All three times they keep my vehicle over three weeks. When I called to check on how it was coming along the owner lied to me three separate times that I called. One time I had my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee in their shop they closed up shop for ten days and never called me to tell me so and when I told them at that time the voice mail box was full and I had to drive across town to see what was going on I saw a note on the door saying they closed shop for ten days, can you believe this crap. The old man owner needs to close this shop up for good and do everyone a favor!!!!! Do not take your car to this place you will regret it I assure you!!!!!!!!'

So I learned my lesson. You get what you pay for and if you want your work to be half done. Keep going to Royal automotive. If not, take it to a reputable foreign car dealer. Tommy Barnhill is a dream mechanic: Skilled, reliable, and HONEST. He'll take the time to actually explain (and show) the problem in detail to you and give you a fair assessment of the time and money required for the solution. I have NEVER felt like I wasn't getting a 100% fair deal from Tommy. He's even offered to drive me home after I left my car for him to work on. His rates are fair and the job is always done when he says it will be done. He really goes the extra mile with his work and he has kept my ancient Civic running extremely well though all the abuse I put it through. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you own a Honda and live in Columbia, you are making a mistake if you don't get it fixed at Barnhill Automotive.
