Instead of owning up to their mistakes, the Goodyear people told her that her car must have been vandalized and that the TN mechanic was wrong. Do not use this location as they were very rude to my 83 year old mother in law and didn't shotty work and wouldn't own up to it when they were called out for it.

To give you some personal background, I am a typical early twenties woman, who knows very very little about mechanics, and this was the first place I've ever been to that took advantage of that image. Upon arriving, I waited at the front desk for what seemed like 5-10 minutes, all the while I'm looking at the garage and seeing two employees just talking. I finally got impatient enough to address them and see if I could get some service. She apologized and quickly got to business. Their waiting area is shabby, which I didn't mind since it was a mechanics place. The cable kept going out and losing service so that was annoying and their complimentary coffee station looked unsanitary. I asked for a brake check, which yelp offers for free and was told I needed to change my brakes. Initially, I took their word for it; however I went back home to tell my husband and get a second look, considering I have a brand new car (2016), so things didn't add up. I later found out that my brake pads were nowhere near needing to be replaced, which leads me to why I will not be returning to this location. Also, for whatever reason, I guess my car wouldn't take the cheapest oil so they put the most expensive one in so my oil change wasn't even $25. Again, I wouldn't know average prices anyways but overall, I don't feel comfortable with coming here. Nothing on them personally; I wish the best to everyone, but I wouldn't want to be taken advantage again.

Call Firestone, but it took a while to get a price, separating everything out (what each belt cost, labor, installation, etc) and just wasn't straight forward. Called this place, they could take me as well and gave me a straight forward price. Called back those friends and family members, consensus was that it was actually a good fair price and almost $80 cheaper than Firestone. Went and took car in; I let him know I wasn't sure it was the belts, but figured it was. He said he'd put me in as "zero dollars" and have a technician look at it as soon as he could. Signed a piece of paper that was indeed for $0.00 and no further obligations. Kindda nice... Turned out it was the belts, the price was same as over the phone plus tax. Fixed in about an hour, and no problems yet. I really liked it there, I was treated well and nothing shady. Guy was very polite, service was rather quick and great to be fit in last minute on a busy day. Will use them again for oil changes, etc.
