In addition the staff were so welcoming Jasmin checked me in and reassured to me that I was in good hands since I mentioned to her I was terrified of going to the dentists after some bad experiences. At my previous dental office, I never had to pay anything out of pocket for a routine cleaning. However, the dentist here claimed I have gum inflammation and said I needed a deep cleaning that would cost $600, plus a filling for another $600. The staff also offered to check something (I can't remember what it was) and said it was free, but afterward, someone else came in and tried to charge me $25 for it. When I told her I had been told it was free, she said it would be waived. I just wanted a regular cleaning that would be fully covered by my insurance, but they tried to charge me over $1,000 for additional procedures. I was here for 1.5 hours and didn't even get my teeth cleaned. They just kept examining me and trying to sell me treatments I don't need. It's a waste of time. Stay away from this place. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Get a 2nd opinion if in doubt. - Don't sign anything until you know what work is to be performed And costs. If there is pushback or not listening, get a new dental service. -No ethical, honest and good dentist or dental office will push back on dental patients learning or exercising their dental coverage due diligence before any service Is performed.
