Walked in and there was a lot of customers waiting on their orders. The 3 individuals behind the counter were working diligently. I stood near the shelf for the online orders and waited. The shelf is right by the counter to order, but noone asked acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance. It didn't really bother me initially, because I was about 3 minutes early and saw they had a lot of people waiting. A family came in and the man stood at the counter patiently for a while and was not acknowledged. The young lady preparing the online orders placed a few orders on the shelf before walking over with what looked like mine. As ashe got closer I asked if the name was mine, and she just handed me the bag, cup & straw without saying anything. No nodding of the head, no yes, no have a good day, nothing even after I said " Thank you". The time prior to that they were having loud personal conversations while customers were there, which I didn't was appropriate. Also, my acai bowl was missing an item, but I didn't notice until I got home and didn't have the energy at that time of evening to go back or even call. Love the convenience, but might drive elsewhere for better service.

I forgot the name of the tea I purchased but I believe it had watermelon, kiwi, lemon and other fruits. It was so delicious and tasted like a sweet tart! My only complaint was the ice to liquid ratio. I had to ration my sips because there wasn't a lot of liquid in the cup and I was done in about 5 minutes. If I get a tea on a future visit, I will request light ice. The menu is extensive and there are combos where you can get a tea + a shake which will save some coins if you're indecisive. The place is super cute and I would definitely return to try other menu options!

I don't drink sweet drinks, so if you don't either, this might not be the place for you. My husband got the Chocolate Mint Latte and he said it didn't taste as minty as he would like, but he liked it. Located in a precarious location but in a safe but albeit lonely (at least how my mind sees it) place which can be a nightmare if you need to leave in a specific direction. The exterior seems well kept and I believe it's a little gem that I feel fortunate enough to have finally experienced. Typically I stick by my diet however I decided branch out and try the bacon and gouda egg bites. Wow, these are really good and low in carbs! Be careful, I made the mistake of tearing into mine and it was HOT. After letting it cool to non-volcanic temps, I was able to enjoy a simple symphony of satisfying selections snuggly stuffed in a small snack (try to put that many "S"s into first words... not easy). The egg hit, followed by the creaminess of the cheese and while I don't care for bacon, it was well balanced. Moreover, it wasn't really "eggy" in texture which is awesome. Two thumbs up. As for the coffee. Well after having coffee at another location which wasn't good (if you hunt down my reviews, you'll see it) I was ready for something epic or at least better. So this doctor Evil got to work I decided on a Latte with two shots of salted caramel, one vanilla, one hazelnut and finally one toasted marshmallow. I hate giving away my pure genius but "if you love something set it free...." There you have it, one of the best concoctions you'll ever try. The smoothness of the latte was elevated by the saltiness and sweetness of the caramel while the vanilla and hazelnut offered just that background favor to keep the tastebuds curious and the toasted mallow gave a hit of fire roasted burnt to the equation. Yes I'm complimenting myself but they have the ingredients on hand and mixed it. Kudos to them. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised how good the coffee is here. Moreover, the people are extremely friendly and the service is fast. At the window the lady was nice saying words from an ancient dialect like "please, thank you, you're welcome" and so on. It was refreshing. I highly recommend dropping by and ask them for the "Justin special" (you'll have to tell them b/c I'm more popular in my imagination than in real life. Enjoy!
