As someone who runs a corporate firm, I know that respect and transparency are the foundations of customer service. If Les dislikes his business or his guests this much, he should sell it to someone who will actually appreciate the establishment and its customers. Understandingly, a lot of games (and the upstairs pinball area) were unavailable due to remodeling. What was harder to overlook was the service at the bar. The courses are well tended to and they're all fun. Some are a little challenging but isn't that the whole point? With them opening up for the season very soon, it's definitely a mental note of mine to take my son back now that he's a little older and nicer weather is upon us.
