Horrible Owner! You should be ashamed of yourself, I've visited this location after a 5hr road trip, we stopped in Hesperia and the kids love wienerschnitzel, I spent $26 on simple things in the drive thru, as all parents know kids will be kids especially teens all under 16, "I gotta pee" "I got gotta go too." Etc...well I sent my children in while I stayed in the car with my baby and distributed the food. My kids took over 10mins one by one given there's only one stall. Well the owner kicked my children out while my teen daughter was half piss! Sickening right? It gets worst, they basically kick them out as if they are hooligans! When I call to demand an answer I'm told "we get lots of teens that smoke and do things" and I'm like "and were my kids doing any of that?" "No, they were just taking a long time" so they grew suspicious and that gave them the right to refuse customers let alone children to use the bathroom!??? Godless right? Well it's not all. Then when I asked "so because of some bad seeds you're gonna profile and mistreat paying customers?" Horrible horrible!!! I will escalate this incident to the furthest possible through Wienerschnitzel Corp themselves not this godless man who pays "rent" for such a known and respected establishment. If this is how you run your stores and handle your issues with patrons, then you shouldn't be an owner of anything! read more

Been stopping by to eat here for about 25 years. Food has always been delicious and I've never had any issues with the staff. Terrible customer service I went into this establishment today at 10 30 on 9/24. I work on the road so I don't have a place to use the bathroom so I'm at the mercy of puplic restrooms. Today I had a real bad stomach sickness and had to use the bathroom so I pulled into this wienershnitzle to use there facilities and grab a bite to eat I asked the woman at the front counter if I could use the bathroom and she said it was for customers only I replied I was planning on making a purchase then she rudely said to me with a attitude that I had to order something first I was in pain and holding my stomach and plead that she let me go first she didn't care she said it's policy and gave me more attitude very unfriendly atmosphere and negative energy from this woman i had to order food to go inside the bathroom I ended up just leaving the food there because I was to upset to eat i had planned on eating lunch there but forget it never spending another penny there totally bad experience with this rude woman! read more

My favorite place for lunch! Everyone there is always super nice. The place is very clean that I won't mind grabbing a seat with one of my co-workers. Excuses, excuses, excuses! Price gauging at its finest! Was going to pay $10 more for my meal for the same exact items. Angelica was quick to compare her reasonings to other restaurants such as McDonalds and Jack N The Box. Instead of offering other solutions for price reductions, they charge you the highest price for less items. It seems like this facility needs to provide better training to staff and management teams. I will be sure to let my coworkers and friends know about their deception tactics to rob paying consumers. It's a shame that corporate isn't paying attention to reviews and concerns made public. Untrained staff will only continue to cause production loss. It's a wonder why no one else was in drive thru. McDonalds doesn't seem to have this issue. read more

The staff here decided to lie to me and make me pay almost $5 more for my order than I was supposed to. I ordered a junk yard dog and Chicago, both under $3 each if you get regular. They gave me all beef and charged me for it, I told them I wanted regular not all beef, they told me I couldn't get it that way and I had to pay more because it's all beef, I told them if I can't get it that way why is it priced on the menu as regular and not all beef and they said the prices changed which was also a lie because I have been here a few times this past month. They all come as regular or all beef and they're priced as regular. The staff was rude and obviously lying because they didn't want to fix my order. I honestly dislike the all beef dogs that's why I don't get them. Never going back here again, contacted corporate as well about it because lying to get out of doing your job and charging almost 2x as much is ridiculous. Hope the manager that was on duty gets fired. read more

Absolutely incompetent people working here. I had to repeat my order several times. I had a coupon that said I could order two orders the kid said no only one order... someone else jumped on the speaker her name was Angie she said no it is two orders. We repeated our order again we said onions on everything we repeated that several times during the several times we were trying to order. We got home and absolutely nothing had onions on it. I expected the manager to be able to handle the situation... I asked for her name several times and she did not want to give it to me. She finally when I said I was going to yelp her call the corporate office she gave me her name as Angie saying she was the manager. I cannot believe that she is a manager when she cannot handle a simple situation I think you need to retrain your staff she is very immature she kept trying to speak over me when I kept trying to speak that is not what a manager does. She should've said Bring it back and will replace it instead she offered me 20% off my next visit. Big deal that is not handling a situation with an unsatisfied customer. I wanted my food done right not eat something I didn't want. Please retrain her... when you have a manager that it's not trained correctly how was she supposed to train correctly? Very bad experience at this location. I would not recommend this place at all. You would be better off going up to the one on bear Valley Road or Hesperia Road. read more

He has EXCELLENT customer service an always has a smile on his face which means he absolutely loves his job an serving the public. He told me about himself a little while I was waiting in line for my order saying he came from Bakers as a Shift Manager/GM an has been working here for about 5 months while it was raining outside!! This guy should be a manager at this location with the amount of work he's putting in! Come one Wienerschnitzel give him that title already gonna go back even more now just because of his hard work! I live down the street from this location and I've been coming here for 8 years and never had an issue. My orders have been perfect every time. The fries are always very hot, the dogs are always well made, and the girls at the window are always fast and friendly. I think it's just as important to leave positive reviews as negative.
