Took my 5 year old daughter here as a Christmas present. We've gone multiple times in the past and it's mostly been a good experience. Things have changed a bit since then unfortunately. We got here shortly after they opened (around 11:20am). The big screen was playing video, but no sound whatsoever. No ice for the drinks, soda was flat, no receipts given with purchases (or even asking if I'd like one), employees complaining to each other loudly around the customers... just an overall negative vibe in here this time around. I will say as far as the food is concerned, the pizza is always good (in my opinion). The boneless wings as well. If this were based on food alone, it would probably get 4 stars. But unfortunately for them, this is being rated as a full experience (as that's what they offer & promote)... and the experience just isn't hitting like they used to. Kids love it here and I honestly wasn't sure exactly what to give them for a star rating. They have been very short staffed. If you are coming here as a family of four and doing games and food you cannot get out of here without dropping an easy $100 - not a family budget friendly place by any means! We came in on a Friday night for an event and they only had 4 people working on the whole places - feels like some kind of violation? The food is always very good but it is just incredibly pricey. My girlfriend and I took our friend and her 3 kids @ the ages of 11 to this Chuck E. Cheese we ordered 2 pizzas, 6 cups for the drinks, chocolate chip cookie and three 30 minutes of play time each the cost ....$ 128.19 the kids went off to play the games once you start playing the games the 30 minutes start after the 30 is over you are all done even when the pizza comes you just better keep playing the games get the pizza later....... after @ 20 minutes still no pizza I inquired about the pizza how long ? they said your pizza is over by the oven you have to get it,,,,,I'm thinking I have to get it !!! really ????? and their was the pizza with a bunch of young kids on their cell phones I'm thinking this is crazy!! We had a birthday party for our son here and had a wonderful time! This location is not as busy as some of the ones closer to Boston. There are several arcade games, many of them sports-related. We did the Eat More, Play More option for the party and had a chance to play games for hours. Each child gets a card for 55 points, and the games mostly take 1 token or less each. For the party there was a staff person who took care of our table and did everything from bringing the food to cutting the cake (which we brought from home though there is the option to buy one there) to teaching the kids the birthday dance. If you are thinking of having a party, so you understand the pricing, the cost is listed per child. For adults you just order food which you can either do online when booking the party or order when you get there. Came here last week with my 4 year old, 2 year old and their 2 1/2 year old cousin. The computers were down when we first came in but the manager was very friendly and tried to help us have a good time anyway. The pizza was surprisingly tasty and the service was great. I want to give it a one but I won't. It used to be a good 4.5 stars BUT they took down the play area and turned the tokens into cards. I have a problem with this because I have toddlers. I got freaked out by reading the reviews of this place leading up to my daughter's birthday party. I can respond now to say, the previous reviewers have no idea. The review that says, place has tons of kids - what do you expect? The review that says, the place can't get the dirty out - you have no idea. This place is meticulous, and I mean meticulously clean when you factor in the amount of kids that go trolling through everyday. I've seen dirty places, this place isn't one of them. The review that says games are broken - not one game I saw was out of order. The staff was super friendly, super helpful, and made a fantastic birthday for my daughter. Even the other parents were impressed at the cost and treatment. For half the price of stupid Pump-it-Up, we got games, staff entertainment, food for kids and parents, and hours of fun. I have not been to a place like this since I was a kid. My how things of changed, the staff was very attentive and nice they were not the problem. My issue is they took out all the fun physical activity stuff like the ball pits, the in door play ground tunnel tubes. It seems the establishment wants to focus on Rides, pizzas, and video games... they are truly trying to turn the youth into mindless zombies. We took the kids to the arcade when we were on vacation, and now my two year old son is legit hooked... so we are home now and he is asking for the arcade like crazy. My wife suggested I take him to Chuck E. Cheese... there's nothing else around (I miss you Dream Machine). So I sucked it up and took him today... fully expecting it to be hell on earth... disgusting with broken games and bad food, maybe find a needle in the ball put. Let me tell you something, it was one of the greatest experiences of my life... I was so wrong, clean as F, sensational games, friendly staff, and for lunch I ordered boneless buff chick with a friggin Shock Top on draft... absolutely blown away. People are giving negative reviews because the play areas are gone... its an arcade, they don't make money from the ball pits. If you want your kids to be active, play with them outside. Kids love it. Not crazy about the food. I took my daughter to a birthday party here. The place is clean and there are many games for the kids to play at many experience levels. There is a play area for the little ones as well. There is an animal animatronic band that comes on every once in a while and the little kids seem to love it. They also go crazy for Chuck E Cheese if they are not terrified of him. If you get the coupons, it's not too too expensive. The food has a lot to be desired. I did not enjoy the pizza but the kids seemed to like it. They have an all you can eat salad bar that is pretty good. The best part about this place is the security. Everyone in your group gets a matching stamp. They compare the child's stamp with yours and you are only allowed to leave with the child if they match. There are plenty of places to sit so you can feel safe in leaving your child to go and play. Overall this is a great place to take the kids. A little advice take them for the games. The woman manager is always friendly and eager to help. The male one, not so much. More so now that he knows we come frequently and that I am not afraid to call and complain about him. Most of the staff usually seems like they can't be bothered but there are some good ones. The price is good if you go on their site and use the coupons that are usually always there, unless you have a bigger crowd the pizza isn't priced good. It is understandable why it is priced that way since every game is 1 token only. Winning a lot tickets isn't that easy either but the kids have fun and id rather not stand at the ticket counter anyways. All in all pretty good for the money.
