Can't speak to the food. However, I placed my order through their app, selected the time, drove their on time. The lobby was closed, so I drove to the drive through (this was at noon) and was told my order( meals for two people) would not be ready for 20 minutes. That didn't work for my schedule. I requested a refund, didn't get one. I sent an escalation through the app didn't hear anything for over a week. So I called the customer service line. The rep who answered offered to give me points in the app equivalent to my order less tax, or to check back in 48 business hours to see if management had had a chance to review for a refund. I am not going to say avoid, however, my recommendation is to visit and order what they have available as this experience has been terrible. read more

Terrible service. I ordered food for delivery. They left my food on my front step. No knock. Didn't ring the doorbell. Just dropped and left. Went thru drive thru for chicken fingers. They were Luke warm, rubbery and barely any flavor. In their defense it was a weird time in the afternoon. 2:30ish. I thought the chicken itself was "hot" flavored ("Nashville style"), but no. They only had hot sauce to dip. Not sure about "Texas" label and what that means. I had high hopes for the new location. I waited over an hour in line. The food was nothing special. They were out of basic condiments. Also the beverage station was not fully functional ( no ice tea ). The restaurant appeared to be rushed the decor is lacking ( painting is shoddy and it looks half done.) There were a total of 3 people working behind the counter. I over heard the person behind the counter say corporate insisted they open a week earlier than planned in response to the success of Raising Canes. Giant mistake!!! Service was awful. I went through the drive up window Friday afternoon. I ordered 3 piece basket of chicken and 2 Apple pies. They told me they only had one so I said I would take that and split it with my husband. The person taking the order wasn't pleasant through the speaker. I pulled up to order at 4:41 and was told to hold on because it was shift change, and they were counting the drawer. Then I sat there and waited for a little over 15 minutes and they still weren't ready to take my order. So at 4:57, I ordered online. I then pulled into a parking spot and waited until 5:02 to go in as that was the time my receipt said my order would be ready. While sitting in the parking lot, I saw a worker come out to leave and could hear her complaining (she was very loud) to a guy about another coworker. When I went in, they hadn't even started my order yet. I waited 12 more minutes and was finally handed my order. I got to the car and realized they forgot the sauces. So, I went back in and got the sauce. Then realized they also forgot the apple pie. I was over it at that point and didn't want to wait in line yet again, so I Ieft. I pulled out of the parking lot at 5:26. So it took from 4:41 until 5:26, and I was still ripped off 1 apple pie. This was a horrible experience. They were not overly busy. Ordered food inside at the counter. We were the only customers inside and we never got our food. Then someone else came in, ordered food and got it right away. I went to the counter to ask what was going on and get a refund. A manager was called and he walked out, refunded my money, and never said a word. No sorry about that, nothing.
