I always feel comfortable coming here because every budtender I've interacted with has been patient, knowledgeable, and thorough when explaining the different products. I never feel uncomfortable asking questions, even when I have a lot of them. They take the time to make sure you understand your options and help you find what works best for you. They have the standard ID check before entering, and they are cash only, so just be prepared. They also offer so many great specials, which is a huge bonus! I recommend signing up for their text messages as well. They usually send reminders about once a month with current specials, and it's not a constant stream of messages. Great customer service, helpful staff, and a welcoming atmosphere!

While I appreciated the prices and found some great deals, I was met with a minimal greeting from Shay, who mentioned she is one of the assistant managers. Despite my efforts to be friendly, I found that Shay wasn't particularly welcoming and seemed unsure about how to assist us, especially since she mentioned she isn't familiar with smoking flower at the moment. I left feeling a bit unappreciated, which was disappointing. I believe that with a bit more training and attentiveness from the staff, they could create a much better customer experience. *Updated review*:…read more Originally, I left a review after being turned away for not having a physical med card, even though I had a valid digital version. Since then, the general manager reached out to me directly, which I do appreciate. He explained that their system requires physically scanning the card into their POS, so digital versions won't work on their end. While I understand that it's a limitation of their system and not necessarily the staff, it still doesn't change the fact that it's inconvenient--especially when most dispensaries in California are able to accept digital cards without any issue. I was told they'd be happy to take care of me if I came back with a printed or physical card, but realistically that defeats the purpose for me. If I'm already able to go to other dispensaries nearby that accept digital cards, it just makes more sense to go there instead. Overall, I appreciate the follow-up and professionalism from the manager, but the policy itself is outdated and inconvenient. Until that changes, I'll probably stick with other shops in the area that are more flexible.
