long awaited, designated, arrival time nothing happened. I went to the counter to inquire and was told they would find someone to come out. Bottom line the kids want to go back the adults not so much. read more

I remember going to this Chuck E Cheese when I was kid back in the 80's. So the other night my niece and I went there, I was excited to show her the place I enjoyed as a kid, and playing some video games and seeing the Pizza Time Players from when I was kid. So we enter ( I do like that they stamp the kid and the parents hand) and I noticed that the big pit of balls was gone(it was cool when I was a kid, but I'm sure that wasn't a very clean thing). but then I noticed that where the Pizza Time Players used to be, were now just a few games. They took it all out! I couldn't believe it was gone. So we walk around and play some skill games for tickets, and I said lets go upstairs and play some video games. To my surprise, we walk upstairs, and there are no video games at all! When I was a kid the upstairs was a huge arcade, now it's just booths to sit at. There was nobody upstairs, so it's just wasted space, they should put at least a few video games up there. So overall I was really disappointed with Chuck E Cheese in Tacoma. The cool stuff that made it memorable when I was a kid, is all gone now. I hate when childhood memories get ruined :( read more

Truly an awful place. The management was rude when I needed help. Some of the employees were snotty and rolled their eyes when I asked them where the bathroom was, The place stank and the prices are a rip off. It was disorganized. read more

It took nearly an hour to get our pizza. When you pay over nearly $200 the service should be faster.

This place is so bad quality food that I get sick everytime I eat their pizza and other foods they have as well, definitely not ever coming back to any Chuck E Cheese ever again they are sick people and a horrible company. read more

Absolutely horrible, went yesterday evening and no one was at the counter , waited a second and 1 guy approached me no uniform or name tag just regular clothes asked if we came with a parent mind you were at in our mid 20's so we just gave him a stare and told him we were meeting people there and he said very sarcastically "well I'll let you guys in this time" and then a girl who was eating her food in front said to them "I got it" and she stamped our hands and then went back to sit down and eat her pizza. I mean Chuck E Cheese is Chuck E Cheese. I don't really see how anyone can have really high expectations for it. But for what it is, it's good. I went here for a friend's kid's birthday and I didnt know what to expect as I've never really been to a chuck e cheese or similiar place (even as a kid). Ye, the place was loud and covered in mysterious stickiness, as to be expected with the number of kids there, but it was generally clean. There were tons of game including for those of us grown up folks. And the upstairs area was filled with tables for eating and even better for a little reprieve from the sheer tonnage of children. The salad bar looked truly gross but the bite of pizza I had was pretty decent (comparable to take-and-bake pizza). The tokens were reasonably priced for the games and while the prizes available for the tickets were small, we all gave our tickets to the birthday boy and he was able to get some fun things. One thing of note, they have an understandable two drink maximum for adults and to enforce this rule if you want an overpriced beer they will take 5 minutes to write down all your information in a binder. This place has so much potential but falls short in many areas! First of all, when you walk in the smell will hit you as you walk thru the door. The most recent time I visited it smelled like piss and feet. The time before that, feet, pizza, and some type of cleaning product. Always some combination of feet. WTH? The pricing has gone up since I was a kid, like around 33 cents per game now. Some of the games are newer and I see that they try to stay current with games from this generation (ie- Fruit Ninja, Deal or No deal). They need to do a better job of having a maintenance person on the floor who can make sure the games are working properly and not just stealing money. The pizza is great and I have seen some improvements with the menu options. The play area for the kids needs to be updated and there is no safe areas for the toddlers to play? I grew up on Chuckie cheese but it seems like they can easily be overrun by a place like Charlie Safari or anyone else. If you have 5 minutes and $20 to kill then this is the place to go. Luckily for Chuckie Cheese , its always rainy here and nothing much to do so they always stay busy. lol read more

This was the worst Chuck E Cheese I've ever visited. It was super dirty inside! I took my 5 year there along with her friend on a Sunday evening for some fun. Little did I know it was a nasty, unsanitary place. The majority of the games didn't work. The ones that did weren't worth using the fun card on. My daughter's friend got hungry so I was going to order her a pizza until I looked up and saw that they were out of pizza! Really!!!!? No Way was I letting them eat anything off that pig trough they called a salad bar. That thing was full of withered lettuce and looked like it hadn't been wiped off in months! At first I thought I was overeating but when 5 year olds agree that this place was a nasty disappointment, it reassured me that I wasn't losing my mind. Whom ever the manager is of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves for running a place that looks like it should be shut down for violating several health codes. I was there on Sunday, January 15, 2017, for my granddaughter's 7th birthday. The pizza was ok, games were good enough for the 7 year olds. My issue is with a lack of cleanliness. Garbage containers were almost non-existent, so there was food smeared everywhere and no way to clean it up. Restrooms were filthy! All the restaurant did was put up a small sandwich sign in the middle of both restrooms' doorways warning of wet floors. No toilet tissue supplied in the women's restroom, only one stall out of 4 or 5 with a toilet that had been flushed, the floors were wet because in order to dry your hands you had to drip your hands more than 10 feet to find a paper towel. I didn't want my granddaughter to touch any games or anything after my trip to the restroom! read more

This was by far the worst place I have ever been! Absolutely gross, dirty, vomit on the bathroom counter, toilet paper All over the floors, two hours for the saddest meal ever! Cold, overcooked, truly gross food. Three different sodas at the machine out of syrup. Most of the machines were broken, sometimes they would start to work and then break half way through but still take your tokens. Not that we cared by that time it was so frustrating we just ended up leaving the rest of them just to get out of there. Then we go to redeem our tickets and there is one lady worrying that counter letting these kids, "umm ummm" and then order one thing at a time then use her calculator again and again while the line is piling up with impatient kids and irritated parents! The very worst $50 ever spent in my whole life! Oh I almost forgot they did the countdown to Chuck E coming out which my kids were excited about and then..... No damn Chuck E!!! Took my one year old son there for the first time and had a horrible experience with the food. Placed my order when we first got there then found a table and waited for the food. After 20 minutes, I asked a waitress if she could check on our food. She acknowledged me and said she would but never came back. 30 minutes in, I ask another waitress and she says she will check and she never comes back. After over 40 minutes I finally go back to the order area to find out where my food is. I told the guy we have been waiting for almost an hour and he rudely replied,"Actually sir it has only been 42 minutes." Are you kidding me? Same freaking difference buddy. Anyway finally after a 50 minute wait we got our personal pizza and sandwich. The place wasn't even that busy and we had to wait for 50 minutes for food that looked like it came out of a microwave. Don't know if I will ever come back to this place because of the rude staff and the long wait for food. read more

feb 17th 2019 i was at this location celebrating my son's 5th birthday, at the end of the party my mom and him were cashing in his tickets for a prize, so i carried out his gifts to the car, when i went back inside to meet my family and say our goodbyes, someone broke out the back window of my car and stole all of his birthday presents, including my purse, with in less than five minutes they took everything.i called the police and filed a report, but thats not going to do much. and the store manager told me car prowling happens all the time there. wait, what? if they know that why wouldn't they put up some sort of warning? or let the costomers know not to leave any valubles (like birthday presents) in the car unattended? i mean if they know it happens all the time, then they should have some sort of prevention if they truly care about the customers or maybe security patrolling the parking lot... what kind of person breaks into cars at chuck e cheese to steal a little boys birthday presents.... read more

i cant believe this chuck e cheese allows ppl smoke right near the entrance where there are children entering and parents entering with babies and such every time go past there or even want to treat my nephew to some fun i think not after seeing this happening every time its inexcusable an unacceptable this problem should be fixed and to find someone to fix this problem is way to time consuming if you think the way i do then i really think u should find another chuck e cheeses that cares for the well fare of our childrens lungs and ours and plus its so busy an the machines nvr work properly take under cunsumeration that this is supose to be fun for everyone read more
