Mechanic in town stated that whoever put the starter in put it in incorrectly, they cross threaded the starter, and now the part is no longer useful. When I reached out to the company for a refund regarding the service they kept stating they offered a diagnostic, which again was not true, and they blamed the part and not the individual preforming the service.
