John is amazing! No judgment. A wealth of knowledge and always willing to help. Also, he has one of the very few Norvell airbrush spray tanning booths in all of the U.S. The only other booth I've seen was near St. Louis. The best customer service! I went to this Max Muscle because it's close to my house. I was looking for a pre-workout drink. The owners were there and very helpful. They answered all my questions and gave me recommendations for other products. I noticed they also have a tanning salon. I decided to give it a try and I'm amazed at my tanning results and their mystic tan booth is amazing. More importantly, the customer service is always outstanding. They are friendly, they remember your name, they have created a very welcoming environment. I've never felt that they try to push sales on me. I'm 100% committed to giving this place my business. One more thing, I purchased a tanning special they had running for May. Since the store was closed for Labor Day weekend they added 2 more days onto my month of tanning. That is customer service!
