I rented furniture from Churchill to stage my house for sale. The rug was full of fleas. I took pictures of the bites on my feet and what looked like urine stains on the back of the rug. They told me to throw it out which I did. I had signed a rental agreement for three months but I want to return the furniture before because of the disgusting problem but they will not reimburse me. I paid them over $7,500 and they offered me $400 for my "inconvenience." Stay away from this company. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I am paying $220 a night for a furnished apartment at 475 Washington Blvd, Newport. The beds were broken and mattresses are low quality. They charged an extra $500 over the amount I signed the lease for and haven't refunded despite emails and calls. All calls fall on deaf ears and there is no follow up. read more

I would take away stars if I could. We felt like it was an absolute robbery or a scam. They blatantly ignored my request for a 30 day "only" extension and charged me extra stating that I didn't give a 35 day notice as is required?! When I pointed out that I had only requested a 30 day extension, I was told that 35 days notice still need to be given (and that I didn't understand how it works) and they are doing me a favor by waving 5 days and charging for 5 days. For the price we were paying for the apartment, I was able to get two studios at a Hilton nearby with Breakfast included and saved 30%. I am forfeiting 5 days of charge and moving out on my original departure date. Besides there there were multiple issue with the apartment itself : - The apartment, furniture etc were sub standard -The apartment was right next to a major state highway. The noise levels were unbelievable - The common areas in the apartment complex were filthy - Parking is an inconvenient specially if you have small children or when you have to lug heavy items. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. This place is such a joke. They are rude, incompetent and have the most ridiculous fees and policies of any company that I have ever dealt with. Example: they provide you with a date to pick up furniture at the end of your contract; if that date is not good for you, they charge you $85 to change it!! Hahaha. Also, they disclaim any responsibility for taking things from your home that are not theirs (as if one can disclaim responsibility for theft). Good luck if you use them, but my strong suggestion is to find a more friendly local shop that will work with you. read more

When something cannot get any better it deserves 5 stars. We left a very expensive pair of sunglasses in one of their corporate rental units and thought we would never see them again. To our surprise they told us they found them and sent them back to us via federal express without even charging us for the delivery. Wow, who does that anymore? For honesty, professionalism, efficiency, and a well-run company, they can't be beat. I highly recommend. read more
