And me and my party were impressed with how good their pizza was for a children's event space. They have a really affordable birthday package if you can keep your numbers small and I really appreciated that making it possible to give my son a very special experience for his birthday. Well we finally came back to try it again and I will say that it has greatly improved. We did the birthday package again and it was still worth the money. The host, Eric, was great! He was always there when we needed him and would come by regularly to see how we were doing. I never had a problem finding him. It was awesome to be able to order things through him instead of standing in the line with the other parents. The games weren't broken and the place was very clean. Any issues and management jumped on top of it right away. It also helps that management is easy to find because they wear lanyards that indicate their position. Issue with the bathroom? They cleaned it right away. Issue with staff? They addressed it immediately. The pizza is still good. Again, not something I'd pay extra to have delivered but worth it while you're there. The only thing I think is still seriously lacking is security. They have a jump area that costs extra but kids just run in and jump. There was one kid who tried to steal our pizza but that was easy to handle. My big concern was when it was time to leave, there was no one at the exit. I left with my kids, but what if it was someone else leaving with my kids... no one stopped us to make sure we had the right kids. That's the whole point of Chuck E Cheese is that you are comfortable with your kids running around because they're safe. read more

I visited on my daughter's bday 7/8/2026. Being pregnant all I was craving was a salad. When I went to serve myself I was absolutely shocked. The lettuce was brown and wilted. Mind you I was there right at opening and this is the salad the staff decided was ok to put out. I asked for a fresh salad and it was immediately replaced. I went to serve myself for the second time only to find that it looked like all they did was pick out the brownest leaves and put the salad back. There is literally no way anyone was gonna eat that salad. If you saw that in your fridge you would immediately throw it out as bad. Imagine buying a bagged salad and forgetting it in your fridge for a few days. I once again asked for a FRESH salad. It was clear that was a problem. For nearly 1.5 hours I was waiting. Only to be told by a party member that an employee told the manager "they don't have to eat it if they don't like it". At one point we were told they were very busy. It was opening only a few parties were there. All in all I got fresh salad right before I left and wasn't even in the mood for it anymore. The sign says FRESH SALAD DAILY so I don't know why they put out salad from the days before knowing IT LOOKED HORRIBLE. Management needs to train their employees in better customer service and how to not serve bad food. Upon arriving, there was puke in the parking lot. Gross. AC is really good at this location which is great when it's over 100° We were greeted right away and staff was super friendly. We paid over $60 for two game cards for an hour each. I believe the trampoline area is an extra charge. We did not order food or drinks here. Several games or rides were down. The people here are kind of ghetto. I had three preteens hop on my two year olds carousel ride and their mom found it funny. Two other group of people stood directly next to us at the photo machines to try to get us to leave. Just a lot of people with no manners and adults not caring what their kids are doing. Totally not the establishments fault though. Prizes were cool. The kids got a good amount of cheap toys and left happy. All the employees we encountered were fantastic. read more

Had an issue with the superhero playground pass. After the staff harassed my kid for not having a wristband. I went to buy one. After I bought it. My wife asked if they could refund part of the price or give some kind of credit because we get a 50% discount. Cheese in Victorville, CA on November 19, 2025, and I have to give a huge shout-out to two amazing employees: Torrance and Terrence. Torrance was incredible! We had a mix-up with our order (totally my fault), and she jumped right in to fix everything without hesitation. She was patient, kind, and made sure we got exactly what we needed. Truly above-and-beyond service. Terrence was just as outstanding. He checked on us throughout our entire visit--bringing plates, cheese, napkins, and making sure our group had everything we needed. My wife and I regularly bring our granddaughter here. She loves to go play. The cost to go play has increased dramatically in the past year. Of course food prices go up. Well today, my wife ordered an order of french fries and I will post a picture of what we got. I honestly think you get more french fries in the kids. Happy meal from McDonald's. Went to Chuck E Cheese tonight with my grandson after not having been in many years. I was pleasantly surprised. The place has been remodeled and looked great. Loved how the little kid area was separate from the big kid games. The trampoline is a very nice addition! The staff was great; super friendly and had great customer service. The salad bar was good. It hasn't changed over the years. The pizza was mediocre but let's face it, no one goes to Chuck E Cheese for the pizza. Chuck E himself came out several times during the couple hours we were there. The prices for the tokens versus the time spent is one thing when you come to the food prices is ridiculous $3.49 For a cup of soda a small cup that is crazy this preheated chicken wings. $13.49 for personal size pizza. It doesn't states that it's only for cheese pizza so if you add the topping which I added pepperoni, it came out to $17.49, that is crazy that way too much lastly the basic salad bar for 12.00 also so this location has a trampoline inside of their location and outside of buying tokens or anything else you actually pay additional $10 for your child to go and jump inside the trampoline is this highway robbery or not? read more

You have a rude employee demanding us to take our children out of the trampoline you have installed in your business, I understand it is $10 for a child to jump, but when my 2 year old daughter runs into your open door trampoline and you see her family already trying to take her out because they wont pay the $10, don't proceed to yell across the building at us when you clearly see us taking her out, it was a rude experience and this specific employee needs to understand these are children she's dealing with, either lock your trampoline doors or have somebody on the side denying access to anyone who hasn't paid. if I got her name I would of gladly included it as well. read more

As someone who used to frequent this location, it's really sad to see how downhill this place has gone in the past few weeks. The employees I see are few and tired, always rushing to help whoever needs it but it doesn't seem to be appreciated by management. I have personally seen them get berated and spoken to as less than human by the new GM. It's such a shame how far this place is falling. I hope the employees get a better management team soon, someone who actually treats their employees with respect.
