Breakfast burrito, tater tots, and cold brew
    Tommy V.

I've only had the breakfast burrito here and so far it was been so good! I enjoyed the avocado sauce they provide and the tater tots is so crispy and well-seasoned. This is my go-to breakfast burrito spot as of right now and I will be back to try their biscuit as it lives up to their name. Service was quick and friendly. The restaurant had a lot of space and the restrooms are well maintain. They also offer drive-thru which is convenient for people on the move.

Stopped in to try this place and I was very pleased. The food was hot and delicious. My favorite were the tots, which reminded me of grade school, but were seasoned to perfection. I ordered my husband the hungryneck platter with a country ham substitute for the bacon. They are running a special that you can make any order 1-20 a combo for $1. The prices are a bit inflated but most things are these days. I took one star away because Waffle House gives a larger meat portion than we received.

Took my kids here today, been meaning to try it for a while. Food was OK, the kids weren't particularly impressed and I wasn't either. The biscuit itself was heavy and oily. The tater tots were basic frozen tots and when the menu said hash browns I would it would be like shredded potatoes but really it was just like one of those flat frozen hash browns. Our order was wrong in multiple ways (my daughter didn't get what she ordered, my hot latte came out iced), nothing worth sending it back over, but it's a sign that something isn't going right. Inside was rather harsh... bare concrete floor, basic seating. Price was OK if I am being generous. $19 for a biscuit with a single egg, a slice of American cheese, a thin slice of ham, a frozen hash browns, frozen tater tots on the side, and a basic iced latte doesn't feel great to me, at least have home cooked hash browns or something. Sending a biscuit and a serving of tater tots with two ketchup packets... not even Heinz... instead of just putting a bottle of ketchup on the table which is both cheaper for them and means I don't have to get up for more ketchup is a complete head scratcher. Oh and the lady in front of me was in there with a dog in a backpack. Restaurants that let people bring their pets inside - and you can't even pretend a dog in a backpack is a service animal - really need to sort some things out. I am hoping they simply don't notice rather than seeing it and allowing it. J.Ja

Had to leave a review because this place is awesome! Tater tots were great and well seasoned. Burrito was enormous. Great coffee Wish I knew about this place sooner!

I really wanted to love Biscuit Bros because when the biscuit is right, it's actually good. Unfortunately my visit turned into a forty five minute ordeal that cost me twenty dollars instead of the seven it should have been. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The first one came out with a bottom so hard I couldn't even bite into it. I turned right back around to explain and asked to return it. The person at the window was polite on the surface but came across as sarcastic rather than helpful. They refused to exchange it and said they only had doughier biscuits, even though the issue was how hard and overcooked the bottom was. They ended up remaking it, but charged me for a second biscuit. To make it worse, even though I clearly ordered bacon egg and cheese and they repeated it back that way, I got sausage instead. I brought it back again, explained the issue, and finally on the third try got a biscuit that was cooked lightly and looked great. I work in customer service myself, so I know how important it is to make things right when a guest isn't happy. I didn't want a fight, I just wanted the biscuit I paid for. It's disappointing because the potential is there, but the service and mix up made what should have been a simple breakfast into a twenty dollar bad experience. Want me to tweak the tone to be a little harsher or a little softer before you post it?

Ordered the Low Country biscuit to go, through the drive thru. Was surprised of how large it was when I pulled it our of the bag. Definitely had to wait and take bites at the red lights. I ordered no pickles, but pickles were on them. It had good flavors, but the biscuit was a little over cooked for me. I like my biscuits a little lighter. I would go back to try other items on their menu.

Look I've already rated this place 5 stars, but I want to update that it's above and beyond that…read more The staff is so friendly it's wild. They have great food and their baked goods are awesome! Some outdoor seating for a bit of peace, a countertop if you want to be in the magic being made, and tables to get some work done or catch up with friends and colleagues. I've heard business meeting, meetups, dates, podcasts and book club discussions. Love the place! The use of coffee bags as decorations and other rustic decor makes me happy. The icing to update the review is my little guy spilled his water, one of the staff made him a little crab craft to match his shirt just to cheer him up. That's just kindness.

decided to visit this coffee shop recently--it had been quite a while since my last visit. I was in…read morethe mood for something different from my usual Starbucks run or making coffee at home. I really wanted a place that roasts their own beans, and of course, I couldn't resist getting a scone while I was there. While I was visiting, a mother and her young daughter (probably around seven or eight) came in, and the daughter was so curious about how the coffee was made. It was really nice to see the staff take the time to walk them through everything--explaining the photos on the wall, the different types of beans, how they're grown, and where they source them from. It created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Experiences like that really stand out, and it's clear they care about both their craft and their customers. I'll definitely be going back again.
