Stopped in for lunch before gambling a bit , my wife and I both ordered the same thing 1/2 club and a bowl of French onion soup, our server must be new in the industry, he brought our sandwich before soup or salad, and we finished the sandwich and had to wait on the soup but other than getting a club sandwich that the cheese was $1 extra charge the food was very good read more

Poorly run business. You go to watch Football but they only have 1 bartender to change channel. Yes, we were an early arrival. After all the male patron get their TV choices we are told all the TV are programmed. You cannot be accommodated. That's just the way it. We would have been happy to watch at the downstairs bar but the "Football" specials cannot be taken into the casino. You would think you would have designated TVs for all the games being shown. OR perhaps offer a table with a small TV in the tiered section. No one seems to want to think outside of box or spend time possibly figuring a solution. We went there on Halloween to watch their costume party contest as we were told people go all out. In fact the top prize winner receives $1,000. We arrived before the contest started and the place was empty. Jeff our server took our drink orders and then we waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, he brought my wife's drink and told me they were changing the keg on the beer I ordered. So I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, he came back and told me that they were out of my selection and I needed to order another. We ordered an appetizer of the Burnt Ends. Kinda too much of a sweet sauce glaze, but not bad. For dinner my wife ordered two different appetizers. We were disappointed when one item was served, followed by the other in over 12 mins! Our second round of drinks took a long time and when I mentioned it to JEFF, he said that they did not have enough bartenders in. Which is surprising considering that they were having this big Halloween costume contest. When our bill came, Jeff did point out that they took the first beer off due to the long wait. Back here after 10 years and will not be back again. Meal and service were 1 star out of 5. Had the roasted chicken with fries. I ordered extra a house salad that came on a plate slightly bigger than a tea cup saucer and the vegetable of the day. The vegetable was 5 uncut 1/2 size carrots practically raw. I asked if they had for got my fries to which I was told " oh I thought you wanted the carrots in place of the fries". I guess I looked too fat at 6 foot and 200 pounds. Price was way too high for what you got and the food especially the carrots were poor. I had to eat them holding the stem just like Bugs Bunny. Sorry but I will not be back. read more

While recently returning my daughter to Mercyhurst University after her winter break, we stayed across the street at the Baymont Inn and Suites for four nights. There happened to be a lot of snow, so we took their free shuttle over for two meals a day to Presque Downs Casino and ate each time at the fabulous Brew Brothers. I must say that each and every meal was an absolute treat! The Brew Brothers consistently served hot and delicious food! The service was wonderful and the Friday and Saturday evening lively entertainment was excellent as well! On Friday evening, they were handing out free tastes of their beer and WOW, was that some awesome brew!!! I particularly enjoyed the patty melt and the burnt ends. My daughter, who has a Pescetarian diet, really loved the salmon. The wine list is awesome and I appreciated the bar opening fresh bottles for me upon my request! Overall, our four days of meals and service were all consistently well above the mark! One of the absolute highlights of the Brew Brothers Restaurant is their supervisor, Audrey. She provides the most incredible customer service you can imagine. She is a rare individual who truly understands and delivers outstanding hospitality. Absolutely recommend you go out of your way to seek Audrey out and meet her. Brew Brothers is lucky to have her on their team. She's a true gem. Brew Brothers definitely rates an A++ in my book! read more

This place has a huge bar area with lots of seeing. They have at least 30 beers in tap plus a full bar selection. They also have a nice menu. If you're visiting the casino I recommend checking this place out. read more

You'll see your waiter/waitress once an hour if you are lucky, even if it's not busy. The food was easily the worst I've ever had at a restaurant. We've been there twice now (a Saturday and a Sunday and I was surprised to find the place pretty empty despite a full house in the casino. This is a nice enough restaurant that we use as a rest break when traveling. The food is ok but a lot of it seems to be frozen product (which you do expect at chains). The wait staff is somewhat attentive but seem to disappear into the kitchen area for long stretches of time. They can't see their customers so don't see cues that folks are done. The first time we were there I got the pretzel app and was very disappointed to find them cold in the center. Clearly a frozen product. We sat at the bar late night. Bar top was filthy, when greeted by blonde bartender she didn't offer to wipe up the mess. We kindly asked her to wipe it down. We asked for food menus, seeming a bit annoyed she handed us menus and said kitchen closes in 15 min. We received our pretzel bites without both sauces it is supposed to come with, and chicken tenders were the same. There was two other brunette bartenders talking and eating pizza at the bar. A male bartender who began doing his closing side Work. With 4 bartenders and less then a dozen bar guests we weren't asked once how are meals were. We didn't even get the chance to ask for our dipping sauces. I understand at the end of the shift the hourly staff wants nothing more then to begin cleaning up. Been vegetarian for 10 years. I was served a turkey burger after requesting a vegetarian burger. Luckily I only consumed a few bites and knew something was wrong. The Nashville Style Hot Chicken was bland at best. Mac N'Cheese was decent. Service was slow and un-attentive.

We've eaten here three over the last five years. The food is pretty decent overall. However, twice, including very recently, we had horrible customer service experiences. Today, like two years ago, we had no server show up to greet us or take our order. We were shown to a table by a host, given menus and that's it. After 10 minutes and no one coming over, I asked the original host (who was walking around) if there is a server for our area; she did not follow-up, as we waited another five minutes and no one came. Meanwhile, people at three other nearby tables (seated after us) got orders taken, water served, etc. Their servers just walked by our table and ignored us. This same thing happened a few years before as well. We walked out in disgust and told the host we were not happy campers about the horrible service. We ended up eating fast food on the lower floor and going to watch and bet on the horse races. We will not attempt to eat there again. We'll get some food off premises, come a little later and just do the horse races. read more

I dined here two nights in a row while in town for the races. Service was very friendly both nights. The first night I had the sirloin steak. It was a bit tough but the oddest thing was it seemed to be seasoned with chili powder?!? The loaded baked potato was cooked perfectly. The second night I got the Macho Nachos, it had generous portions of all ingredients, including beef, unlike some places where it's mostly chips and cheese. This dish was excellent! I absolutely love Brew Brothers in Reno, Nevada! We were heading through Pennsylvania on our way back to Ohio and decided to stop in when it came up on our google maps. We were in no real hurry to get in and out of there, we had no reason to be back early, we still had 4 hours left of our trip. 1. Our first table was so wobbly it almost was falling over. 2. With the dining room being almost completely empty a 15 minute wait to get our drinks seemed crazy. 3. Almost every drink at the table was completely empty before we saw our server again. 4. Food was below average, my pizza was so doughy i almost sent it back but my buddies pizza dough was the same way. 5. This restaurant is located inside of the Presque Isle Downs & Casino. We have a girls' night out at the casino a few times a year and have been at this restaurant many times over the years. Over the past few years, we noticed a significant decline in the food and service. We visited again recently and were surprised to see that the restaurant/bar area has been renovated, it looks amazing! They also have a new menu. The food was excellent! We mostly had sandwiches and salads, all of the sandwiches were delicious and the salads were fresh and tasty as well. We had a wonderful meal with drinks and had a great time. Our server was very nice and attentive but seemed inexperienced, as did some of the other staff we encountered. For example, appetizers and then salads should come out before the main meals, but ALL of the food came all at once. But this could be an easy fix if management could provide some further training and organization to the kitchen and serving staff. Overall a great experience and we look forward to another wonderful dining experience at the Brew Brothers. read more

We've been going to Brew Bros for almost a year and a half almost every Saturday. We haven't been there in a few weeks with other things going on. We went in last night to try a new beer and grab a burger. First of all, their beer menu has been condensed in half, and no more Southern Tier. Brewer of the month has always been a local brewer, but not this month. She did offer us the beer that was on special last month because "the keg hasn't been kicked yet"! Then we ask what the burger of the month was, and she tells us it's a chicken sandwich! How can the "burger" of the month be chicken?! So we order our beer and start looking over the menu. We waited a few minutes, and then realize it's 5:00, so we ask our waitress if we're going to get the happy hour beer, and she says she has no control over what the computer charges. So we wait about 5-10 more minutes, and she finally picks up our beer from the bar (which had been sitting there for quite some time) and brings it over. I again ask her if we were getting the happy hour price and she asked if we wanted a different server to take care of us! I just wanted to know if we were getting happy hour or not! She said she'd go get someone and find out....you guessed it, 5-10 goes by and nothing....we left without even touching our beer or ordering our dinner. 30 minutes of my life I'll never get back! Great prices on drinks for Happy hour, horrible food! Burnt ends dish has 4 huge chunks of pork, except 1 piece was ALL FAT. inedible... Smoked wings not good unless gotten with a dry rub, the refire of classic wings came out not so good either. All in all, should eat before you get here. read more
