There's an arcade, a climbing wall, multiple bounce houses, and a giant play structure with fun slides. Plus a smaller play structure for toddlers! We were here for almost two hours and they were so tired when we left (the whole point!) Also, LOVE that they have the Watering Hole here for adults! We treated ourselves to a couple of drinks while the kids had a blast. You're able to walk around with the drinks too which is awesome. The selection is kind of limited and the wine wasn't my favorite (switched to a local IPA after that) but it is a fun added bonus for the parents. We also got a cheese pizza while here and that was a little expensive too ($25) but it was actually pretty huge and it actually was pretty tasty. Kids were definitely happy with it. We plan on booking this spot for our son's 3rd birthday party in May and honestly the prices aren't too bad for how many kids they allow and everything they supply. There was a short line at the door, a short pre-show presentation in a separate room and then I was seated and strapped into a seat in a relatively small four row (?) theater. At first, I was concerned that I couldn't see the full screen from my seat. Then my seat lifted as the experience began for a breathtaking view. I was flying behind an eagle over many of the various natural highlights of Washington with a couple of scary and fun close encounters with other flying objects. The kids' drop ride was a huge hit with my daughter, and the claw machines, which guarantee a prize, were a fun bonus, especially as a way to end the visit on a high note. The prize center was also well balanced, with reasonable ticket costs and fun options. They had some great games too, like rhythm games and classics, that made it enjoyable for both kids and adults. The real surprise was the food. We ordered pizza expecting typical arcade food, but it exceeded expectations by a mile. Over the years the technology they use doesn't seem to be keeping up, where things will glitch causing lots of time and effort to get the tickets earned reflected on your card. Luckily we took a picture of the ticket rings that were won at the claw machine prior to adding them onto the card, but even after that, it was still a big hassle where management seemed suspicious that we were trying to dupe them out of tickets that were earned properly. What was surprising is that they didn't even bring the staff member over that scanned the ticket rings initially to confirm she had added the tickets. After adjusting the tickets, my card account was still active on the board, so I went back and checked to make sure it was closed out properly to avoid any further ticket issues. I asked the original staff member if she remembers adding my tickets, and she said she did but we should be good now as this was a system glitch. I accepted the explanation and took that as issue closure. Later when we went to pick prizes, another "lead" employee approached me (wish I would've taken her name), and immediately accused me of being rude and aggressive towards the staff member that added my original tickets. As a lead, I would have expected her to ask me if there was any issues with the employee, instead of outright accusing the customer. I asked her to clarify what was taken as rude or threatening, as I never raised my voice or said anything out of line even though this issue took some time to resolve. She wouldn't give me any specifics but just warned me to not be rude. Instead of getting into any further back and forth with her, I decided to just pick a few prizes and leave. I found it very unprofessional for the lead to approach me in that manner, while the Manager Tabitha didn't step in, even being close by. If something was said that was perceived as rude, let's bring everyone together and hash it out. I can guarantee *God as my witness* that I never said anything offensive, threatening, or rude to any of the staff members. All I did was provide details and proof that there was a system glitch and the tickets that had previously been added were not on the card. I do prefer the one in Southern California because the water area is a lot bigger. But I do like this one in Washington state because the rope course was amazing, and golf is actually really fun. The service was amazing. All the staff was friendly and they seem to really enjoy their job. I did enjoy the two young gentlemen they look to be like highschoolers or college kids that were dancing for the kids and wearing the T-shirts. They were so nice of my kids enjoyed dancing with them. I only knocked off a star because we stayed in the grizzly suite. It was a two bedroom suite that we stayed in. And there was a lot of little flies everywhere. And the bathroom had no wash soap in it. So we couldn't even take a shower using the liquid with soap we had to use a bar soap so it'll be nice if you know the Housekeeping can fill that for the next guest. But even with the waterpark being so small, my kids who are ages three, four, five, and six years old. All really love the waterpark so that's why I read it so high. Because as long as they had fun, I'm all good with that.

There are no spaces reserved for hotel guests and by the time you check in, 4:00, all the close spaces are taken by day guests. You will end up parking 2 football fields away. Tip- go through the porte cochere and unload your luggage first before parking, otherwise you'll be schlepping those heavy bags a quarter mile. Check-in was easy enough and there are multiple desk clerks to help you. In fact, there is an abundance of staff roaming around, unfortunately that doesn't seem to reduce the lines at concessions and activities. Rooms are spacious, room amenities however, are lacking and maid service is on request only. Noise is a problem with unsupervised children running through the hallways constantly. The waterpark itself is large and fun but overcrowded such that it was not an enjoyable experience. Food and drinks are outrageously expensive and there are no outside restaurants nearby. The buffet was absolutely horrible. Limited entrées, poorly prepared, mostly "kid friendly" type food (understandable since this is a kid's resort but I tend to enjoy food with flavor), most of the items were not prepared in house, they were probably premade frozen commercial foods and just reheated. Of the other restaurants located within the resort the only other one we tried was Fat Burger. The burgers were okay but very expensive and the fries were soggy. One plus- my chicken sandwich was HUGE, nicely battered and seasoned. I recommend trying it. There are many kid activities, all of which cost extra. There's an arcade, a mini golf course, a build-a-bear, a rope climbing course, and a magic themed treasure hunt that was very confusing to follow. On top of all that they sell all kinds of kiddy crack, from toys and costumes to candy and ice-cream. The place is basically a children's paradise. Be prepared to spend more than you thought you would.

Probably because it is kind of hidden all the way back in the park. Wooden coasters are designed to be shaky and give that going off the rails feeling. As with any coaster, the best seats are usually all the way in the back where you can feel the full G forces when you go down drops and sharp turns. For this ride, you are not allowed to ride it without shoes. No, there is no camera that takes your pic for you to purchase. There is a small shack at the exit that wasn't open so I assume that would of been it. There are no storage bins to put your loose articles in like glasses, hats, etc. You can just put on the ground next to the wall and pick it up as soon as you get off the ride. Minimum height requirement is 48 inches. Overall, The price of admission is not worth it for the whole park. Even if you chose to swim the water park part of it, I think it is still overpriced for most of the park is not maintained properly. Refer to my Wild Waves theme park review.
