There are many ways to get high here some of which include the following: -performance trampolines -basketball court -dodgeball -wipeout -foam pit -trapeze swing -battle beam -rock wall And some other stuff that I don't remember the names of... They have special deals sometimes so keep an eye out for those or call ahead if you can to check if there are any specials that day. read more

Standard options as far as facilities go. Foam pits, dodge ball, etc. But customer service is terrible. Their free water fountains have been broken for a while, per one of their good associates. They had a water dispenser (like the ones you see in gyms to fill water bottles). But they do not provide cups. They also have a broken Icee machine and a lot of Icee cups. But they don't provide those for people who need water, either. So I had to spend 10 minutes of our jumping time waiting in line to buy a water. Not because they were short staffed. But because several of the 20 year-old boys on staff were watching the Patriots game instead of doing their jobs. I would never berate these kids. They don't know any better. But if this business is serious about no one being short with their staff, don't create an environment which inspires that to happen. read more

The photos on here do not do this place justice. My boyfriend and I threw a birthday party here (today) for his 7 year old son. We must have had 30 people, half of whom jumped. The party package is perfect. You are assigned a "party coordinator" who helps check everyone in, sets up/cleans up, serves the food and basically prevents the party throwers from becoming overwhelmed. Our coordinator was Kylie (I don't know if that's how she spells it). She was awesome, and was very good with kids. As for the jumping part, this place is awesome. It's an open concept, separated into various sections. The staff are appropriate with kids, even when our little person decided to swing back and forth on the trapeze after being told not to... the staff member was very patient. Suffice to say it was the kid's birthday and as a fearless individual he had tons of fun flipping, flopping and running around. I didn't take any pictures of the trampoline park itself, but I did get some shots of the cake, which impressed all our guests-- and even the staff! Lastly, the birthday boy wore himself out from all the jumping and fell asleep on the ride home... a perfect way to end the party shenanigans! read more

It is a ZOO in that place every time we go. And hey, that's awesome that they're so popular! It's a fun place when it's safe. But often times there is a band of much older kids (teens) who are breaking the rules and making it unsafe and there's never enough staff out there to keep an eye on things and call out the individuals disregarding safety guidelines. I've watched smaller kids get practically run over and I've seen parents have to get onto the rowdier jumpers themselves and I know that's embarrassing for everyone. There have definitely been times where that place has been over Max capacity. Go on the slow days. Avoid weekends and holidays like the plague and if you have really little kids - go to their toddler jump times and avoid the open jump entirely. You have to use their socks. Positives: The place is always clean, bathrooms always clean, no equipment ever looks broken or unsafe. Edit to add: The staff that was there was not rude or unhelpful they were just BUSY. They looked VERY overwhelmed. I felt for them. They're doing their best, definitely not a staff issue just maybe an UNDERSTAFFED issue. read more

It's a good park they stopped forcing people to wear masks and it's never too crowded I love to go there for a fun work out

We were there with a two and a three years old. It wasn't too full, but busy enough. They only accept the socks from they company- but they are super safe and strong material. Everything was clean and in good condition, also the toilets (some of them children size) There was a smaller section in the far corner of the room, wich I think is very thoughtful, for the little ones (close to the bathrooms and close to tables etc.. There are staff members at nearly every attraction, but it is of course absolutely necessary to supervise They enjoyed it, we enjoyed it! read more

My kids LOVE this place. We go at least once a week. The owners are there alot and are so good to my kids, and the staff are super friendly and great with the kids as well. Very engaging and energetic. It's always super clean and the customer service is amazing. Highly recommend! read more

We visited this new Trampoline Park with our toddler on April 14th, and had an absolute blast. Altitude staff greeted us upon arrival and explained everything that we needed to know as first timers. They guided us to a special Toddler area which was perfect for our little guy to hop around on mini trampolines and make use of the foam pit. They had plenty of staff monitoring each attraction to ensure safe play. The hardest part was leaving at the end of our session. We will most certainly return for more fun. read more

They're not doing enough to keep masks on the kids. Super crowded over April vacation (how is this possible with COVID restrictions?) and too many older kids with masks pulled down and no one saying anything. Even one of the workers had his mask pulled down below his nose. read more

My kids had been asking to go forever, so for my son's birthday we went. The staff went out of their way to make the experience absolutely miserable. They were rude, unfriendly and helpful. The only time they spoke was to literally say no. I am annoyingly rule compliant so it was not for our not trying to do everything right. After waiting 18 months, the kids barely wanted to jump by the time the staff allowed them. Especially with how much they charge, you would think courtesy and helpfulness would be shown. read more

What an abysmal establishment. The owners post signs and rules over every space imaginable and yell at you over everything. The place was empty besides a group of older kids on the other side of the park. My 4 year old son took 6 blocks out of the foam pit to knock them back in and the owner immediately came over to tell me there was a sign saying not to do that. When I tried explaining how irrational that is at a kid focused place, he offered me my money back. Keep in mind, there was nobody there, he wasn't making a mess, and we were knocking the blocks into the pit. I said I wanted my money back. They continued to berate me from behind the counter after I commented on the signs everywhere and how mishandled the situation was. I had to tell him he is not allowed to yell at me while I was holding my baby. The owners, who are brothers, are clearly on a huge power trip and could not handle a woman speaking up. While I understand there are rules for safety, I do not see how a 4 year old making a little wall of blocks could have impacted the entire foam pit. The owner also proceeded to tell people that I was swearing at them and became belligerent. (I do not have a need to use profanity. I can express and articulate myself just fine without it.) I was holding my one year old and would never swear in front of my kids. So in addition to speaking horribly to women, they also lie. He also said he has a sign over his office that he does not tolerate any "back talk". When I wanted my money back for the socks, he told the person behind the counter to just reimburse me because I'm not allowed back. Best of luck to anyone who goes there and dares to step out of line! I wonder if this extreme overreaction was in response to CBSs recent segment on the trampoline parks and how horrible they are. read more

Ehh not good for little kids who are adventurous. My daughter who's 4 was turned away. she couldn't do a lot of the activities because she's short. My older son enjoyed it since he's taller, but I probably won't be coming back since it's not the greatest for my youngest. They should also put up a large sign that says "start here" I've been to my share of trampoline parks and I have to say this is the strictest trampoline park ever. read more

came here with our 4yo and 2yo and learned that parents had to pay to get in even though they don't have an area that's strictly for little ones, and frankly didn't feel like having our little ones play on their own and being stampeded by bigger kids. the cashier was extremely rude to our kids, so maybe don't hire teens who clearly hate little ones, or at the very least train them so they are not rude. read more

Be prepared! If you play dodge ball & the staff is not present in the area, because they are too busy chatting with their friends in another area - Apex Altitude does not care what happens to you. My daughter went in to play with her younger brother and next thing you know a few teenage boys head in, smash her in the face with a ball, go running out & her (not cheap) glasses break into pieces. We tell the staff. They looked at me like a deer in headlights. Off to the front desk. The manager wasn't in. She said, "I know you sign a waiver, however if our staff was not present, and should have been, then it is our fault. I'll have the manager call you tomorrow." 9 days later no call. I call back. Manager gets on the phone. I explain the situation. His reply, "So exactly what would you like me to do for you?" After a 15 minute discussion he said he'd have a staff meeting, not much he could do. That was it. No sensitivity, just cold & rude. This isn't an answer from a business who is supposed to be staffed to prevent issues such as these. If a staff was present the boy would have been stopped, or if it occurred there would have been an adult witness, the boy would be ejected & I would have been able to speak with him & his parent to find a solution. No staff. Just chaos. And now no answers. Someone is responsible. So legit play at your own risk. It's a free for all. Good luck! read more

Great, and fun place but unfortunately will not be returning anytime soon. This place for some reason does not allow 1 year olds to jump (Launch trampoline park lets them jump for free with an adult). i have a 6 year old and a 1 year old who obviously wants to run around when he sees all the cool stuff, but as soon as he gets near a trampoline or a box pit one of the employees has to remind us that he cant go in... like really? not even in the small children section??. Great place but don't go if you have a child under 2, you'll have to carry them the entire time telling them they cant play smh read more

When I attended most of these kids were out of control, it was chiaotic! Older kids were picking on younger kids. I even saw two fights break out. Kids in dodgeball were kicking the ball hitting the lights, and the lights were swinging back forth looking like they were going to fall. At first I thought where are these kids parents! But I noticed there is no seating in the back of the venue where most of this Chaos was going on. I also noticed there is one worker responsible to operate and mange 4 designated areas; rock climbing, basketball, wipe out and dodgeball. How can 1 employee manage all 4 stations when 3 of the stations are on the other side. Meaning they would have to have their back turnt to either station. Management needs to fix this infasture which is a simple fix. I had to manage these kids because I was the only parent around! Having more seating in the back of the venue and making it a policy for parents are responsible to "keep an eye on their children" will ensure safety and behavior management. Also having more staff or an employee at each station will definitely ensure safety of your venue just because someone signed a waiver it shouldn't stop there. At Skyzone they always have about 2-3 employees at each station, and dodgeball is always managed by an employee. I think it's time they look at their competitor and follow the same guidelines they have. read more
