This is by far the most run down church's chicken that I have encounter in my lifetime! This is poorly taken care of and the food is low quality and poorly prepared. A bunch of staff on break at the same time and only On of the blond girls was working and taking the order while the other just sat and talked. Food was a disappointment and the taste was awful that we only were able to have two pieces from the entire family box of chicken before we gave them out. Definitely not a place that I would recommend. The establishment has an out of service restroom sign but a whole bunch of staff members were coming out of it at the same time. The place definitely gave vibes that it was not the most welcoming and neither the most hygienic establishment. Avoid this church's chicken if you can! read more

This establishment and service I received isn't enough worth one star. It's only there because it wouldn't allow me to remove it. On October 14, 2025, I went to your establishment and the worker at the window was real short and snippy with me like she had an attitude. The total incompetence couldn't describe her behavior. There was a total lack of curtiousness and respect at the drive thru window. There were passion marks all over her neck and she was very unprofessional. After my order was taken she instructed me to park at the front of the store. After an hour and going in three times, she instructed me that online orders took precedence over the drive thru window. There were other customers that were dissatisfied waiting in the parking lot as well. After another 30 minutes I entered again and asked for a refund. The workers that were present were uninterested and in my opinion just didn't care about customer service. I have never experienced this type of behavior at Church's Chicken in the past. If I need to I will write a letter to the corporate office and if need be write a letter to the CEO of Church's Chicken. This type of behavior should not be tolerated by anyone. As a customer at the very least I expect courtesy and respect. I don't think that that is asking to much as a customer entering your establishment. I think that the workers present need more training on customer relations when dealing with the public. I refuse to enter this establishment while those employees are still employed there. And a lot of other customers share my sentiment. Can someone please get back to me to rectify this situation as soon as possible? read more

Facilities: Older facility, very antiquated, appeared somewhat unsanitary, standing water in the kitchen. Very small Lobby was open, but chairs were up, so no dining in. Lobby was closed after I left. Parking area: Very limited, dirty. Drive-thru: Very inadequate and dangerous. The drive thru was obviously designed by a blind person. Only fit two cars bumper to bumper with a third car halfway in the roadway of the main road. The Good: They have chicken ready and available. Service was fast. Biscuit were good. The Bad: The chicken was lukewarm at best. Very Salty. Parking area inadequate. This restaurant was unsanitary at best. The Ugly: When I entered the restaurant. There was lady there and the employee, RAQUELLE R was very nice to her. Both the employee appeared to be Caucasian and unmasked. I walk in with a mask on as I always do. I'm Hispanic and the employee turn to me and gave me an speech as to how she have to protect her family from COVID and she would had preferred for me to had gone thru the drive thru window instead of me coming to the lobby. I was very confused and I just nodded to her, she told me she was going to take my order THIS TIME, but in the future I needed to come and used the drive-thru. When she took my order she directed me to go thru the parking lot and wait for her to bring my order. I told her in the future she should had close the lobby and she did just that. Summary: I don't know if this behavior was racially motivated or COVID a motivated. But RAQUELLE R need a bit more of sensitivity training or perhaps get a job sniffing luggage at the airport and She most definitely need training on HOW TO TREAT COSTUMERS WITH EQUALITY. The franchisee need to know that on the same road there are 4 different chicken businesses with better facilities and much better customer service. Do not go to this location! I love churches chicken. Crispy fried yard bird is my favorite type of poultry. But this place gave me some old, burnt oil tasting chicken. Church's chicken is the chicken you get when you are penny pinching. Not the best of chicken chains and not the worst. Best thing about Church's are the deals. Nobody can beat them in that category. I went to churches this afternoon after a long workday. Went through the drive thru to order and the heavy light skin lady with craters on her face decided to cut me off in the middle of speaking . I restated my order and she rudely stated they didn't have anything I wanted. I then stated I couldn't see the menu due to the fact I am disabled with one eye and she kept telling me to look at the menu. Went there last night to order dinner. Sign above door says 'under new management' 'lobby open for take out only'.. Went to door and was locked, 3 employees sitting in lobby doing nothing. One employee waved for me to go around. I get to window and sit 3-4 minutes when finally guy opens window and says "what do you want" NO greeting, just rude. I try to place 8pc mix with 2 sides, tell him I want mac&cheese and fresh okra and wanted to add 6 biscuits. He repeats order back but said fries, I told him no fries, okra and mac&cheese. He gets tall colored person to delete something off computer, then repeats order back again. 8pcmixed with fries and okra with serious attitude toward me. This was my first time in this Church's Chicken for quite a while and I have to say I was completely disappointed. The chicken was greasy and relatively tasteless. I like to eat my chicken with ketchup and after paying over $7.00 for my chicken the lady would only give me four packets and said she could get in trouble for giving me four because they normally only give out two. She was going to ask the manager if I could have more but I told her to forget it. Over all horrible experience and I will not be going back!! Very unfriendly and uninviting atmosphere. Just tried Church's for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh my chicken was. Way better than KFC.

The chicken is yummy, but the service can be poor. Check your bag before leaving the drive-thru, because they ALWAYS forget to put SOMETHING in your bag. Also they take forever to serve you. Seriously -- plan at LEAST half an hour in the drive-thru, in the evenings. I would have given them 5 stars, but the poor service, long waits and missing items really make them a chore to visit. read more

My husband picked up chicken yesterday from this location. The chicken was old, dry and cold. I tried calling them to maybe have them replace our order. After 4 failed attempts I gave up. I called back today after getting off work and the women that answered the phone said she only had large orders last night and I was incorrect about the chicken being old.
