Wow--this was such a fun experience! The game box is fully interactive, with walls that respond to gameplay, and each box fits up to six people. You wear these silly-looking helmets that tracks your movements (which end up being part of the fun). The new Mini Game Box Party was a blast--super competitive, quick to pick up, and great for almost all ages. We had 2 teenagers and 4 adults where we had the most unforgettable experience together. They also offer the infamous Squid Game experience, which is more challenging and features fewer games, but they're true to the originals from the show. While fun, I definitely preferred the Box Party for the variety and fast-paced energy. Games range from two 30 or one 60 minutes. It is a bit pricey at $35 per player for an hour, but the $100-per-box holiday deal is a much better value for up to 6 players. Overall, a really entertaining group activity inside the Natick Mall amongst other entertainment such as Level 99 and Dave & Busters. read more

Immersive game box is fun activity for groups of two to six! It uses augmented reality where you go into a room, put it on a hat and it the hat traces your movement. You also interact when the the walls and images on the walls to interact with the environment. There are about a dozen or so different games to select, including Squid Game (season 1), Bat Man, Angry Birds, Temple Squid, the Fire is Lava, Party Box and more. Each game can be played for 30 minutes to an hour. It's $25 for 30 minutes and $35 for an hour. We tried the Party Box one where we played mini games against each other, kinda like Mario Party. Then we did the AI Escape Room was very pretty fun. You can buy drinks there if you want. There are 6 rooms available. The bathrooms are in the back and very clean. Overall, this was a fun unique experience that I would recommend for families with kids or couples for dates! read more

It was fun and interactive. Not so great for 5 and 7 year olds (may have been a bit over their heads), but adults had fun.

My 9 yo son and his friends did the Batman game, and they had a blast! One star off because Room 1 was not dark enough and had a glare from the outside windows. This could easily be corrected with a blackout blind for the door. read more

This was my second time going to gamebox (my first time for a bday party, the second with my family of 4) and it was fun, but needs some improvements. I don't really remember the bday party well, though I remember playing pacman and angry birds, and this time we played angry birds, then the floor is lava.angry birds was fine, but it's forgettable and is really just bigger and harder. When I went to aim, sometimes it just went by itself, but I get there can be glitches and stuff happens. For floor is lava, the room is WAY to small and when 2 people started on one side and had to both move to the next part on front board, you would bump each other, which isn't great, but only 2 people can go at a time, so where do the 2 other people go so they don't get in the way of someone and get bumped into? Another issue was the headsets. The purple head set was acting finicky and the person wearing it was having a hard time. Mine also kept teleporting randomly to the corner and was annoying but ok bc after all it is a giant iPad. The actual games were pretty fun, though all these problems weren't the only weird tech problems. My family went to hot pot before this, so we didn't want to make an appointment since we didn't know when we'd be done, there also being a lot of open time slots. We get there, we tell them we wanna do two 30min games (angry birds and floor is lava). They say the next slot is 4pm. ITS 1:30PM. We check the website and it still says that 2pm is open. The person working the front desk ended up fitting us in at 2, so it worked out, but I think that the website could be improved. Though that was a lot of negative, in all it was a fun experience, you just need to pick thr right games for your group, and maybe keep the groups small. read more

Great staff and a very different experience. Walking in we were greeted with excitement and positivity. The sign up process took a few minutes but they quickly helped us through it. Once in the room, my kids were transported to another world. We laughed and moved around like deer with antlers. I'm excited to go back and I hope this business many years of success! read more

This was so much fun. We did the Squid Game on a date night and it was a good experience for us. It's a different experience from the Level99 upstairs at the same mall. This is more of a virtual reality experience, playing video games. We had a lot of fun and would definitely recommend trying it out. read more

I've been waiting for this place to open and was excited to finally visit! Reserving a spot for a game is super easy online and when you arrive, the staff is super friendly and welcoming. The previous games were running a little long, but the staff let us know when to return and that didn't cut into any of our game time. We did the Casino Tropicale game, which I would definitely recommend. It's more physical that I expected, but tons of fun. I will be back to try out the other games! read more

We went here during school vacation week in February. My 4 year old was very upset because my older child wanted to play The Floor is Lava- while my 4 year old only wanted to play the Paw Patrol game which was geared toward the younger kids. She threw a huge fit! The gentleman who was there could not have been more amazing and accommodating! He was so incredibly patient. They were very busy there and most rooms were booked up but he found an opening so that my older one could play the Lava game and my 4 year old was able to play Paw Patrol. He said he wanted her to have a good day and didn't want her to be upset! He absolutely made her day and ours! He was so kind and informative and handled a very busy time there wonderfully. Happened to come across this place while walking through Natick mall looking for something to do with my kiddo. We did the angry birds game for thirty minutes, just the two of us, and it ended up being SO much fun. The young man who helped us get set up was extraordinarily patient, kind, and helpful while my kiddo and I fumbled figuring things out at first. It was about 25 for adult and I *think* It's about 19.99 for Juniors under 11 for the thirty minutes. This is something we'll definitely come back to do as a family, for playdates and birthday parties! I also noticed teens and adults having a blast in the room across from ours. Had an amazing time, however I was over charged an extra person, which didn't exist. I was told while I was there I was refunded. Two weeks later I reached out to them because I was never refunded. I called was ignored. Started texting was ignored for a while then started getting the run around. They also stopped communicating with me. Now a month out. Still no refund. Their business practice is dishonest. read more

I took my 11 yr old son and his friends for his birthday. They played Psychedellic Mansion and it was perfect for them. It was challenging but once they got the hang of it, they got really into it. They all want to come back. It was easy to check in and they started right away. We came on a Friday morning so wasn't crowded. Definitely worth driving from the south shore as we don't have anything like it. Nice change for birthday celebration. read more

Jamari was our game master and he did the most excellent job. He was friendly and engaging and kept us enthralled throughout the entire game.
